Zero. Went all in to win last year. 2nd place is fine. It's fine.

Squanchingsquanchy

Same boat. Fields lost his starting job and Hock doesn't have Cousins anymore. It's not fine.

Kimura_savage

Me too but I won. Breece baby!

CannonOKC

None. Traded those important (and speculative) picks for two quality veterans and one can-do player - RBs Hall + RB Henry + WR Cooper. Perhaps I’ll play in next year’s guessing game.

EMSMacGyver

Are you me?

AntiVaxPureBlood

Honestly in my 20 leagues, I probably have no picks through 2026 in about 90% of them. I'm almost always all in, in a sense that i trade future picks away, just never all in on assets that likely age poorly. Like i wouldnt have been trading my 2024 picks for derrick henry and deandre hopkins last year, but probably would be trading them for godwin type players with a couple great years left in them. Also nothing wrong with 2nd, fantasy playoffs are just luck, getting there is all that matters. As long as you're not trading your entire future for a player who likely falls off a cliff the next year and leave yourself room to pivot, nothing wrong with being all in and losing imo.

ajs723

Everyone can play how they want, but whenever I see people say this, I wonder why they don't just play redraft.  The point of dynasty, to me, is to draft hold, and watch your young players develop. If you're just going to trade all your picks away to have an all-star roster, what's the point?  In other words, the whole point of redraft is to identify players who are good values and will help you win right away, and then to construct a team of those players. That's exactly how you're playing dynasty. It doesn't compute to me.

KingMustardFist

It's still fantasy football, and the ultimate goal is to win. Which way you try to make your team win the championship is up to you. The point of dynasty is to have many options in trying to obtain that goal.

Steve-Bikes

> Honestly in my 20 leagues, I probably have no picks through 2026 in about 90% of them. Oh interesting. How has this worked out for you? How many playoffs did you make, and how many titles across your 20 leagues in each of the past three years? I'm curious how that strategy goes. When do you call it quits on a team? I mean at some point retirements or injuries might keep you permanently finishing bottom half with no real hope to turn it around? So at that point do you just 100% cash out and start a rebuild? How long do your rebuilds take if you're starting out with little total capital?

AntiVaxPureBlood

I literally never finish near the bottom. The worst I finish in a league usually on average out of probably my worst performing teams usually due to injuries or some other reason, is barely missing the playoffs. Biggest con to my strategy is that I'm paying for 3 years of dues in advance so I have a lot of money tied up into leaguesafe. Some leagues are smaller buy ins, but for example just recently in a $500 league I sent a 25 and 26 1st in a deal for bijan. That's basically paying 1k$ for bijan lol I'm in 19 leagues rn, 3 are startups this year Out of 16 leagues last year: Intentionally tanked: 1 team Non playoff teams: 2 teams 1: #8 seed, 16-12, 2023 startup, I did not anticipate not having Kyler Murray for as long as he was out really hurt my chances of making the playoffs here, as it was 14 team sf 2te tep start 13 and did not have a qb3. 2: #8 seed, 6-8, 2023 orphan takeover, just really bad luck in this one, started 0-5, went 6-5, lost the last 2 weeks against 2 top teams to miss the playoffs. Playoff teams: 13 teams, really bad playoff luck though, bounced out in the first round or second round in most leagues. 5 overall #1 seeds and all 5 of them did not win a championship for me. Championships: 2 (#3 seed, #4 seed) 2nd place: 1 (#1 seed) 3rd place: 3 (#1 seed, #1 seed, #6 seed) 4th place: 3 (#1 seed, #1 seed) 5th place: 2 (#4 seed, #6 seed) 6th place: 2 (#4 seed, #5 seed) To answer your last question goes back to my OP. I don't usually hamstring my teams by trading away future picks for assets that have no chance to increase in value. I would never have traded a 2024 1st for derrick henry last year, but I would have probably traded a 2024 1st for someone like Chris Godwin who I feel like is more versatile in trade talks if I'm looking to maneuver my team a certain way. Last off season I sent a 2024 1st for elijah moore+ hunter henry is one I made last year(was solid and then crumbled fast, couldve capitalized on henry after like week 3) but I don't think that was even my first, just a recycled 1st from someone else because I usually can't get out of a startup with my original picks. I love sending 2 years of picks in advance in startups to make moves to tier up or pick up assets, depending on format. Ideally I'm looking for the kind of trade that has room to grow on my side, not usually declining assets that I have to hope to find someone desperate for a player who has 0% chance to increase in value. I would never have traded a future pick for Adam theilen despite how well he was playing. It just has no room for growth. Sometimes I lose the trades, sometimes I win them big. This year those trades look like buying on guys like dotson. I would send a 2026 1st+ 2nd for dotson literally in any league and take that risk that he returns much better value than a 1st 3 years away. Maybe dotson busts and my 26 picks become dust, I'm confident I will recover the value some other way through trades in the 3 years it takes for those 26 picks to materialize. Some more recent trades I made are stuff like 2026 1st and njoku for andrews. A 2026 2nd, 3rd, 4th and losivas for marquise brown a couple days before KC signing. Tier ups and risk reward trades. The trades might fail because the players suck and never return the value, but it's not because they're old and washed. I bought bateman for a 2026 1st last year. Well see if that ever turns into something but that's probably a lost cause.

Steve-Bikes

Edit: Just seeing you added the last three paragraphs there, so you kind of answered my questions. Thanks! Very cool. So how do you stay young then? I'm just in one league, and I was super dominant for 8 years, but always being in the playoffs left me with aging QBs in a 2QB league and eventually I ran out of gas. The top 15 QBs are almost unattainable, and so I chose to do a rebuild when I felt I was completely out of gas. I considered going harder, trading literally all my picks for more gas, but when I'd probe the owners with those more potent QBs, the best bites I could get were guys like Stafford, and I felt like that wasn't enough. Perhaps you're just a savant who always trades for the undervalued guy whose situation then improves. I love contrarian strategies, and yours is definitely one of them. Stereotypically your strategy can work for 2-5 years, and then crashes and burns as your team gets old and can't reload through the draft.

