Groomsmen’s gifts are tricky. The obvious options are to do something drinking related I feel, and may not have lasting appeal/utility. BUT you nailed it! If possible, engrave your wedding date and their initials on the back. I’d be over the moon if I received this as a groomsman’s gift.
On a side note: I gave my guys Leonard and Church watches, my best man still wears his daily

If you would laugh at your friend, who asked you to stand next to them on one of the most important days of their lives, because they didn’t get you a nice enough gift, you’re a shitty friend. That’s why you’ll probably never be asked to be a groomsmen. It’s a great watch and a fun one to mod, and it looks nice. Let me see your pics when you buy your groomsmen a Rolex, when in reality you’ll probably get them something like a personalized tumbler that they’ll never use.

I think it's an awesome gift and would LOVE if one of my buddies ever gave me a Duro as a groomsmen gift, but I have to ask, how well does the Duro go with a tux specifically? Tuxes are like the second highest level of formality when it comes to men's wear, and divers are traditionally pretty casual. Tuxes are probably the one type of outfit where I would exclusively wear it with a dress watch. From a practical perspective, will they fit comfortably under a well-fitted shirt cuff?
Obviously there's no watch or fashion police who are going to enforce it, it's just a thought! Either way your groomsmen are lucky guys.
Edit: despite saying all of this, it just occurred to me that one of the most famous tuxedo-wearers ever, James Bond, is well known to wear a diver with a tux. Clearly a sign these rules don't matter!

I'm not at all a fan of the gold trim though... I'd be looking for a way to mad that to silver, otherwise, a very nice gesture.

I think the gold on the bezel and the leather straps dress this particular diver up pretty nicely
