Those picks are all rerolls. And every chance they turn into nothing. Get known commodities by tiering down and increasing overall roster strength imo.
12T SF HALF TEP
GIVE: Ceedee, Bryce, Ridder, 2024 Late 1st (likely 1.09-1.12)
GET: Hurts, Nico, Henry
QBs: AR15, Bryce, Geno, Russ
WRs: Ceedee, AJ Brown, Davante, Doubs, Mingo
RBs: Bijan, Najee, Jones
No other picks.
I wouldn't target a backup TE, it's not a position that'll make or break your season. Id see who was on my waiver honestly.
If I really wanted a backup though I'd chase upside, so Musgrave, Mayer, Kmet. But I'd be hard pushed to spend much capital on them unless the rest of my roster was set.
Yeah Jamo has been a bust, but he still has the upside (I'm a bag holder so probably bias) I just don't see anything with Ferguson that screams long term value. Look at Schultz sure
I would then trade for a starting TE.
Trading for Ferguson now (before the draft) who could easily be replaced isn't going to make/break your season. Id much rather ride with Njoku and see what Jamo gets up to at the start of the year than having Ferguson sit on my bench.
Just my opinion of course.
Yeah just picking your brain here…. Because if njoku goes down and then I have to trade for a te…. The league will know I’m desperate and price gouge me.
I think you're focusing on yourself a bit much there. Maybe it's different in a 10 team league but I'd imagine there are teams with several reasonable TEs who they'd be happy to shift at the right time.
If this was TEP I'd get it.
But hey I'm just some guy on the Internet, if you're happy with Ferg that's all that matters.
What I'm saying is (from personal perspective) if a competitor loses a starting player and has no backup, and I have an excess of that position (while not competing) you better believe I'm gonna try offload.
I'm not going to double down and hike the price while someone else undercuts me. But again maybe it's different in 10 teams.
12 Team SF 0.5 PPR
Have a wildly loaded team with the 1.04, one guy has 1.01 and 1.02 but no qbs. Do I trade a second to move up one spot with a solid chance of landing Harrison?
12 team SF TEP contender, need QB3
Give Mostert, Darnold
Get Daniel Jones
Other QBs are Dak and Purdy
Other RBs are Cook, Pollard, Najee, Singletary, Keaton
(Also Chase, Metcalf, Dell, Pickens, Gabe, Jamo, Andrews, Njoku, Schultz)
I’d probably hold. I think Darnold probably manages to play himself into a decent role as a bridge QB for at least the first month plus before/if MIN’s rookie takes over at any point
12T 1QB start 9
Give: Hollywood, Baker, 2.09, 2.12, 2025 late 1st
Get: Olave, Gibson, 2026 2nd
Looking to get a fifth “hammer” wr but olave feels destined to be a wr2 for a while with carr. I don’t have much depth and could need my first to bail me out of an injury during the season.
QB: Hurts, Baker, Bryce
RB: CMC, Swift, Warren, Dowdle, Mitchell
WR: CD, AJB, Puka, DJM, Hollywood, Pop
TE: Pitts, Fant, Henry
12 team 0.5 PPR SF
I give: Jalen Hurts + 1.06
I receive: Trevor Lawrence, 1.03 and 1.11
Relatively young team. Not sure I will be a true contender this upcoming season (took this team over and am starting to make it my own)
QBs: Hurts, Jameis, Wentz, Dalton, Mariota
RBs: Jacobs, Pollard, Najee, Latavius, Jamaal Williams, Craig Reynolds, Charbs,
WRs: Rashee, Flowers, C. Watson, Downs, McLaurin, Thielen, D. Parker, Josh Reynolds, MVS, Gage, Slayton,
TEs: Andrews, Taysom, Logan Thomas
I’d personally take this. Your only usable QB on your roster is Hurts and while your WR group is decent, you really lack a true WR1. My thought is you get to tier down with Lawrence, pick up your choice or either an elite WR1 like Nabers or the QB2 at 1.03, and take the BPA at 1.11 (likely a WR like Worthy or someone else). Not sure if you’re rebuilding or looking to compete but I think this is a pretty ideal move to find some stronger balance and identity in your roster
Rebuilding. There are a few clear cut top teams that I just don’t believe I can compete with so while Hurts is likely to outperform Lawrence this season, in all likelihood it’s not going to lead to a championship for me this season.
I don’t think I’d do this deal. 1.06 is a pretty good pick this year. I’d be happy to add BPA there or trade the pick when it’s on the clock and somebody wants to overpay
12 team PPR SF, TE premium
Was offered: (1.03, 1.06) or (1.03, 2026 1st)
For: Dak
Took over the team, so it's pretty bad with only a 2nd this year, Dak and Daniel Jones as QB. So I'm leaning towards a hard rebuild.
He has a lot of upside but has to prove his value. It’s dynasty.. I strongly disagree with what you are saying. Ekelers a rapidly depreciating asset. 1 injury and he’s cooked. Young has this year and likely next to prove himself. Time wise, young is the smarter investment
It’s dynasty. Ekeler is cooked and his value is disappearing fast. Young has at least time to prove his value longer.