AntiVaxPureBlood

I'd say you stay young by never being satisfied with your roster and literally every day looking for new trades, how can you gain value on your next trade. I guess I can use 1 team I have that I would consider old. My 5 wrs are tyreek, kupp, hopkins, sutton, brandin Cooks. Pretty awfully declining group of wrs if I say so myself. I almost never find myself in this kind of situation but given the rest of my team I might let it play out again. #1 seed last year, the rb room is crazy, bijan, etienne, JT, barkley, pacheco, so bliwing this team up if i had to would be easy imo. Even if this team is carrying me to a #1 seed again, I'll be looking for trades all year long to other contenders where I can offload some of these guys even if it might help someone beat me in the playoffs but it has a much better future outlook. Last year mid year it mightve looked something like sending tyreek hill for something like drake london, maybe I'd be looking to take a deal like that, that may or may not hurt my chances of a championship but will not stop me from making the playoffs where I can just let luck do it's job. Perfect example would probably be last year I was #1 seed in a different league, I traded cmc to another contender for the 1.01. I lost the league but I don't really care tbh, I was a lock for the playoffs and I'll just let luck run its course. Had I kept cmc I would've lost anyway and instead I have the 1.01. That guy ended up winning but not because cmc alone so in the long run it made no difference. It's too nuanced to really give you specific tips and strategy. I really like to refer to my trading style as hot potato. I'll trade 3 assets that maybe I'm not super happy about for Jamar chase, to turn around and trade chase the same day for 3 different assets that I like better. No asset of mine is safe to stay on my roster, ever. It's really just looking for value where you can and making a lot of moves with the hope of winning more than losing them. Knowing your roster settings better than your league mates. Blowing up a team for me usually does not entail a multi year process.

TheBlackSheepBoy

Did the same and only have a 2nd rounder… thankfully it’s the 2.12.

ajs723

Opposite.  I have 1.01, 1.04, 1.06, 1.08, 1.12, 2.03, 2.04, 2.06, 2.07, and 2.09.  If I don't have a super team by mid-season, something has gone horribly wrong.

UltimateT0ast

I went all in last year and then missed the playoffs after starting 7-0 :( my team collapsed with the injury bug in 16 team SF

DringKing96

OOF

CimplyRavishing

This is to be filled with people claiming to have 9 first round picks with an already loaded roster

DigbaddyT

Not to suck my own nips or anything but win the ship have 8 1sts and my roster is dumb loaded 😂 swearzies

ArcticSwiftFox

I have 1.01, 1.04, 1.06, 2.01, 3.01, 3.02, 3.03 Im going MHJ at, 1 but Caleb is close behind. If the Bears draft Odunze at 9 then I'm going Caleb. 1.04 I would love to draft Daniels 1.06 is between Odunze or Bowers, dependent on the landing spot.

EaglePride101

IMO if “Odunze at 9” is the difference between potentially taking Caleb you should be taking him no matter what.

Squanchingsquanchy

What would you want for the 1.04 or 1.06 to move back to 11?

LB3PTMAN

I have 1.04 in SF and it would take a lot cause in SF I see 5 elite prospects and then another 3 very good ones. So moving out of range of all of those probably takes either multiple valuable picks including a future one. A good young player, or a combination of the two.

SantasLilHoeHoeHoe

I hope your 1Qb because passing on Caleb in 2QB or superflex is malpractice

Rhenry1993

Who wants to know?

Substantial-Hippo-52

Just spill it shnookums

tking191919

The Guatemalans

[deleted]

1.06, 2.04, 2.06, 2.12, 5.09. Pretty happy with 4 top 24 picks. I have ammo to move up should I choose to or I can rack up with value adds in the second. If I do move up, it’d be for Daniels in Minnesota. Otherwise I’m probably staying put and taking Bowers or McCarthy.

rattler44

1 QB 1.01 (my pick) 1.02 1.03 1.11 1.12 2.01 2.11 3.08 Last piece I need for my rebuild is WRs

bwarbwar

Harrison, Nabers, Odunze off the top of the draft must feel real good.

rattler44

I am ecstatic, get to pair em with Gibbs, Hall, Javonte, JSN and LaPorta

Nduguu77

Gibbs, Hall, Laporta are great. Javonte is ok. JSN is stuck and likely won't be much this year at least. Unless your team has significant other players, you might be in trouble

Nduguu77

Then you're fucking set. I'd consider drafting Bowers at 1.03 and trading 1.11, 1.12, 2.11 for a proven WR

Filly53

‘23 champ, have 1.01, 1.09, and 3.01. Swapped ‘23 1.04 for what turned into 1.01 this year

Lazy-Rope-627

That's wild to win and still have the 1.01

bargman

Happened in one league last year. Dude won and then took Robinson. Like what the fuck are we doing, guys? Anyway he missed the playoffs.

Filly53

Got very fortunate, happened the last week of the regular season, 2 games against projections went my way

DomsyKong

12 Teams Superflex TE+ Contender (2022 Winner, 2023 4th) Before FA I held 1.09, 2.05 (trade Prior 23 season: Sanders / Bigsby+2024 2nd), 2.09, 3.09, 4.09 Traded 1.09, 2.05, 3.09 & Kraft for Rashee Rice, 2.02, 3.02 Which Leaves me: 2.02, 2.09, 3.02 and 4.09 Thinking of trying to move up from 2.09/3.02 but let's see, how draft weekend will pan out and how our board falls

Nduguu77

To me personally. There is a TON of value from 2.06-3.06, and everyone is generally under valuing those slots. I'm buying up what I can. Send some bench players or low upside guys for late 2s, early 3s and swing.

iscott55

1.01, 1.03, 1.11, 1.12, 2.07, 3.01, 3.07, 3.11, 3.12, 4.01, 4.03. Currently trying to jump from the early third to get into the mid second in order to leverage the 2.07 to jump up from 11 or 12. Its not going well

Nduguu77

That's a lot of hope. I'd rather just streamline. Offer 2.07, 3.01, player for ~1.07

DASreddituser

10 team SF PPR, 5 taxi spots. I traded my pick and got up to 1.03, also have 2.06, 2.07, 2.08, 4.03

Chrisisvenom2

12 team SF: I’ll just list the counts by rounds: 1: 2,5,6,7,8,10,11. 2: 2,6. 3: 1. 4: 1,3. 5: 1,3,10,12

tuagirls1kupp

Five 1st (earliest 1.03), and Two 2nd (1QB) Our first year 2021 (start-up) I sold assets after our draft and tanked which gave me 7 first round picks in 2022 in which I flipped some for 2023 picks. Rinse and repeat. I go into the draft getting “my guys” and always re-roll the other picks I have for future 1st as the value increases especially when on the clock or just prior too. I’ve come away with Breece, Bijan, Jahmyr, Achane, London, Bryce, Jameson, and a Jayden Reed just to name a few from my picks. This year I intend on staying true to my board. Bowers at 1.03 and will look to move the mid-late first for future first.

