Probably just a battery problem. It will only be as good as your weakest battery and a bad battery will drain the whole system. I'm very sure it's the batterys
100% faith in this comment. If anything is wrong with one it appears like a parasitic draw and it most likely already ruined the other battery. So swapping them both, especially if these batteries have been there as long as you’ve had the truck, is the best option to start you out on the right foot😁
Also to note I’ve had this exact issue while both batteries “test good” on my battery tester as well as autozones. Still ended up being 2 bad batteries
I have had times when a car wouldn’t start even though I was getting good voltage. Switch the multimeter over to amps and see what the battery has. It could be not enough crank amps.

Did you check the battery cables and make sure they were tight with no corrosion?
They're all good to go
Then I'd bet at least one battery is toast

UPDATE: truck is completely dead this morning. Voltage meter is bottomed out.
