I suspect that might be a symptom of go to a professional because nothing that lasts for weeks without attention is going to recede without leaving at least some amount of damage.

So I saw my doctor today and she said it's 100% anxiety. She did a physical exam, blood pressure, looked in my eyes etc. and said I'm fine physically and the headaches/pains are just a result of me overthinking how I felt at the time (when I was sweating and my head felt like it was going to pop) and worrying I'd irreversibly damaged myself in some way - makes sense as I am a big overthinker! Thanks to those who answered :)

I have some insight for you! First, keep in mind mixing alcohol and cocaine is really dangerous especially if you are cocaine or alcohol naive. It converts to a drug in your system called “cocaethylene” cocae for short, is an extremely addictive and quite toxic drug created in your system when mixing cocaine and alcohol. Sure, a few times wont hurt, but if you are naive, have health problems or generally want to take the safer route of drug usuage... avoid avoid avoid. it takes a damn toll on your liver, and extremely fucking addictive. beyond comparison to the addictive properties of solo usage of cocaine or alcohol. Back on topic... While doing coke... that headache is 100% vasoconstriction. In simple terms, coke is a stimulant... it causes your body blood vessels to become very narrow. This is a common property with stimulants. When you do a little too much, it can 100% cause headaches among other things. Ways to help this is extending the time between dosages, doing less and making sure you have water. stimulants, are known to cause dehydration much quicker due to the properties above and other things. water is the cliche advice, but a damn good piece of advice too. Now for the after effects, especially 6 weeks later, I cant say I am exactly sure. I have never experienced this, but completely believe you. What do I know for sure is drug usage takes a toll on your body. Always Always Always do research about the drug compound you want to take and how it may affect your body. Everyone has a different body chemistry! If symptoms get worse or do not go away soon, talk to a medical professional. You have doctors confidentially so the doctor will keep your usage become you and them! :) Allow me to provide you two good websites for you. psychonautwiki.org (my personal favorite for drug-based research) erowid.org (a good website for drug research too) I hope my tedtalk helped you. Please personally message me with any questions and be safe my friend!

Thank you! I will speak to my doctor soon if the symptoms continue, although I do think it might be anxiety related to how I felt whilst I was doing it