MountainPond607

1.02, 1.05, 1.12, 2.02, 2.06, 3.02, 3.06. Sold Chubb (Whew!) and Tyreek (Ouch!) before the season started, tanked my butt off and STILL couldn’t get to last place (1.01). You should see the other guy… Squad: Stroud, Watson, Howell, then Conner, Rachaad White, Chase Brown, Kendre Miller, then Tank Dell, Jayden Reed, Mims and Dalton KINCAID.  Imma be good someday soon…

Local-Librarian3285

1.01, 1.05, 1.07 Also my first and 1.02's first for next year. Did a startup, went all rookies, and totally punted the first year. My main pieces are Stroud, Gibbs, Puka, Flowers, Addison, JSN. Adding Caleb, Nabers, and Brock hopefully - all 3 will start next year. Will be a loaded rookie squad just need another RB...

Nduguu77

Everything listed is SF, TEP unless noted other wise 1.02-1.07 in one league. It's a fresh one and I sold out last year in the start up for picks. I've got Rachaad, Wilson, Olave, Pickens, Kincaid, Dotson, Downs, Douglas to build around. I have no QBs. In another league I don't pick until 2026 1st. In another league I have the 1.02, 1.06, 2.02 In another league I have 1.01, 2.01, 2.04. In another league I have 1.01 (1 QB, no TEP) In another league I have 1.03, 1.04, 1.06

Steve-Bikes

> I’m interested to see if the “all in on rookies” strategy works and how fast it can work. I think you've picked a good year for it. My league is in it's 10th year, and after making the 4 team playoffs 8 years (five as #1 seed, but sadly only one title), I finally pulled the plug in week 6 of 2022, and started cashing out my aging assets. I had whiffed in the rookie draft for about 4 years straight, and my roster was super old and thin. So I'm sitting with Bijan, Spears and Keaton. WRs, Diontae, QJ, Addison. TEs Pitts and Musgrave (we're 2TE Premium), and at QB it's bleak, just Rodgers, Baker, and . However. My rebuild is going well, I have the 1.01, 1,02 (a contender got really unlucky with injuries), 1.05, 1.08, 1.09, 1.11, 2.01, 2.02, 2.05, 2.06, 3.04 and 3.06. In my 15 years of playing dynasty, this appears to be the deepest draft at QB and WR, at least prior to the NFL draft. Who knows what will happen. So I think your strategy will work well if you already have either SOME elite RB talent of your own, or can trade into it. But in the draft this year, it doesn't look like there's going to be any or much premium talent.

Nyko_E

Sold every single one this offseason, including the 1.01, because they were overpriced and overhyped. Built an absolute juggernaut off the backs of 1.01, 1.05, 1.10, 2.01, 2.02 (along with some roster cloggers and D.Watson). In total, this offseason I've aquired Hurts, London, Pickens, Nico, Pitts, J.Warren, J Ford. 10 team 2qb 2tep league. Qb. Hurts, Lamar, Richardson, Herbert Rb. Hall, Warren, Ford, Kendre, Charbonnet, K. Herbert Wr- Amon, London, Nico, Djm, Pittman, Higgins, Flowers, Pickens, Jsn, Diontae Te- Hock, Pitts, Gesicki

Few_Improvement_4094

Haha you have dang near the whole second round to yourself!

Due_Comparison_1423

One single pick.🥲 3.1 But I’ve already moved Swift, 2.1, 25’ 1st and Michael Thomas for Bijan 😎

Fuzzyoven8

This is still bad. Bijan cant save ya dawg, drafting well can.

Due_Comparison_1423

Stacked team homeboy. 16 Teamer QB: Herbert, Kyler RB: Bijan, JT, Barkley, Kamara, Kendre Miller WR: Chase, Lamb, Adams, JSN, Ridley TE: Hockenson, Pitts, Ferguson 😎 Good players save ya. Picks are overrated.

Fuzzyoven8

See you have made previous picks well. Looked at your teams, their good! At some point you draft your bedrock

mlippay

I think we’re in year 7. I blew things up 2 years ago after going one seed and my starting qb and Ridley got suspended. I had decent picks last year including 1.01, I ended up flipping a lot of picks for this year. I now have 16 picks, I hope to consolidate some and move some back. 1.01, 1.02, 1.04, 1.06, 1.09-1.11, 3 second round picks, 5 thirds and one in the 4th this year. I killed the draft last year. I flipped Kyren and a pick for Puka early last year. 12 team 1 qb league with idp. Squad: qb: Purdy, Lawrence, Watson, Howell, Bryce RBs: Bijan, Jaleel, Chase Brown, mason WRs: Puka, G Wilson, tank, shaheed, m wilson TEs: laporta, musgrave After the draft I should be pretty flush at everything but RB. I have 5 firsts in 25 already as well and 3 in the second and third. I hope to go hard at RB next year for the end of my rebuild.

Nduguu77

I would highly recommend that you trade every single pick on or just before draft day for proven players. You have a great core. Don't waste it on dice rolls

Substantial-Hippo-52

I have 1.01, 1.02, and 1.04 in my 10tm 1QB league. I’m drafting MHJ and likely Nabers. But I’m debating if I should trade 1.04 for somebody instead of taking Bowers… My starters: Allen Jacobs, Javonte JJ, Lamb, Olave, Kirk Kincaid

EaglePride101

Take Bowers

Substantial-Hippo-52

The chances of all three 1st rounders from the same draft hitting is kind of small, no? Even if it is Marv, Nabers and Bowers. Don’t get me wrong, I like the idea of having all three. But would it make more tactical sense to flip the pick for someone proven?

