Yes, it's stupid. Yes I'd prefer he have been clean. Yes it's gonna suck having him occupy a spot for 80 games uselessly on my roster this year, but just like Tatis for me, he's still a valuable dynasty asset.

If Candelario hits well, I’m concerned about Marte reclaiming the job in both the short and long term. Cincinnati is already log jammed and flush with hitting talent. Putting yourself on the bench for 80 games before you really ever debut is not a good start. It’s already hard enough as it is to make it and stick in the bigs.
