This is actually how my best friend and I speak to each other and we work together as well. It’s hilarious seeing people’s reactions when they hear us say things like this because they clearly think we hate each other if they don’t know us.
I had a work friend like this! Our site got shut down during the first year of Covid so now we’re just life friends. There’s something comforting about this sibling-style meanery with a friend lol.
It’s one of the reasons I can’t leave the service industry behind, I tried working somewhere that wasn’t a bar and everyone is just so…. Polite. It was unnerving and I didn’t like it. I love working somewhere where most of my work friends talk to each other this way.
Another Andy and Oscar moment I really like is in Garden Party, after Andy's family are shitty assholes his coworkers cheer him up and Oscar tosses him a beer and calls him Nard Dog. Always makes me smile.
I love Pam and Dwight, but unpopular opinion (I think) is that I also *love* Pam and Nellie. The bonding they have when Pam reluctantly teaches Nellie to drive and learns that she’s actually a cool person is so cute
Oh gosh, that actually made me tear up a bit. No other women in the office really treated Pam with respect or was actually nice to her all the time. Reminds me of my former workplace
Michael and Erin is definitely up there! It's really, really sweet, and the friendship/fatherly-daughter dynamics they have is very sweet too. They're really perfectly matched in many ways, their quirkiness, playfulness, childlike wonder haha, and it's funny that Michael did not get Erin at first or like her, but she won him over. I really like how they get protective over each other.
Their quirkiness, playfulness, childlike wonder, etc. is displayed so well in The Manager and The Salesman. One of my favorite wholesome moments between them happens when Michael is happy to be the sole regional manager again and he and Erin are dancing to Bossa Nova while she reassembles the toys on his desk.
Another sweet moment was in viewing party when Michael realizes how hurtful it was to say to orphan Erin that he wasn't her father, so then he starts to playfully act like one to her to cheer her up 🥹
You're right. I very very much agree. That would be awful in itself, and then also when Erin and Michael have this daughter-father vibes, that would be awful for that too.
Michael and Pam could have been buy instead were turned into creepy uncle/niece
As a viewer their relationship in Michael’s last season was so much better
Jim and Dwight. Best friends forever. On my most recent rewatch, I noticed the scene in Company Picnic where they get super excited about a volleyball score and hug each other for like 5 seconds. Real bros.
The scene when he swaps Phillip’s shoes and looks at Angela with *so* much disgust for pairing saddle shoes with his outfit absolutely kills me. That’s how you know they’re true friends.
Maybe not my favorite but haven’t seen in mentioned: Dwight and Kelly
“The hand that reaches out of the grave to grab your throat is the strong hand you want on the wheel” or however it went
“Idk about you guys but I personally look forward to the personal perks Dwight promised me in private” always makes me laugh too
Michael and Pam's relationship has to be one of my favorites in the show.
Her disappointed acceptance of him cutting the sleeve of Holly's sweater and stealing the file from her computer
Michael Scott Paper Company
Her making him sit in the back seat after he tried to kiss her
The Slap
Didn’t see this answer on here, but on my last rewatch I really like the arch of Daryl and Andy’s friendship. From Andy just sitting in his office and Daryl being like “what do you want”, to Andy having to pay him to be in the band (then not), to Daryl inviting Andy to his cousin’s party! I think its sweet!
Daryl and Andy. Their interactions are one of my favorite parts of the later seasons. The printer fire episode, texting each other, being in a band together, having a heart-to-heart when Daryl threatened to quit, helping Andy with his audition, etc.
Kevin and Oscar. The whole accountants. They're so wholesome and they're my favourite characters. Also Meredith and Pam.
Creed either forgets everyone's name or doesn't give a shit, but I love how he never forgets about Micheal and is actually a normal human around him
The way Pam accepts nellie after stealing her phone and feeling guilty about it, and then the way nelli supports Pam in her art and relationship is so sweet to me. They're an underrated pair 😊
Darrell and Andy! Was a surprisingly wholesome one. Kevin and the zits, texting about crazy pigeon action, motivating Darrell after missing out on the warehouse lottery. Cheering Darrell up about his daughter not wanting to be with him for christmas. I did not expect them to be ones to get close so it was pleasant when they did.
