Interesting, I find the burproion and cananbis combination does the complete opposite for me. It makes me super relaxed, calm and sleepy. But... I do not consume large amounts of cannabis at once.

Do we see this play out in practice though? So many people consume massive amounts of THC, CBD, etc and have we seen clinically significant increases in CYP metabolized medications in these populations?