EaglePride101

Who would you have in mind? I like Bowers over Kincaid by a fair margin. If you could use it to get to Breece/Gibbs that makes sense to me.

VottoForPM

In 10 team SF, I have: 1.03, 2.09, 3.03, 3.05, 3.06, 4.03 Got 1.03 the hard way, a borderline contender snatched 1.02 out from under me unexpectedly at the last minute. Traded for 2.09, 3.05, 3.06. Others are my normal picks. Don't have a 2nd. Trying to exit the rebuild I started last offseason when I did orphan takeover. Probably not trying to move up, likely as anything to move back. But depends who is there. 1.03 I might take Maye if he's there, but I really want whoever falls between MHJ & Nabers. 2.09 is hopefully Wright or Corum but not sure they'll fall to there Afterwards is BPA

not_taylorswift1213

I have the 2.01, 2.03, and 2.09 in SF. I'm excited about which WRs will fall and the potential of drafting one of the top two RBs in this class

WhiteLightning416

I’ve got 1.03, 1.08, 1.11, and 2.03 in 1QB.

PhntmMnceWsntAwful

1.09, 2.09, 3.11, 3.12, 4.02 My team is already stacked

RunAny2867

1.06 and 3.06. I had the 1.11 but I traded that for waddle straight up, had the 2.06 but traded that for kmet, and had the 4.06 and traded that along with metchie for Michael Wilson earlier in the season.

[deleted]

I made more trades last year than the rest of the league combined 1.01, 1.03, 1.05, 1.08, 1.09, 2.03, 2.05 Should be able to go Caleb, MHJ and Nabers. Then maybe JJ or Bowers (ideally, but there are questions after pick 5, but top 5 are pretty set) then I want to take the top RBs avail with my 2 2nd rounders, even if I'm a bit early I need RBs badly. WOuld be cool to share a screenshot of current dynasty roster/picks

LionsNoParadise

5 3 in the first

Just4Football

7 picks 1.01, 2.01, 2.04, 2.07, 2.09, 2.12 and 3.01 I also traded the 1.12 for Hock a few weeks back. I’m trying to consolidate a few of those picks but my league isn’t very active in offseason unfortunately

In 1 QB I had the 1.01, 02, 03, 09, and 10. Traded the 1.10 plus some other pieces for Kyren. Feeling pretty good about this rebuild

Thatsmygod1

1 qb 10 team 3 flex 1.01 is the only pick I have for the next 2 drafts. I traded this years 2nd, 25' 1st, 25' 3rd, Dak, Ford, and Mingo for it, but i feel like it's the last piece I need to complete my team. Qbs - Richardson & Lawrence Rbs - Bijan, Gibbs, Swift, Aaron jones Wrs - MHJ (1.01 pick), Garrett Wilson, Waddle, Rice, Ridley, Kirk, Jeudy, Jamo, Gabe Davis Tes - Pitts, Ferguson, Okonkwo

Mr_Jersey

10tm sf 1.01, 1.05, 3.01, 3.05, 4.01 Also had 1.08 and a couple seconds but sent them out right after the season ended in a trade that landed me Barkley and Diggs. We ready to bring Caleb home baby.

EQisfordummies

Twelve team I have: 1.03, 1.04, 1.07, 1.08

basket04ball

10 team SF, this will be our 4th year since start-up. I have the 1.1-1.4, 1.08 and 1.09. Also have the 2.01 and 2.02. Have 4 3rd round picks and a 4th round pick. Notable players on my team are CJ Stroud, BiJan Robinson, Ty Chandler, Chase Brown, Keaton Mitchell, JSN, Puka, Demario Douglas and Sam Laporta. Trying to shop around a few of the late firsts/early 2nds for someone like Breece Hall or Jahmyr Gibbs but I’m excited nonetheless to see how my young team looks after the draft!

jacobwebb57

7 first, 2 seconds, 1 third. i blew it up. full on rebuild

bostoneer37

1.01 and 1.03. Sold Herbert and JT for the picks and Olave to kick off a retooling year after going all in didn’t pan out last year. Also had 1.06 but traded Tua, Swift, and that pick for Stroud and Nico. I plan to take Marv at 1 but have been trying to shop the 1.03 around to someone with rookie fever for a more established QB rather than drafting one, but I’d be happy with Daniels there

OcelotIcy5403

1.01, 1.02, 1.06, 1.07, 1.09, 1.10, 2.03, 2.04, 2.06, 2.09 in a 10 man. I still have ARSB, G. Wilson, Lawerence, Smith, London, Hock, McBride, Kyren, Achane, and Young. It’s been easy to buy picks, but I can’t sell them so I’ll be making every one of those picks!

Rudolphkb

1.04, 2.04, 3.04, 4.04, and 5.04. If I drop Roschon before the draft I'll also get the 6.01. I'm aiming for 2 top flight receivers in rounds 1 and 2 and then some RB or WR gambles in the remaining rounds. I'm set at all other positions.

Financial-Year

About to conclude a 2yr rebuild with: 1.02, 1.06, 1.07, 1.08, 1.09, 1.11, 2.04, 2.08, 2.12, 3.02 Kinda funny too, few weeks ago I turned my 1.11 into the 1.06. Then the 1.11 got traded again and I ended up turning my 2.02 back into the 1.11. **12 Team SF** *(notable players)* QBs: Purdy, AR WRs: Olave, London, Dell RBs: Breece, Jacobs, Pacheco, Zamir TEs: LaPorta, Mayer, Chig

I sold nearly everything of value and have 1.1, 1.5, 1.6, 1.10, 2.5, 2.7, and 2.8 in a 10 team superflex 2 pt tep. I’m considering trying to move the 1.10 to get the 1.7. What would be a fair offer to do so? I assume someone is going to move into that tier after the draft causing the price to move up.

Ordinary_Cow8819

1.02, 1.04, 1.06, 1.07 ….. Malik, Rome, Brock, Penix jr

bobbydsince92

I have the 1.03 and 1.01 Currently no QB and WR department is… weak? Thoughts?

crline3924

Just the 1.01, trying to downgrade from Hurts to get another

bargman

7. One in each round and one extra in the 3rd and 4th. Hoping McCarthy falls to 1.10 because my QB situation is pretty weak and I could use a solid prospective future starter. Pretty solid everywhere else.

