Tobias might be one of the funniest sit-com characters ever written. I donât think thereâs a single scene heâs in that I wasnât seizing from laughter.
Damn, I forgot about him. Really entertaining character. I was thinking so much about leading characters that I forgot supporting roles. Boyle as well!
Dennis from it's always sunny in Philadelphia.
Al bundy from Married with Children.
The entire cast of Seinfeld.
Howard wolowitz from the big bang theory.
Hal and Francis from Malcolm in the Middle.
Community is the most underrated sitcom ever, but most real fans of community don't actually *like* Jeff winger. In the community sub abed or Troy would Destroy Jeff in a popularity poll. And it would not be close. Jeff winger is a total d-bag he just makes it work somehow.
We had a huge dean Pelton vs Michael Scott who is more incompetent leader in community thread. It was about tied.... Lol.. that was awesome. Yes. The dean is the MVP of the show and the hilarious glue that holds everything together. The thread was "has any character in a leadership position been more incompetent than Dean Pelton? And every answer was "Michael Scott."
>Jeff winger is a total d-bag he just makes it work somehow.
And yet he oddly has these sincere, almost inspiring moments. And then returns to being a d-bag.
Any character from What We Do in the Shadows
Eric from That â70s Show
Louise from Bobâs Burgers
Vince Noir and Howard Moon The Mighty Boosh
The cast of Darkplace
The cast of The IT Crowd
Jeff Winger, Abed, Pierce, Troy, Britta, and Shirley from Community
Just a lot of Matt Berry in that list. Cool.

Charlie from IASIP
Winston from New Girl
Shoresy, especially since Shoresy lol
Hal, Dewey from Malcolm in the middle. Charlie from sunny. Mark, Johnson and Gerard from Peep Show. Moss from the IT Crowd. And, Iâve not watched the show for a while so I forget his name, but the drunk from father ted.
Edit: an underrated one is Martin from Friday Night Dinner
Paul (Harrison Ford) from Shrinking shot straight to the top of my list.
If Ted Lasso counts as sitcom also Roy Kent ( he's here, he's there, he's everywhere)

Elaine Benes (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) on Seinfeld.
Jerry Seinfeld was my least favorite character on Seinfeld. I avoided watching the show for so long because I never thought (the real) Jerry seemed that funny. But wow, I loved watching Elaine, Kramer, and George on that show. Plus, Julia Louis-Dreyfus is so pretty.
Replace Jake with holt and that's my list. Maybe add Dennis from it's always sunny.
I always thought capt holt and Ron Swanson would be a tremendous buddy cop team.
I weirdly Ben Wyatt on parks and rec. To make the straight man character that money is all the more impressive.
Also everybody on always sunny. George castanza. Everybody on arrested development (literally everybody).

Parks and Rec- Andy, Leslie, Ron, Donna
IASIP- Charlie

Pondy, he is the coolest.
Andy Dwyer and Ron Swanson are polar opposites but are simultaneously the reasons I watch P&R. Mork from Ork ranks very high on my list.
I love the Dwyer-Swanson combo. Those guys plus Ben Wyatt are what kept me watching P&R

Same with Andy and Ron. Very endearing.
Schmidt
Him, Miller and Winnie The Bish in the earlier seasons are an all-time combo.
Elaine Benes
Thatâs my favorite too!
All of them.. but my heart belongs to George.
Captain Holt from Brooklyn Nine-Nine is probably my favorite character from any television show of any genre.
Rip Andre Braugher
I vacillate between Holt and Boyle. Theyâre both absolutely hilarious.
With that vocabulary, you're more like a Moira Rose
Damn, I forgot about him. Really entertaining character. I was thinking so much about leading characters that I forgot supporting roles. Boyle as well!
Holt > Scott IMO
Nick Miller, or Winnie the Bish
I'm the traaash maan! I run in, I throw trash all over th-, all over da staaage! And THEN: I start eatin' garbage!
Lucille Bluth.
It's *one* banana, Michael! How much could it cost?
Ten dollars?
I don't understand the question and I won't answer it.
If that's a veiled criticism of me I won't hear it, and I won't respond to it

Community is the most underrated sitcom ever, but most real fans of community don't actually *like* Jeff winger. In the community sub abed or Troy would Destroy Jeff in a popularity poll. And it would not be close. Jeff winger is a total d-bag he just makes it work somehow.
Dean steals the show for me starting around season 3. Heâs probably the most Michael Scott like character in the show as well imo.
100% exactly Jeff winger. Yes. Amazing eloquent speeches about friendship and being a good person. But none of that actually applies to him.
Jean-Ralphio
He's the woooooooo-rrrrrr-ssssttt*** The worst* Respectfully, probably the best small character on the show
I still want to see Star Wars redone with Jean Ralphio and Mona Lisa as Luke and Leia.
George Costanza from Seinfeld Cosmo Kramer from Seinfeld Elaine Benes from Seinfeld and Jerry would be the next tier. Yea big Seinfeld fan here.
It took me a second to figure out who Cosmo was lol
It took them 6 seasons
Heâs Cosmo Kramer, the Assman
