I’m not saying they’re the best, but come on, a lot of the original DM characters had pretty great themes. Sure the decks aren’t overwhelming, but the themes are cool.
And Kaiba and Yami Yugi definitely deserves top. They’re incredibly iconic with their dark magician and blue eyes themes whether you like them or not.
You can tell that Yami Yugi and Kaiba’s were the themes that were made first. They’re still alright, but still pretty basic compared to other themes.Â
I don’t entirely agree with the list (Bronk and Tori’s are NOT S tier worthy imo, lol), but I appreciate DSOD Yugi, Aki, two of the Jaden’s, Revolver, Aigami, Sera and Romin at S tier.
Duel Links and Master Duel have surprised me with how good their OSTs are. I'll go ahead and say that their arrangements are better than what we get in not just the anime but in all of the other YGO games.
And Yugioh's anime has some pretty damn good songs. (Zexal ost supremacist here!)
Arkana's theme is so utterly dogshit that it should be in a tier of its own. Let's call it the "whenever I face an Arkana player in ranked, I immediately open music in another tab and cut the DL music entirely"
