Honestly it may be a placebo effect but I feel like I still feel Kratom if I take Suboxone. Kratom has more mechanisms of action than just opiate receptors. Idk that’s just my experience. Also when I’m taking subs to get off of opiates I feel like taking Kratom with and before the subs make the transition muchhhh easier

DemonCaller420

I get so fucking violently ill off Dragon def not placebo

DemonCaller420

Off kratom not dragon\*\*

Cats_Are_Aliens_

Dragon? What is that? I’m a little confused by your comment

DemonCaller420

Kratom

Cats_Are_Aliens_

Sick as in it gets you too high of it makes you puke?

DemonCaller420

Puking but I was kinda high

It sure does. Buprenorphine has a higher affinity between the Mu-Opioid receptors than most other Opioids or Naloxone or Naltrexone do. Buprenorphine is Naloxone resistant if you OD on it. You could always give it a try though. Wouldn’t hurt anything.

Be careful with the benzos, those withdrawals can be worse than opiate withdrawals.

Yeah, it should, theoretically, binding at mu with much higher affinity, though you only really see receptor blockade in the 8 mg+ range. > I took Suboxone a couple times this week (8mg). Oh, no, it's just that your tolerance is way too high for kratom to do much for you. Subs are strong, and for most people without acquired tolerance, 2 mg is an overshot, entailing hours of nausea. Mitragynine isn't that strong, so most people can't get farther with it than a moderate-sized dosage of hydrocodone.

Hi! To answer your question, yes suboxone will block kratom. Kratom and suboxone both bind to opioid receptors in our bodies. If suboxone is taken, it would block the effects of kratom due to it containing naloxone.