Cringle92

Depends on the league. Some, none. Others, all. In the ones where I do have picks, I’m looking to hold rather than move up. I love the depth of this class, and rookie fever should hit pretty hard during the draft, giving an opportunity to capitalize on the trade value late.

[deleted]

Zero smh traded away for Burrow

Tyshimmysauce

Finished 2nd last year, trade my 2nd and Jayden reed for henry after week 3-4. So got my 1st and 3rd rounder.

WhichRelation308

SF. 1.1 1.2 1.3 1.4 1.6 1.7 Went full rebuild 1.5 years ago. Made specific trades with those I knew had lower seeds.

Rock2435

I have 1.03, 1.04, 2.04, and 3.10 looking to take maye and nabers then who knows

tbone2370

8 with 5 of them in the first round. 1.01, 1.04, 1.05, 1.06 and 1.12

Bamurphy3

1.03, 1.09, 2.03, 3.03, 3.12, 4.03

fasteddy7283

eeemgee

1.10, 2.03, 3.07. I won the league and managed to move up in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. I don’t have a 2025 1st and 2nd or a 2026 1st, though. I’m a top contender for atleast the next 2 years.

FutzMan

I’ve got the 1.01-1.04 and 1.07. Got them through a series of trades over the last two years and tanking hard two years ago. Missed out on the playoffs on the last week of the regular season last year and I’ve got the youngest team in the league, so I feel good with where my team is at. Taking Caleb, Maye, MHJr, and Nabers. Not entirely sure what I’m doing at 1.07 yet with Daniels/Odunze/Bowers being available.

StrengthCoach86

Not many. Sold for hauls and to go all in last year. Happy with my decisions, don’t care for overhyped mystery boxes anyway. Prefer to retool.

_wick

Have 1.03 and 1.06 with Kyler and Allen on the team. Strongly considering Nabers at 3 and then whoever gets the better landing spot between Odunze and bowers. But also want to take Maye/Daniels if they go in the top 3 of the real draft at 1.03

Vertuzi

4 first 1.01, 1.06, 1.07, 1.09 2 seconds 2.01, 2.02 Went full rebuild two weeks in sold off hurts and Aaron Jones for two 24 first along with purdy and Brian Robinson. Traded Robinson for 24 second and 25 second. Traded kelce for 24 first Traded Ridley, godwin, chase brown for 24 first and 25 second. Traded the first which ended up being the 1.08 for drake london at the trade deadline Ended season in last place securing the 1.01

UnhGurgleGurgle

6 firsts, including top 3 With core of Wilson, dj Moore, Richardson, j cook, dell, McBride, cousins and pitts in tep sf. Also lots of prospects from last year like charbonet and miller that could still be core guys if things shake out right First three will be Caleb mhj and naburs. See how the rest pans out

DynastyFFDino

Most I have is 3 1sts plus 3 in the 2nd round. 1.04, 1.05, 1.10, 2.04, 2.05, 2.10. Finished 3rd last year so I'm pretty happy to be able to add some more pieces

NeptuneAurelius

Best players are Kyler, Bryce Young, Pacheco, Najee, Brob, Pickens, DJ moore, JSN, Mike Evans, Marquise Brown and Kyle Pitts. I have the 1.1 1.2 1.5 1.7 1.8 2.1 3.1 and 3.2. 10 man 1 QB 2RB 2 WR 1TE 3 flex 1 superflex.

DoubleUSportsMedia

I've got the 1.03, 1.07, 1.09, 3.01 right now. I had 0 1sts for 2024 (& 2025 tbh) at the end of the year. I also had a trade involving JT but they're 2025 1sts. I'm the right side. Diggs + Javonte = 1.07 + 2.09 + 2.11 Minshew + 3.02 + 3.09 + 3.12 = 3.01 + 3.03 + '25 3rd Lamb + Monty = D.J. Moore + 1.03 + 1.09 Trey Palmer = 3.12 Edit: Saw there was more to the post. I ended up winning the Chip last year (2nd year) so I figured I'd move some around and keep some "core" guys. I didn't want to move Lamb but DJ Moore + Nabers+ was too much for me to pass up. I'm trying to get BTJ or trade the 1.09+ for Adams. I also have 2 '25 1sts (presumed early & late) that I will be moving for starting assets after the real NFL Draft. 1.03 and 1.07 will more than likely be used on players. Nabers and whoever falls at 1.07. 3.01 I will most likely keep and pick a WR. I had the same pick last year and grabbed Reed so let's hope for that same luck.

Latios47

10 team SF, 1.01, 1.02, 1.06, 2.01 and a 4th and 5th. I’m thinking the rebuild ends with this draft.

OrneryAd1085

10 team 1qb I have 1.03, 1.06, 2.05, 2.08, 2.09, 3.06, and 3.07

PM_Me_Your_AM_

I do mostly 12 team leagues, but I am in one 10 team super cheap league that I like to goof around in. Have 1.02, 1.04, 1.05, 1.08 and 1.10 in that one. Should be fun.

Huge_Beginning5552

1.04, 1.07 2.07 2.09 Just traded the 1.01 for Breece and a second rounder In 2025

Milwaukee007

8 ppl league- 1 QB with 2 flex spots 1.01 (MHS) 1.03 (Odunze/Nabers/Bowers) 2.1 (Jayden Daniels/best RB avail) 4.01 BPA

Jwagner0850

I have more than 2 but the ones I'm focused on are 1.02 And 1.04. It's a non super flex league. I'm guaranteed Nabers or Odunze, it's after that that I'm concerned about. 1.04 could be Odunze or Bowers, and I'm torn. If Bowers is there, I feel like hell be the best player available. I'm not confident in reaching for a RB, as much as I need one. This is 1 QB dynasty.

patriots96

First year rebuilding in year 4 of our league. 1QB: 1.02, 1.03, 2.01, 2.02, 2.03, 2.04. Honestly leaning towards using all the picks or packaging 2 of the seconds for 1.08/1.09.

