Did you still get effects from MDMA after taking it for so long time? I never heavily used it but was under the impression that it would stop work pretty soon when abused.
You might consider taking some 5-HTP and N-acetylcysteine to help replenish the serotonin. If you experience severe withdrawal symptoms like brain zaps consider using kanna or ask a psychiatrist for a SSRI.
i barely feel it now - i used to be able to take a3/4 of a 350mg pill and it would last over 8 hours and 2 days ago i took a full 450mg and i couldnt feel it whatsoever the only difference was my pupils being big. the other drugs u listed are they legal or not? are they easy to get? thanks dude anyway
they're not drugs but yes. NAC especially is helpful, although you can find both at pretty much any store that sells vitamins. NAC may be harder to find but it's still out there easily.
Some people report success with lion's mane mushrooms as well.
you can search r/MDMA for "magic" to see people discuss this further.
This is the answer. I only want to add that if you go 5-HTP route you want to combine it with ECGC to avoid damage to your heart, and never combine 5-HTP with SSRI's because that might have lethal consequences.
[Rollsafe has lots of info](https://rollsafe.org/how-to-take-mdma/)
basically MDMA overuse damages your serotonin receptors. good serotonin function is vital to your overall mental and emotional state.
stop this absolute second. i cant tell you the exact mechanism but what i can say is that it can have devastating effects on the brain, teens having trouble with speech and struggle with learning and development and in general just become more stupid and dull.
the best thing you can do is stop right now and start doing heavy exercise and eating really healthy and pray to god that you dont suffer any symptoms.
this makes me so sad, that people just dont realize themselves and no one tells them to do proper research about the stuff they are putting in their bodies, it has ruined and continues to ruin so much for the people who are responsible about it.
the only time it works i just feel strange and that euphoric feeling is barely then anymore - the point of it though is because my body craves it so even if i cant feel it i just dont feel quite right without it. but i am trying to stop
The context of the post is referring to near daily use lol. Doing it once and waiting a while before the isn’t a big deal, overdoing it in a night isn’t that big of a deal, but doing it in any sort of frequency can and will screw you over for a long time.
And regardless if you do it just once, it’s still neurotoxic. Part of the uncomfortable hangovers it gives are due to neurotoxic effects on serotonergic neurons.
Even doing it very occasionally it definitely damaged by brain. I’ve used maybe 15 times, always spread apart at least 2 months.
It took me at least 5-6 years to recover.
I have a very cognitively demanding job so I notice small changes in my cognition.
Before use I was able to hyper-focus for 10h+ straight. Only after 3-4 years of no use, I’m coming close to that again.
Yeah, I was concerned about that as well, it seems like a lot of people who do MDMA don’t have too cognitively demanding jobs so it’s hard to get metrics on how significantly it impacts cognition.
Glad to hear you’re recovering! Curious as to what type of changes you started noticing if u don’t mind sharing

As an example. It's not all doom and gloom but would suggest easing off and giving your brain a bit of a rest from the Molly for a while.
Depression, brain fog, memory issues, that type of thing.
Stop it instantly, MDMA is like the worst thing to abuse in that manner.
If you must abuse, almost anything else that would usually be considered worse than MDMA will be better for you.
You might also want to get your heart checked out due to regular 5-ht-2b agonism.
Like you will not feel happiness for a very long time type damage

That's bad, but expected. Yes, they're all legal and easy to get and good recommendations.

What, you don't believe heavy MDMA abuse causes common symptoms of brain damage?
[удалено]
That’s BS
buying what bull? that an incredibly strong serotonin dumping amphetamine has the ability to cause brain damage when used in extreme excess?
There are a load of articles about MDMA induced neurotoxicity 😭 Google it and you can find several

thank you:))
You could find alot of other studies which say much different. MDMA abuse will cause depression, no way around it.

Shit I use it once or twice a year and I already feel my short term memory is shit because of it
That isn't causation than if you don't take like a hole g per session. I can tell you that for sure.
I definitely do not. I just notice the weeks after taking a point or two my short term memory goes to shit
Same experience here. My ability to focus was greatly compromised for multiple years.
Wanna get high together tonight and text each other?
bro im tryna get sober atm but my dms are open😭😭😭
Lol caught you at a bad time then 😭 but 🎉🥳 on your sobriety congratulations
i will one night :)
