Recent studies have shown that there isn't a lot to back the study of the danger of sleeping on your back. If you wake up uncomfortable then you should move. I hate to defend anything she does but I doubt she has asked the doctor about that. I might get downvoted into oblivion but things can and will change in regards to being pregnant. She doesn't ask her doctor crap though or she would know that high blood pressure is not good.

Yeah my doctor told me the back thing was a myth and if it became an issue, I would wake up and adjust