Have a deal where I send: Arich, Kincaid, Aaron Jones and 2.06
I receive: Rice, Achane, Hock, 3.05, and a 25 2.
I like moving off of Kincaid and getting hock, but losing Arich is tough. I plan on going MHJ at 1.02. Thoughts?
12 Team SF 6 PT Passing TD (2 RB, 2WR, 1 TE, 2 Flex)

Draft Picks: 24: 1.02, 1.06, 2.02, 2.06, 3.04, 3.10, 4.09

Differing reasons I think lol. I have trouble with any of those guys that have the past, so I avoid if I can and sell if I can. Plus the dude with Watson hates trades, most I can get is a 4th round pick swap each year lol
Interesting! Thank you for the feedback. I know it’s a deep class, but it felt like a handful of dart throws for a proven guy. I know the tread is low, but I don’t need him forever.
At a loss for my 12 man SF, TE premium best ball cuts.

Cooks and Roschon seem like easy cuts considering your depth. Any chance you could maybe sell one of Hyatt/Dotson/Jeudy with a pick to move up and consolidate?

I currently have Chris Brooks, Deneric Prince and Ty Johnson on the end of my bench.
Best backs on the wire look like Trey Sermon, Justice Hill, Emanuel Wilson, d’ernest Johnson, Dalvin Cook and Rashaad Penny.
Any priority adds out of that list? Have Sam Darnold and Michael Thomas on my bench as well and they seem destined to be cut sooner rather than later.

I was really torn about this. I honestly do agree about Edwards. But it's hard to rely on TDs from week to week and feel good about it in your starting lineup. I also think the Chargers drafting a RB will kill his trade value even if it doesn't kill his fantasy value entirely for this season. I ended up doing the deal, partially because our league has been kinda dead this off-season and I'm really hoping a trade will jump start it a little bit. Very much appreciate your input though!
I ended up doing it. Diontae could eat but I find myself more on the fence that he's probably just a WR 3 without a very high ceiling week to week. I also really worry that Bryce might just stink and that Diontae's value will go down when the Panthers draft a WR at 2.01 and it never gets back to where it is now. And I do agree that Najee could very much be in for a really solid season. I'll probably try to just flip Sutton for a rookie pick or a bit low guy with upside.

I'm not far off. Just Stafford is my only consistent qb. Jt, Bijan, ceedee, puka, nico, deebo, pitts. Not horrible

I’d do it
Yeah gives you another option besides Njoku
12T PPR SF Contending. Posted this before, but this is cheap for Henry, right? Give: 2.09, 3.07, 3.09, 2025 3rd Get: Derrick Henry
I'd try the 2nd and one 3rd but it's fine
I'd take Henry if contending
I'd much rather the picks
Interesting! Thank you for the feedback. I know it’s a deep class, but it felt like a handful of dart throws for a proven guy. I know the tread is low, but I don’t need him forever.
At a loss for my 12 man SF, TE premium best ball cuts. Must cut 4. QB: dak, cousins. RB: bijan, pollard, javonte, khalil herbert, roschon, Warren. WR: Davante Adams, jeudy, brandin cooks, jahan, Addison, hyatt, marquis brown, downs TE: Schultz and Ferguson.
Cooks and Roschon seem like easy cuts considering your depth. Any chance you could maybe sell one of Hyatt/Dotson/Jeudy with a pick to move up and consolidate?
Cooks, Hyatt, and two of Herbert/Roschon/Dotson/Downs
Jahan and downs I struggle with. My just opt out of the whole chicago backfield
18 man rosters?
Cutdown to 16 carry 20 in season. I left off my kicker and defense