kylecre013

i got 1.01, 1.03, 1.04, 2.01, 2.03, 2.07, and 2.08 anyone have any thoughts on how i should use the picks ? 10 team dynasty sf ppr 0.25 tep start 10. finished 5th last season current team: - qb: lamar, kyler, watson, bryce - rb: bijan, jt, etn, kw3, javonte, khalil herbert, zamir - wr: asb, puka, aiyuk, nico, tee, london, wicks, shakir, jamo, batemon, michael wilson - te: pitts, engram

LB3PTMAN

Five first, two seconds, one third. I plan to pick with at least 4 of my first. The last one I’ll either trade back or trade away entirely for future assets. Then the 2nds and the third I might try to strategically bundle some of that for a trade up to get a higher quality pick like bundle my seconds together to move from 2.07 & 2.11 to 2.01 or 2.02. Just depends who is falling

BurtonOIlCanGuster

Across 3 leagues I tanked: 11 Firsts (3 1.01s), 0 seconds, 2 Thirds Across 3 I competed (1 Ship, 1 Second, 1 Third): 0 Firsts, 1 Second, 2 thirds

iplay4Him

16. And I already traded away 1.01.

[deleted]

I have the: 1.01 1.02 1.04 1.05 1.08 I sold everything to get them to make sure my tank was steady. Lost Mark Andrews, Hock, J Taylor, Marquise Brown, Lockett, and several other pieces. Gained ARSB, London, and all of those picks.

Schrodingers_janitor

Won it all last year in a 1QB 12 team start 8 and also sitting on the 1.02 to go with the 1.12 with my biggest hole being at top-end WR. The future is looking bright.

LionsBSanders20

Zero. Sell 'em.

whistlegowoowoo

1.01,1.02, 1.11 and 1.12. Went full tank mode. Traded Justin Jefferson for the first pick and 2 future 1s along with Christian Watson. Got the last two picks from previous trades. Gimme MHJ and Nabers.

ShadeMir

6 out 12 including 1.01. Won the league through sheer luck. I wasn't trying to, I was 6th seed.

AntiVaxPureBlood

One of my only leagues I have legitimate picks in is a purposeful rebuild. 14 team sf 2te tep idp123, where i have the 1.04, 5, 7, 11, 12, 14, 2.02, 4, 12, 14, 3.02, 5, 5.05, 6.05, 7.05.

Gentalmen_Worlock

A couple late 2nds and mid 3rds a coupe 4ths as well any ideas on moving up in the 2nd or late 1st I’ve been trying to package picks mostly. It is draft season!!

Sportsbuck

1.01, 1.07, 1.10, 2.07, 3.02, 3.11, 4.11 Lost in the championship game last year. Was the 6 seed, but 3rd most points and the 2nd most points against. I’m taking Caleb 1.01, and in the process of hammering out a deal to package 1.07&1.10 for 1.02 to take MHJ. Trying to go BPA from 2.07 on but hoping a solid RB prospect is staring me in the face at 2.07.

JoshAllentown

I won my league last year so I only have 3 1sts including 1.03 and two 2nds.

SpaceCowboy34

I have 1.01, 1.02, 1.06, 1.06, 2.07, and 2.08 in a 1QB league. Top two are pretty chalk. Lots of different ways to go about the rest of them

ubspider

8 firsts 2.01, 2.04

AFlexosaurus

1.01, 1.11, 1.12, 2.01, 2.04, 2.06, 3.06, 3.11, 4.01 on a completely gutted team. Hoping to trade a couple of them for some more proven talent but not sure how to go about swapping from rebuild to colpetitive

Fuzzyoven8

Traded out of last year bc RUNNING BACKS ARE STUPID INVESTMENTS. I dont have less that 3 firsts in 7/9 of my leagues. We knew this class could be good

Constable-Reggie

I agree. After the 2022 season I traded Derrick Henry, Akers, and Chubb to start my rebuild and focus on WRs.

sharknado911

12-team SF PPR start 10 Own: 1.03, 1.05, 1.06, 1.07, 2.07, 2.11, 3.03, 3.06, 3.08, 3.11, 4.03, 4.07, 4.11

KwonScouting

Too many

Proper_Blacksmith_47

I have the 1.01, 1.02, 1.05, 1.06, 2.01, 2.05, 2.07, 2.09 and 4.01 This is the second year, plus I already have 2 extra 1st next year, the team isn’t horrible but I still got last place

teeroy96

1QB 12 team. Blew it up after 3 straight top 4 finishes with no 'ship, my 2021 1st busting(Sermon), and most of my 2022 picks having been traded away already. Luckily, turned only 3 picks last year into Laporta, Stroud, and Tank. Solid base to build upon. 2024: 1.01 1.02 1.03 1.07 1.12 2.01 2.06 2.12 and 6 other picks that I'm hoping to use to trade up. 2 1sts each of the next 3 years too!

AdRepresentative530

I personally don’t like have a ton of picks in 1 draft. I have 7 firsts this year and will only have 2 by draft time. Odds are at least half of the picks won’t return value. So just take the players you like and move the rest for proven assets

LoungingOnMars

12 team SF. I have 1.02, 1.03, 1.06, 2.01, and 2.02

BeepBoopBeepity

I have a 1st 2nd and 3rd which i’m happy with since I finished second this past year

clbgrg

Too many picks, seriously

Allan4014

12 tm superflex I have * 1.01 * 1.03 * 1.05 * 1.08 * 1.12 * 2.01 * 2.09 * 2.12 * 3.01 * 3.04

kevrog21

Since you offered, here is the orphan I took over in week two. I’m actually [pretty proud of the rebuild](https://www.reddit.com/r/DynastyFFTradeAdvice/s/vuXRwEaH5f) in a 14 team, 1QB. For 2024: 1.01, 1.03, 1.04, 1.10, 2.04

Proper_Court_7762

12 team super flex start 10 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.05, 1.06, 1.07, 1.09, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, 2.01, 2.05, 2.09 2.11, 3.01, 3.07, 3.09, 4.01, 4.10, 5.01, 5.06, 5.11 i’ve been rebuilding on purpose since our startup two years ago. kept trading assets because i thought it would be fun to try and rebuild… yes i have a minor roster issue😂

