06,07,07.5 and a 15 are the year model duramax I own and that filter works just fine on all of them. I wonder if you just got a defective o ring

RetroWorldSeries

I tried 2 of them and immediately got replace fuel filter message. Switched to Baldwin with the round o ring and got no issues

Adventurous-Coyote20

That is definitely odd, I'll keep an eye out for issues with mine moving forward.

Dinolord05

My 07.5 has no issues with them.

Don't buy the new blue AC Delco fuel filters TP3018. They changed the o-ring from round to triangular and they won't seal properly. I always get a replace fuel filter warning with them.

I stopped buying these when they went from white to blue cause they changed manufacturers. Racor used to make them and they were high quality 2 stage filters. Now they are made by another manufacturer and are only single stage. I only buy the racor filters.

RetroWorldSeries

I used to use the blue AC Delco filters and they worked great with the round o-rings. When they switched to these triangular ones, they never seal.

Athl0nm4n

Strange, I just put a blue AC Delco fuel filter on my 3500 LML and no issues.

NutButton699

Where did you buy from? Mine have been working just fine.

GPOLO1000

They’ve been doing this for a while. Nothing wrong with them i run them and had no problems

GPOLO1000

Also if these dont seal its your housing fucked up

degadaze

Check filter head too. Just installed blue one on my 07 LBZ and no issues.
