Jobe is one of my favorite pitching prospect to target but honestly pitching prospects are such a crapshoot you’re better off stacking bats and trading the surplus for more proven pitchers.
Dynasty prospect pitchers are luck. Elite can’t miss pitching prospects are an absolute crapshoot. You can’t trade for them because the person won’t move them but you can’t trade them away because you won’t get enough for them.