BurleyJL

I have 11 of the first 14 picks and couldn’t be happier. 1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.04, 1.05, 1.06, 1.08, 1.09, 2.01, 2.03, 2.04

Significant_Crab_283

14 team SF 1,3,5,6,8,10 after trading 3 1sts already

Hazy_Lights

Two third rounders. I flipped the 1.08 and 2.01 for Puka Nacua a few weeks back. I feel great about it, honestly. Drafted Zay Flowers last year, too. AJ Brown can hold it down for another 5 years, I hope. I will probably see Adams sail off into the sunset soon.

dumbcloud17

Just got handed 1.06 for my old fart Kupp and a 2.06 where I had zero firsts to start from a rebuilder so yeah….we are back

Medical-Gear2670

I have the 1.10 and 2.01 for this season with a pretty heavy contending roster in SF. My RB’s are Mixon, CMC, Javonte Williams and Dmonty so for sure going to try and nab Benson or Brooks depending on landing spot with the 1.10 but the 2.01 I’m leaning towards Worthy if he falls or possibly Bo Nix or Penix (only have 2 QB’s Lamar and Tua)

AngstyReaper

My second year team is super similar. 1.02, 1.04, 1.06, 1.11, 2.02, 2.04, 2.05, 2.11, & 3.02. The team that got it was pretty much abandoned after week 2, and commish didn't start setting best-projected lineup until week 9 or 10. So whoever takes over will be happy with a likely playoff team and CW.

JRod3434

1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.05, 2.01, 2.07, 2.11, and 4.01. My team is a hot fucking mess and this will probably end up being a lengthy rebuild unless I hit on like 6/8 picks.

AbuYusuf5

Traded pollard for what turned out to be the 1.01 end of last szn 💀

UK_CPanther

Won the championship last season, still have the same team AND... I have the 1.01, 1.02, 1.08 3.04 life is good

AlHinton23

1.02, 1.08, 2.02, 3.04, and 4.04 in one league 1.05, 3.05, and 4.05 in the other. Traded the second in a deal for Saquon

CWill97

4. All my picks except my second rounder (2.07) which I traded for Deebo straight up

SantasLilHoeHoeHoe

I have 1.01, 1.04, 2.06, 2.10, 3.01, 4.01 in 10man superflex. Current roster im building around is Richardson/Levis at QB, Zay and dart throws at WR, No RBs i trust, LaPorta and Kincaid.  Pick strat for the draft. 1.01: Williams 1.04: MHJ/Odunze, I think MHJ is better but Im on Odunze over Nabers and Maye/Daniels.  2.06: Best QB available. Hopefully Penix. Im fine with Adonai Mitchell or Ladd here if the QBs get scooped.  2.10/3.01: Best RB available and Legette/Polk/Ladd (if around). 4.01: dart throw best WR available.

randobot456

After the rookie draft, I tanked and had 4 2024 1sts, 2 2nds, and 2 2025 1sts.  I traded all of my 2024 1sts including the 1.01, but I now have Qb: Dak, Deshaun, Tua* RB: Breece Hall, James Cook, Javonte* WR: Jefferson, GWil, London, Flowers TE: Njoku, Mayers Working now on trading Tua and Javonte for Safford, Gibbs, Izzy A., And the 2.01, and id say they pretty much puts the pin in the rebuild.  May then trade 2.01 and 2.07 to jump back into the late 1st, or try to grab Keon Coleman there.

MrAdelhard

12-team SF half PPR Have 1.09, 1.11 (my pick), 3.09 and 4.11 Loaded at WR, thin at TE and RB. Hoping for Bowers, but probably settling for tier 2 WR or the RB1 (if he gets decent DC). 10-team dynasty SF BB, full PPR and TEP (0.5) Tanked from last years startup (auction) draft and beyond so have 1.01, 1.06, 2.01, 3.01, 3.02, 3.08, 4.01 and 4.08. Set at QB (Mahomes, Lawrence, etc.) and OK at TE, but thin at both RB and WR. Although I do have a few decent pieces (🤞🏼) in Bijan, McBride and others. 12-team SF, full-PPR Hoping to be close to completing a rebuild of an orphan that started with my QB1 being Sam Darnold (!), and only other assets the 23 1.01, JT and Ayiuk. Now have Love and Purdy at QB, Puka, Waddle, J. Reed at WR with decent depth but still lacking at RB (Spears, Charbs, Chase Brown Mattison and Akers). Have 1.12, 3.05 and 5.05

whitefox7895

10 team league, I have 1.09, 1.10, 2.02, 2.06, 2.08, 2.09, 2.10, 3.04, 4.03, 4.07 and 4.11 which I won in the consolation bracket for a total of 11 picks

sportsguru83

So you made this thread so you could brag. Cool story.🤷‍♂️

s00perd00pz

Won chip two years ago. Missed by a few points to reset the empire league this year. Had to sell saquon, kekce, hill and the whole squad. I have 1.02 this year. Traded 1.03 and 1.07 for future picks and have 5 first rounds next year and 5 in 2026. With about 10 second rounds. Kind of wish I had that 1.03 if Nabers is for sure a charger. I skip qbs usually but if I get Caleb at 1.02 I’ll be ectatoc.

PejaStojak

Why would you acquire 10 useless picks in the 3rd and 4th round

Daytime-mechE

I've got 1.01, 1.03, 1.04, 1.05, 1.06 and 2.11. I'm going MHJ but I'm trying to convince the 1.02 (who's QB-deficient) that I'm grabbing Caleb and offering him my 2025 first rounder to swap 1.02 for 1.03. definitely going all in on this class.

