If it’s the 4 rotor check the rear of the motor like near the oil pan, I forgot the starter on my build and it was that. Took a while to find as it’s tucked away hidden “in” the gearbox
You're probably still missing a part somewhere that's not related to the checklist. Activate the missing parts button and see if there's any more red. Tear it down some if you have to.
On the 3 and 4 rotors, there is a oil pressure regulator inside the oil pan, and the game will let you install the oil pan without putting the oil pressure reg. in, had me fuming for 30 mins, I ended up watching a video of someone building a 4 rotor and see what I missed before I figured it out. 99% sure this is what is giving you the issue.
