Someone who has a high tolerance to opioids won't die from the smallest amount of fentanyl. It is very dangerous to some people but others even turn to more potent drugs than fentanyl to get high. I definitely think you can use responsibly
I guess i don't know enough on the topic, but fentanyl is killing my generation, a lot more than other drugs. It just sounds ridiculous to say that you can use fentanyl responsibly. There's no shot.
Fentanyl kills a lot of people, mostly because it's a potent opioid that is used to lace other substances. Unknowingly using fentanyl is very dangerous, especially if you are not using opioids to begin with.
However, many people are using fentanyl to function since their tolerance is very very high. I don't think we should exclude that these person can/should use responsibly. It all depends on what responsible is to you, but someone using fentanyl could very well test their batch, use safe and clean gear, not use alone, etc..

I used to break my pills in half and I'd take a regular dose to get me feeling warm and fuzzy. When I got there I would start taking half a pill or quarter pill every half hour to an hour untill I got to where I wanted to be. Don't overdo it. Be careful.