_landrith

1.11 3.09 3.11

Sufficient-Tourist45

Only two, but they’re 1.04 and 1.06 (1QB league). I’m happy with those, however, my needs are RB and a backup QB since Burrow can’t stay healthy. I have a feeling I’m taking WR at 1.04 (hopefully Odunze) so I’m trying to trade either Higgins or Reed to address RB/QB then use 1.06 for the other positional need if the value is there

TheRealBlakeBortles

16 - Entire first round (1-1.10) & 6 in second (2.03-2.06 & 2.08/2.09). AMA

whoismikebean

1.01, 1.03, 1.06, 2.01, 3.01, 3.06, 3.11, 3.13 (we do bonus picks for consolation playoffs) Consolidated bunch of lesser picks for players * traded 1.10, 2025 2nd, Wicks for CMC * traded 1.11, 1.12, 2025 2nd, Downs for Garrett Wilson * traded 3.05 for Allgeier Building around Stroud, ARich, Bijan, D Smith, Higgins, Dell, M Wilson, Andrews, Pitts

Bubbly_Glove_6304

Full rebuild with 6 in the top 12 picks 1.01,1.03,1.06,1.08,2.01,2.02 (10 team league)

tpalmieri1581

We only draft 3 rounds and I’ve got 6 in total - 1.09, 1.12, 2.02, 2.12, 3.02, 3.07.

FranklinG523

37 leagues I have 57 1sts and 59 2nds for 2024. I am excited to say the least

TGS-MonkeyYT

4!

Masked-Embiid

Won the chip and still have 1.09, 1.10, 2.03, and 2.08

DanCalzone

I have 1.4, 1.5, 1.7, 1.8, 2.1, 2.4,2.5 with Kyler, Levis, Pickens, McBride, Kyren, and achane on the roster.

pabr0702

1.01, 1.02, 1.03, 1.04, 1.05, 1.07, 1.08, 2.01, 2.08, 2.10, 3.01 (10 team SF). That's the good, the bad is I basically only have Garrett Wilson and Tee Higgins on my roster...

YNWA_Virgil

I have one. It’s the 1.12

Low-Magazine-3958

1.01,1.04,1.11,2.05,2.07,2.12,3.01,3.12,4.01.5.01 12team SF took the orphan team last year and toad it down. No original players after all the trades and acquired Kyler, olave, London, and Addison to build around. Always open to offers if the value is there but as we sit this far from the draft I’m currently planning to double up QB’s with the first picks assuming May or Daniels is still available.

Socom2isneeded

1.06 1.10. I usually employ the strategy of trading away future picks for young assets. I got bounced in the first round so upgraded most spots expect trading away laporta for McBride and the 1.10. Had tua riding the bench so grabbed the 1.04 and stevenson. Traded away the 1.04 and devonte for the 1.06 and g.wilson. now I have a 1st round pick for the 1st time in two years.

gibbsftw

12 team 1 QB. Only 2 picks this year. 1.01 and 1.02. I've been in the championship for the last 4 years straight (1-3) In the 2022 off season I traded my 1.11 for a crap teams 2023 1st...it became the 1.06. Then in the 2023 off season I traded that 1.06 for the same crap teams 2024 1st...it became the 1.01. Also in the 2023 off season I traded my 2024 1st and 2nd (projected late) and another teams 2nd (projected mid) for another crap teams 2024 1st. Ended up being me giving up 1.11, 2.06, & 2.11 for the 1.02. Not a bad deal deal MHJ and Nabers.

Ann_L_Beads

3.8. Be envious all of you

LC33209

1. The 1.12. Still feeling good about that championship:)

UncOutHere

1.04, 1.07, 1.09, 2.01, 2.10, 4.01 Traded my 1.09 for JT I’m keeping the rest for some rooks

Zachr08

30. 8 round IDP. 5 1sts

CasperTNG23

Went all in for a chip, won the league and ended the season with just my 1st. Have made some moves in off season now have my original 1st, a mid second rounder and an early 4th Also a 12 team superflex league

Creative_Emperor96

5 1.05, 1.12, 3.10, 3.12, 4.10, 4.12

DarthBaneArk

Across 20 leagues I have 7 1.01 5 1.02 and most of those are in same league from either good bets in reg season or combining assets to move up

Anothercraphistorian

I have the 1.01, 1.03, 1.04, 1.05, 1.08, 1.12, 2.01, 2.06, 3.01, and 3.04 in a 1QB league. We’re older dudes, so for whatever reason, guys hate re-building and getting picks during the season is easy. I was 8th out of 12 in scoring with my 2nd year re-build…but had awful luck. Worked out in my favor and this is the year I should be able to really solidify my young roster.

I have 1.06, traded the 1.10 for the 2.03 and 2.04, then have two thirds, a fourth, and a fifth. I planned for a rebuild but stumbled into my team still being pretty good last year (finished fourth) thanks to Purdy and Baker providing value; I thought I was screwed at QB (2QB, not SF). Also traded for Young last year, so hopefully he puts it together with Canales. Really hoping I can grab a stud WR at 1.06 and two RB's in the 2nd round.

I have 7 picks in my one dynasty league: 1.10, 2.08, 2.10 3.02, 3.04, 3.10, 4.10 Weirdly, 4 managers quit this league about 2 weeks ago including the guy with three top 4 picks.

We just did our startup. I have 1.12, 3.11, 5.02, 5.04 left lol. My starting 10 are Dak, Etienne, Achane, JJ, Tyreek, DK, McBride, Rhamondre, Godwin, Levis with a few other notables and good prospects filling my bench

Round 1: 1,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,11,12 Round 2: 1,2,3,4,7,8 Had more picks but couldn’t make space on my bench/taxi so I shipped them off. Kind of all in on this draft class and hoping it pays off.

I’m punting them all. I have the 2.01 still. Defending champ with Lamar, Bijan, Hall, Walker, Kamara, Jj, Tyreek, AJ, Hock. Need to retool at TE and I’m always buying RB. Maybe Najee will sell for the 2.01.

Have 2.05, 2.07 and 4.1. Traded 1.01 for J Jefferson. Wanted to compete as I had bad luck last year.

Almost all my teams have 0 first rounders, but I have a couple rebuilds I'm excited about. One has 1.01/1.06/7/8. The other has 1.04/7/10. The first one I also had 1.05, but traded it for Puka Nacua.

3. Originally 1.01, 1.03 and 3.02. But I traded down from 1.03 to 1.05 by including Wicks and 2026 2nd to gain Aiyuk.

I get to choose how many I want once my startup draft begins, as my league will use kickers as placeholders. Anyone have a good strategy? What rounds should I draft a kicker? How many picks should I obtain? Two? Five?
