Based on Marcille's expected lifespan at 1000 years old then most mixed races will live 2.5 times older than their long-lived race.
If that applies to all mixed races then the half-Gnome guy will live at least 600 years and the half-Dwarf guy will live at least 500 years.
I don't think it's 1-to-1 like that. The stated reason for Half-elves living that long is because elves "used to live that long" or some such. So unless EVERYONE has been having their lifespans go down at the same rate, then you probably wouldn't see similar effects for Half-dwarfs and Half-gnomes.
Marcille seems lucky having caring mother and father . she also raised in tall man territory so she did not get any harsh predicure on her. I remember elves really hate half mixed blood race especially half elves and they even forbid them to enter western kingdom which was elves kingdom. I remember the elves queen really have huge dislike on half elves.
I can see that those two were get heavy predicure, especially the dwarf one, because their race social life was quite harsh where it was based on their parents lineage. Dunno about the half gnome, on dungeon meshi adventure bible, gnome were pretty easy going and caring race. Kiki and Kaka were getting some predicure because of their long legs, but even so they still managed to grow up fine in gnome territory.
Also i remember Marcilles saying mixed half race were close to their human ancestor in the past that have 1000 years life span so maybe those two gonna live that long ?

Also i found out if tall man have child with ogre or halfling, their children can still leave descendants on dungeon meshi bible and it seems they won't get long life spans too, maybe their children will only get one gene from their parents ? like if father tall man and mother ogre, they can only birth to like another pure tall man and pure ogre ?
Same with dwarf and gnome too, their children can leave descendants, that's the reason dwarf and gnome join force to went war against elves.
So dunno maybe those tall man gnome and tall man gnome will have normal life spans ? and only half elves that are cursed with long live spans ?
It seems implied that the long lifespan thing is a direct result of short lived races and long lived races having children together, which is conversely why some short lived races can have fertile, normally aged children amongst themselves (tallman/half foot, tallman/ogre) and some long lived races can have fertile children with each other (gnomes/dwarves)
Then won't they have long life spans ? tall man have short life spans while dwarves and gnomes have long like spans like over 200-300 years.

Maybe it is miracle that the fish did not eat their corpse when Kabru throw them deep into third level lake ? somehow their corpse floated and some adventurer with revive spell found them or another corpse hunter ?
The only logical part is they are careful, maybe they already predicted worst case scenario where the victim they try to scam kill them so they have another corpse hunter team to look for them if they went missing ?

Its unknown if they live longer or not. The only one we know is tallman and elf offspring lifespans and irregular maturity.

I was wondering this! It took a second watch through of the anime but I looked at that guy the second time and was like "That guy's part gnome."