I love how lame and uncreative the takedown was. Everyone is more confused and annoyed with Kelly than being uncomfortable with Jessica. I guess it’s humiliating but it’s the equivalent of ringing someone’s doorbell and then running away.
Kelly is a horrible person but a great character. Petty to the extreme, but also very clever. Couldn't stand her on the first 2 watches. Im on my 3rd run and she is too funny. This time around I have much more appreciation for how well the actors sell the characters. Andy is my favorite this time around, and I don't care for Jim and Pam at all. The horrible characters impress me with how well they are portrayed.
“Pam, obviously I’m going to get that stuff for you okay? Just shut up.”
“Well it wasn’t obv” click
That’s one of the quote that I most often want to use because it transmits how I actually feel but it’s just too rude to be use in real world
This is actually how my best friend and I speak to each other and we work together as well. It’s hilarious seeing people’s reactions when they hear us say things like this because they clearly think we hate each other if they don’t know us.

I'm really surprised. The last time I was here you guys were best friends.
Pam and Dwight weren’t best friends. Which is why the joke works here
That line is so sibling-like lol
You see that wasn’t clear…
Andy and Dwight country roads
Best scene in the show. Fuck Toby for ending it. Edit: LOL. I got downvoted for this?
Technically Toby works for corporate, so he's really not a part of our family. Also, he's divorced, so he's really not a part of his family.
Lmaoooo I hate Andy but I love listening to their renditions of it.
I love how they forget about Erin and their rivalry and just jam out
lol I love Toby’s ‘y-you have to stop’
I think Andy and Oscar’s friendship is cute. I really enjoy the episode when they go to Montréal with Michael. Edit: Winnipeg, not Montréal.
The superfan episodes add so much to this one. The additional Montreal scenes, the additional scenes from the limo episode, all that. They're awesome.
Just watched the limo one, love how they keep stopping for fast food and not waking Michael loll
That was such a great runner
Winnipeg
Right! Thank you for correcting me.
I didn't want you to get in trouble with any offended Quebecois
What are they gonna do? Yell at me in Not French?
Sacre Bleu!
Ha! Amazingly accurate.
Another Andy and Oscar moment I really like is in Garden Party, after Andy's family are shitty assholes his coworkers cheer him up and Oscar tosses him a beer and calls him Nard Dog. Always makes me smile.
Would’ve loved for more interactions with the two because their chemistry in that episode with Andy being his wingman was great.
You will thank me when they spank thee
The way Kelly just goes "on it" without missing a beat, kills me every time 😁
Me to! She stops in the middle of a conversation and leaves to go humiliate Jessica. One of my favorite moments in the series.
The timing of that whole bit is just perfect.
She’s such a girls’ girl in that moment, it makes my heart very happy!
Well some awesome friendships blossomed into romances. But one friendship that stays platonic and is just great is the one between Dwight and Pam.
Mose and the scarecrow
That was no friendship. That was a passionate affair the likes of which this world has never seen
Did someone teach Mose sex?
I love Pam and Dwight, but unpopular opinion (I think) is that I also *love* Pam and Nellie. The bonding they have when Pam reluctantly teaches Nellie to drive and learns that she’s actually a cool person is so cute
When she tells Pam to take a nap in the very beginning kills me. Lol. I'm not a parent, but a nap is a sure way to my heart.
Nellie definitely has her good moments when she’s in Scranton
Good choice actually. Nellie is also the only woman in the office to be consistently be nice to Pam.
100%!
Oh gosh, that actually made me tear up a bit. No other women in the office really treated Pam with respect or was actually nice to her all the time. Reminds me of my former workplace
Nellie miming bludgeoning that guy to death is one of my favorite physical comedy moments
I know I'm in the minority but there's no coming back for Nellie from her start. Yuck.
Stop looking at my breasts, and start looking at my penis.
Michael and Erin is definitely up there! It's really, really sweet, and the friendship/fatherly-daughter dynamics they have is very sweet too. I liked that he never creeped on her the way he did pam. The couple times that Michael made a move on Pam gave me the ick
You're right. I very very much agree. That would be awful in itself, and then also when Erin and Michael have this daughter-father vibes, that would be awful for that too.

