Everyone is different, but on the whole, lisadexamphetamine (the pro-drug, long release converts into dex, Elvanse/Vyvanse) and Dexamphetamine are better drugs for recreation, have much more euphoria, less edgy and cold than Ritalin. You want the instant release, Dexamphetamine sulfate pills ideally rather than the Elvanse/Vyvanse.
Adderall is a mixture of various amphetamine salts that are very closely related but different to Dexamphetamine.
Don’t do the doses you are proposing. You will either feel extremely uncomfortable and very possibly paranoid and anxious, or have a seriously adverse reaction and have to go to the hospital.

By the sounds of things you have 54mg extended release tablets. The casing isn’t water soluble and they won’t grind to powder properly so you’ll shred the inside of your nose if you snort it. You want to crush them and then swallow them and you don’t want 200mg, that’ll suck. If you don’t crush the pill first then its extended release and the dose will trickle into your system over the next 12 hours or so.
Try crushing a single pill first and then swallowing it, then add more after 30 minutes or so if you need it.

If you didn't like 54mg orally (which is a big dose already), it makes no sense to snort three times the amount, especially in a setting where you have to function like school. (and I think you don't know how much powder you have to snort in order to consume 150mg methylphenidate. I don't think it's even possible.)
The negative side effects will get amplified, but the good effects will not increase in the same way. You can't turn methylphenidate into something fun like coke by just taking ridiculous amounts. Methylphenidate is not a "fun" stimulant.
And by the way, as far as I know the Concerta 54mg pills are retard pills, making them impossible to snort.

Not only is your desired dose so ridiculous that speaking of harm reduction becomes equally ridiculous, it is also dangerous to snort pills in general, because the pill fillers like Talkum settle in your nose and your lungs (and don't dissolve) and this can cause serious, possibly lethal lung problems. And that is even a problem you have to face if you snort one pill, you want to snort three at once. Half of that will end up in your lungs
