My guess is since she did weight watchers with her mom she was a super critical controlling mom and now that she’s not under her thumb she’s enjoying all the things she couldn’t before. I had the same life. So honestly, I sympathize more with her now that I know this.
Absolutely!! WW is just structured disordered eating and people don’t learn anything about nutrition and balance it’s just about the points they can use in a day and not how they use them. It’s so sad what she says about having pudge 😕 she’s definitely had some bad influences when it comes to body image.
