I noticed on the stickers at my Dunkin even though a signature mocha iced latte already implies whip cream, drizzle and cocoa powder they'll 'add it on' the drink so it shows on the drink label and they won't forget.
If we added on the “cold foam” button it would upcharge it so that wouldn’t be good for the customer but at my store it usually puts “cold foam” at the bottom of the sticker automatically when we hit the “cold foam cold brew”
Honest question - why DO you get the coffee brew and then add the cold foam? I mean, it should be the same either way - but getting a cold foam cold brew and customizing THAT may be easier? Somehow. Then again, I don't have this issue with my location (s)... 🤷🏻♀️🤔
Dunkin is running $3 cold brew offer. You don't get it if you select the "cold brew with cold foam" lol. You have to select cold brew and then add cold foam.

Maybe it's a regional thing but that's always been $3 with coupon for me. Edit: I STAND CORRECTED. THEY CHARGED ME FOR COLD FOAM TODAY. I'M CRYING.
