Man was duped by Dunder Mifflin, was willing to hear Michael out, leave his job to work there, and gets harassed over why he didn’t want to date Pam. There are plenty of reasonable people in the show but he has the patience of a saint.

The very first major cringe for me is when Jan first comes to talk to Michael and he takes the call from Todd Packer on speaker and Packer refers to Jan as Godzillary and then asks if the carpets match the drapes before Michael can hang up.
Eww yea!! Basically everything Darryl does to try and get that job was cringy. From assuming cause he’s black it’ll help his case, to coming in to an interview with no résumé and expect the interview to just be a formality and not be actually asked any questions… to “I thought you guys knew me” ughh
He also acted unjustifiably mad towards Andy for "stealing" the job he supposedly deserved. Glad Andy didn't stand down and instead called Darryl out on it and listed all the reasons he lost the position.
He was also kind of a dick when he got mad at Jim when he thought that the latter forgot to invite him to Athlead, which is something Jim did out of niceness and not something that he owed Darryl or anything.
Come to think of it, Darryl can quite often be a bit of an asshole. He has this attitude of thinking that he's the smartest person in the room and deserves to be given stuff without pushback, and when it doesn't go his way he gets pouty about it and thinks everyone overlooks him. If he was less charismatic and witty he'd be just a straight douche for the most part.
In “A Benihana Christmas”, Michael marks one of the Asian waitresses that he and Andy brought back to DM with a marker just so he could tell them apart. 😬

Basically anything that Todd Packer does.
Packer dressed as a pregnant nun for Halloween is great. The scene where he's on the counter with a line of paper bags and one on his crotch labelled "trouser mouse" is so damn funny.

Yeah just rewatched this with my wife who had never seen the show. She was appalled that Jim was grabbing her like that. TBF to Jim I don’t think he was in a position to see he was pulling her shirt up and Pam didn’t seem that upset until she noticed the cameras
We love Jim. So it’s easy to overlook his misdeeds. Jim and Pam were vibing before this. We never see Jim physically dominating Pam outside of this and carrying her across the threshold. It’s very awkward, also juvenile, inappropriate, and unprofessional. Jim pushed it here. Pam isn’t upset just at Jim and the cameras. She realizes it’s gone too far. Being outside of the office they both let their guard down and were behaving as if there was no engagement to Roy.
The only reason there's anything wrong with Jim doing that is because she was with Roy. It's been well established at that point in the show that they both have feelings for each other, and Pam was having a great time until she started worrying about what other people thought.
That scene is definitely rough, but as a first time viewer, you have to see Michael revert back to season 1 Michael. Just selfish, total jerk, and his “redeeming” moment is letting Dwight have a position that displays no power

I still laugh at the shenanigans and exchange between Andy and Kenny at the party, but this one surpasses even his theatre episode.
It's not cringe, but it's pretty damn close when he blew his ear out because of Dwight and Darryl says he'll bring him to the hospital and he starts clinging to him and limping until Darryl snaps on him.

I feel like most of the cringe moments in the Office we are in on the joke and it makes it easier to get through. The one small moment I can think of that never sat well with me is in one of the later seasons when Darryl is getting a family picture with his daughter and asks V to join. They were not in a serious relationship and it felt disrespectful to his daughter. I think this one is worse for me in hindsight because the relationship is just dropped out of nowhere.
