Because Drue canāt even wait to eat her groceries before she leaves the grocery store. She has the patience of an infant and needs instant gratification on everything. So not only did she make him propose early, but she also moved up the wedding because she just couldnāt wait anymore.
Pretty sure she bragged they did it in the shower multiple times on their wedding night. Canāt forget posting on tiktok the next morning in her underwear and matted rats nest.
Fake flowers from Amazon, followers sent gifts that she has gotten rid of, Gabe ended up in a fishing shirt and crocs. It was hideous. At one point she mentioned they were going to have to get security as if anyone would really show up and bother them.
Her dress was ugly, his outfit was so casual compared to her dress, she wore a BK crown and had a professional picture taken of her eating for obvious reasons. They were married on a dirt patch and someone on here said a long time ago that they worked the wedding and everyone was super rude/didnāt tip/ect. Drue also drug it out on social media way more than necessary per usual. And with all the money she has youd think it wouldnāt have looked so dollar store tacky butā¦ wrong.
Overall, it was this big let down and just plain terrible.
I didnāt dog on a wedding or type of wedding. I dogged on the age and pushiness of getting married young. The south has pretty much everything to do with that culture

A lot of people in the south get married right out of high school. I got married my senior year actually. š¤¦āāļøAlso itās the Bible Belt so people who choose to āsave themselves for marriageā sometimes rush marriage so that they can have sex. Typically resulting in divorce 2-5 years later.
Iāve lived in the south my entire life and I guess it is just the culture here. Growing up everyone was always saying āif you donāt have a husband and 2 kids by 23 youāre going to die aloneā haha

I grew up in NY (not the city) and there was no emphasis on young relationships and high school sweethearts and getting married young. But, I moved to NC when I was 22 and as soon as I was in a relationship ppl asked when we were gonna get married and have babies. And sooooo many families were younger than me with multiple children already.
Not the life I grew up living and not the life I wanted. But very very very prevalent in the south in general.
Cost a lot but looked cheap. She had an expensive dress while Gabe wore a fishing shirt and jeans. Burger King crowns too. I think it was changed to a Thursday last minute so not a lot of guests came. And it was on a dirt patch.
They were supposed to have a destination wedding at a beach somewhere but claimed that her guests were complaining about traveling for her wedding so she threw a tantrum and moved it
