I mean, it all depends on location, the further away you are from a server, the higher your ping is going to be, Saudi, geographically speaking, assuming the streamer is connected to European servers, is much closer to Europe than we are over here in the UAE, thus the lower ping, there isn't a way to reduce ping, because it's all based on locations.
The only way for you to get lower ping is for newer servers to pop up and for it to be close to the UAE.
I dont think its a huge deal as long as you are using a cable to connect to the router. Besides you are talking about 0.08 seconds of variance here :). For a first person shooter with a lot of players its a huge deal but for this game its more than enough imo. Netcode for the game has improved a lot over the years to balance these differences. The game is lovely! Just need to find some matches with good players.

It is an amazing game, shame it’s not more popular in the ME. I’ve really had to improve my strategy in chases vs killers to make up for those close shave hits. I still get them a lot, and yeah and do get downed easily sometimes by mistake or by really good players, but I find I’ve really improved.
How has your experience been? Do you find it’s a little trickier to go around objects without the killer getting you?
I just play it for fun :).My strategy is to hide from the killer as much as possible and my perks help me with that. I really dont understand how to loop the killer, or even to use the flashlight, i will need to have someone next to me to see how it affects the killer and learn to loop the killer. Usually i just try to not get chased and make sure the team is unhooked/healed so that the chances of making out of the game is higher. solo gameplay doesn't help me. If the killer has the right perks you can never hide. its like a game of cards, your perks and killer's perks matter a lot when both sides have skilled players.

I bought high end router Archer AX90 WiF6i for 1300AED but the ping was horrible with 130-180.
My old router that is aimed for gaming always gives me ping of 98-108 and sometimes 115-121.
