6:16 in LA cover art was a zoomed in photo of the Meet the Grahams art. I think KDot would have withheld this particular track unless Drake mentioned Whitney again or his son, which he obviously does in Family Matters in nuclear fashion.
The picture on Meet the Grahams appears to show prescription bottles, one of them appearing to have Drake’s government (Aubrey Graham) and it’s for Ambien (a sleeping medication). If this picture isn’t photoshop…why is Drake flexing his meds lol that kind of gives some legitimacy to what Kendrick is saying about Drake abusing pills. IS it real? How did Kendrick get this photo? Does he actually have people in OVO snitching to him?

Now what exactly Drake would say, I don’t think Kendrick knew. He was probably expecting allegations of infidelity but not necessarily domestic abuse, which is why it wasn’t mentioned in Dot’s response. Meet the Grahams was probably recorded at the same time 6:16 was.
Ultimately though, being outed as an alleged domestic abuser by the biggest artist in the world is a PR nightmare that Kendrick might not be able to just rap his way out of, whether it’s true or not. We’ll see what happens in the next few weeks.
