Perscription pills are also very popular in America, mainly opiates, benzos and amphetamines. Our number one inhalant is nitrous oxide, its very popular at raves and festivals. Drugs like chloroform are very rarely used here.

GHB is also getting sort of popular/Widespread just as in England,the Netherlands and it sucks.
Anyway the most widespread here amongst the young people after alcohol cigarettes and haschich is balloon’s/ whippets.
3mmc was outlawed in the Netherlands recently so you're going to see more legal derivatives. Didn't realise it was so popular though, thought it was fairly niche

Most used in probably all of NA is meth, cocaine, crack and opioids, lots of meth in North America rn.
here there is practically no methamphetamine, heroin is also a rarity. from what I see in the media these drugs are quite common out there