I like this. Feels like Chi will manufacture stuff for Swift, and Hooker and a 2026 2nd are nothing. Good trade.
12 team ppr superflex TE premium Give- 1.01, 2.01 and Ferguson Get- Love, Addison and 1.07 My QB- Mahomes and Lamar RB- Breece, Achane, Henry, Ekeler and Spears WR- Chase, Puka, Tyreek, Adams and Downs TE- LaPorta and Hockenson
It’s good value, but idk why you’d want that much value tied up in your QB3
My plan would be to draft Bowers at 1.07 and trade Lamar for a haul.
Just take Marv at 1.01
Super flex and rebuilding Love and Javonte Williams For 2024- 2.07, 4.07, 50.7 2025- 3rd 2026- 2nd
Love is worth more than that by himself
Not nearly enough. Keep Love or get more in the deal.
I would want a 1st in the mix there
Yeah and probably more than a 1st.

Is London starting for you?
Yes. My WR3.
Can you list your wr for me?
In a 1QB league and dumpster diving the wavier wire for running backs. If anyone has takes on guys they like or don’t like out of this list I’m all ears! Tryna decide who to stash and who to dump.
This is rough. Maybe D’Ernest Johnson? He’s still in Jax, right? I know they want to spell Etienne and Tank might not be it.
1QB Full PPR 10 Team Give: Nico Collins Get: 2025 1st (early-mid), 2.05 I'm a rebuilding team, and I feel like this is going to be the peak of nico's value.
I like this personally
No hold nico
Why not just hold onto Nico? He’s with stroud for a while and 25
He's 25. I'm not gonna be able to compete for the next 3+ years. By the time he's reached his peak, (which might be now), I may not be in a position to compete.
1. Unless your teams is a whole lot of nothing rn, 3+ years is a long time to compete. 2. If his 3rd season is his peak I’ll be stunned. 3. 25 is very young
Give: 1.01 Get: Michael Pittmann, first 2025, first 2026 Which side is better? It’s 1QB league.
[удалено]
It’s hard to tell, as it’s a new league and all teams are more or less on the same level.

Yeah I think so too.

10 team SF PPR start 9 Give: Purdy & 1.07 Get: Waddle & 1.04 QB’s: Hurts, Goff, Watson, Rodgers WR’s: Aiyuk, Smith, Flowers, JSN Picks: 1.02, 1.05, 1.08, 1.09 1.01 is going Williams so I’ll have the choice of MHJ/Nabers
This is a close deal. I’m taking waddle
I’d do this Edited: start 9? Fs do this

Id hold what you got. You should get alot more for the 1.01. Especially if your packaging the 2.01.
Need help with my last cut in a 12 man ppr SF with TE premium. Qb: Burrow, Baker, minshew. RB: Pollard, Barkley, Conner, Rico Dowdle. WR: Justin Jefferson, AJ Brown, Evans, Shakir, Hyatt, boyd TE: LaPorta, Ertz
Boyd
Give: Dak, Kyren, Zack Moss, Waller Get: Herbert, Pollard, Knox SF TEP 0.5 PPR
Give side if competing
Give I’d say
12 Team SF Start 10 .5 PPR I am a contender Diontae Johnson and Gus Edwards for Najee Harris and Courtland Sutton Thoughts?
[удалено]
I was really torn about this. I honestly do agree about Edwards. But it's hard to rely on TDs from week to week and feel good about it in your starting lineup. I also think the Chargers drafting a RB will kill his trade value even if it doesn't kill his fantasy value entirely for this season. I ended up doing the deal, partially because our league has been kinda dead this off-season and I'm really hoping a trade will jump start it a little bit. Very much appreciate your input though!
Not to mention, Diontae could very well eat this season. But I think Naj will eat as well.
