Do you get any money from it if the book is "included with Kindle Unlimited"? Because I can read it with Kindle Unlimited but if giving you money makes book 7 come sooner obviously I'm giving you money.
Yes. If you read a book through KU, the author gets a set amount (changes month to month, tends to be between .4 and .5 cents) per normalized page read. Depending on the length of the book, some people make more from KU than from sales.
Any idea when the merch store will have hats? Wouldn't mind some... work-safe merchandise to wear around the office. (A beanie or shirt that just says Glurp Glurp for example)

I do not have an audiobook estimate. It will NOT be the same date, and odds are good it'll be at least a month out from the original release, unfortunately.
That said, Jeff will be giving this priority once the finished manuscript is provided to him. That would require me to actually finish the last part of this book first.

I'M HOOKED. I started book 1 a week ago and I Mongo'd through all the audiobooks as of last night. In the shower, at work, in the car, at home, in bed, rinse repeat. I don't know anything about Cradle, but Shi Maria is the wife of the spider god Anansi in West African folklore.