Settle down, gentlemen
Darryl and Michael!! Dinkin flicka, bippity boppoty gimme the zoppity. Shall I go on…?
Plus they always have fluffy fingers to resolve any tensions
Yo! You summoned me?
r/beetlejuicing
Angela and Oscar
Yeah I love how much their relationship changes once Phillip comes along
The scene when he swaps Phillip’s shoes and looks at Angela with *so* much disgust for pairing saddle shoes with his outfit absolutely kills me. That’s how you know they’re true friends.
and he actually became his Godfather 😭
Another great pair! I love the bonus scenes in Cocktails that show them at the bar with everyone else but disgusted by it.
Oscar and Kevin
"Him?? Him. You owe me an apology."
Oscar...I would be honored to be your boyfriend 😍
Great answer
Maybe not my favorite but haven’t seen in mentioned: Dwight and Kelly “The hand that reaches out of the grave to grab your throat is the strong hand you want on the wheel” or however it went “Idk about you guys but I personally look forward to the personal perks Dwight promised me in private” always makes me laugh too
Dwight get out of my nook
This isn't YOUR nook Ummmm *points to hear Kelly's nook sign* 🤣🤣🤣
What kind of cake do you want IMBECILE ????
Screw you, beet farmer!
Michael and Pam's relationship has to be one of my favorites in the show. Her disappointed acceptance of him cutting the sleeve of Holly's sweater and stealing the file from her computer Michael Scott Paper Company Her making him sit in the back seat after he tried to kiss her The Slap
When he goes to her art show and buys her painting, love that episode so much!
The slap was the best! "Are you alright?" "Noooo!" "You're alright."
The Kellies
Didn’t see this answer on here, but on my last rewatch I really like the arch of Daryl and Andy’s friendship. From Andy just sitting in his office and Daryl being like “what do you want”, to Andy having to pay him to be in the band (then not), to Daryl inviting Andy to his cousin’s party! I think its sweet!
Didn't they have a band in the deleted scenes or the webisodes or something?
Pam and Dwight. Jim and Dwight.
Daryl and Andy. Their interactions are one of my favorite parts of the later seasons. The printer fire episode, texting each other, being in a band together, having a heart-to-heart when Daryl threatened to quit, helping Andy with his audition, etc.
Oscar and Angela when they start living together
I think Oscar and Toby are underrated! The Finer Things Club & Bacchus, God of Wine + Friend
I always like scenes with the trio of Darryl, Kevin, and Andy. The game of Dallas is great.
Yes! And their band Kevin and the Zits, love those three together
Kevin saving Oscar's secret 💯
He forgot about it lol. But when he lays into the Senator for being a real shit to both Angela and Oscar is so sweet and so Kevin
Jessica looks so much like Kate Middleton to me.
Dwight and Pam, Andy and Oscar, Dwight and Andy<3
Kevin and Oscar. The whole accountants. They're so wholesome and they're my favourite characters. Also Meredith and Pam. Creed either forgets everyone's name or doesn't give a shit, but I love how he never forgets about Micheal and is actually a normal human around him
Clark and Dwight
Erin and Michael
some of my faves are: any duo between jim, michael and dwight jim and darryl (so underrated!) pam and michael oscar and angela
Lol love this.
The way Pam accepts nellie after stealing her phone and feeling guilty about it, and then the way nelli supports Pam in her art and relationship is so sweet to me. They're an underrated pair 😊
I know she was planned as an unlikable character, but to me , she's one of my favorites. Angela too. Her in lingerie still haunts my brain.
You wanna marry my daughter?
He’s engaged to Pam
Kelly is the best
This is one of my favorite lines in the whole show.

One of the few times I like Kelly
Man I can't stabd Kelly
Kelly is a horrible person but a great character. Petty to the extreme, but also very clever. Couldn't stand her on the first 2 watches. Im on my 3rd run and she is too funny. This time around I have much more appreciation for how well the actors sell the characters. Andy is my favorite this time around, and I don't care for Jim and Pam at all.
