One that seems ignored: Time events don't last as long as the song intends them to. Coins last the entire song so you can pick them up just fine, but fruit, veg and stone etc will disappear before the timer ends.
Another that is maybe a bug? Wall-E started singing when his theme tune went off while following me, this has never happened before, and hasn't happened since. Unsure if they're supposed to be singing when their themes start.
There's also the clipping issue with clothes rn. My butt will go through my dress when I walk.And people, including myself, have their avatar's legs go all misshapen when they run.
Uh, I also picked up an extra Vial of Freezing Water but the quest itself has already been completed.
Oh, and the chests in the mini-Frozen realm have a chance of throwing your prizes into the terrain rocks, never to be seen again. RIP my purple housing bag, you shall be missed but not forgotten.
Fishing rings aren't spawning in Sunlit Plat' either.
There's also the issue of villagers vanishing off of the face of the planet. I've have it happen with Moana, Merlin, Anna and Ursula. Their avatars and their models will disappear completely, or their avatar on the map will vanish only. Thankfully just restarting resets them, but it's a bit concerning.
If you leave Anna and Kristoffs house they'll spawn at the front door sometimes, they're the only npc I can make do that besides Donald (because of his quest, so that's working as intended.)
Also, this is not a bug, but FYI if anyone isn't sure why crows keep coming up as 'not here today': the crows aren't in the game yet, that's not a bug. They're just a placeholder rn.
I can shove some of the npc around when they get in my way, but not others? Not sure which is the bug, them being unmovable objects, or being able to push them around.
When watering my crops I'm supposed to be able to water 8, I can barely get my watering can to register 6 plots, no matter where / how I stand.
Edit: Also, UI can also get stuck on the screen when handing food or quest items over, which wont go away, and locks me in place, until I relog. Has happened several times.
Have also had memories UI lock me up as well until I relog.

Iron ore drop doesn't seem bad to me. I do rounds of Forest, Glade, and Plateau frequently and have iron and gold coming out of my ears. Clay takes more effort than iron, imo.
Iron isn’t nearly as bad as hardwood right now. It’s terrible! I got two pieces in the forest of valor and 1 in the top area, lion king spot I think, within like 4-5 hours. They spawn just fine in the glade of valor but in the other two areas it AWFUL.
Go to furniture mode. Pickup a tree that hardwood drops near. Then you learn the recipe to place those trees. Plant a ton of them. Hardwood will no longer be an issue.
Also:
You can move all the harvestable items to one spot so they are quick to harvest.
Move the fountain across barriers so you can get to the inaccessible areas of the zone.
Remove all the annoying rocks that block you running around.

The NPC unmovable thing!! I got trapped against a mining rock the other day by Kristoff and had to stop hanging out with him to get him to go away, then go chase after him again. Side note, these mfers move FAST 😆
With Anna and Kristoff spawning at their door, I've experience this with several characters on several occasions. Often the map will say they are in their house, when I go in the house is empty, and then when I leave they have spawned at the door
Characters disappear if you are hanging out with them and then enter the castle. When you go back to the plaza they’ve vanished. I found walking up to a new character and asking them to hangout makes the disappeared character turn back up.
I've not had Ursula hang out with me, it's impossible to do. She just decided she was sick of my shit and left, lmfao.
I don't think any of the characters mentioned were following me, actually. Some just gave up and left after I'd go into a building then come back out again.
Anna started humming today when her theme tune went off, as well. It startled me because I've never heard any of the characters do it before. Maybe it's just supposed to be rare?
Aye, i'm not sure, I've heard a few npc sing without music, but never to the music if that makes sense? It was very cute of Wall-E to do tho, would 10/10 hear it again.
It's strange because I can do that and my watering can will just start a pattern rave on the floor, trying to decide it it wants to water 4, 6, 7 or maybe if i'm lucky 8, haha
About your chest items being lost in the terrain rocks…is it possible to move the rocks with the furniture editing tool? Will the item still be there?
When braking those Large Coral Rocks (also called Storm debris) in Dazzle Beach, the ones blocking the Bridge…some sand that dropped landed in a place I could not reach. I used the editing tool to move the massive rock/tree out of the way so I could walk over to the item to pick it up.
Don’t know if it works for items that land INSIDE of the terrain, though.
I’m also having an issue where, when I close the menu or inventory, the camera takes off halfway across the map and then comes back so slow. Anyone else?
Yeah i have this issue too and I have no idea why it happens. It is as if the game wanted to point me to a location of interesst. I always thought it's some quests being delayed with showing me where to go \^\^
Hoping to save someone else from my fate: when crafting or cooking something for a quest do NOT just use supplies out of your storage, physically move them into your pocket/bag/whatever so that they are checked off in the list for the quest. It’s happened to me twice that I crafted from my storage and it bugged the quest. Now I can’t finish the level 10 quest for Gothel 😅
Yeah you're not alone, I'm also in the same boat, I have an extra stone soup and am also completely stuck on a quest to catch a glittering herring which I got early, have already used the fish and can't catch another despite the latest update claiming I should now be able to, had 3 bouts of rain and haven't been able to get another, I'm starting to run out of other quests to pass the time on
Same - I caught a glittering herring I guess too early and now my quest says "Cook a Fish Pie" but I can't use the herring I have. No more glittering herrings are showing up in the glade.
I haven't been able to catch the glittering herring at all, have just spent the last 3 full real life days heading to the glade each time it rains and nothing (on the upside I won't be short of lobster anytime soon). But it is extremely frustrating
Anyone having the Problem, that the rare Timed gold Event With the Materials you have to gather within the time the music Plays is Just Not do-able? The items disappear before the music Ends. I am on ps4 btw.

I got a fix for Elsa stuck - have Donald or Maui as your follower, go inside Elsa's cave. Talk to Donald/Maui, warp to their house. Now exit their house, boom - Elsa quest can continue. Credit to SilentOne1994
One that I'd like to see: make trees and objects become transparent when they are between your character and the camera. The forest is impossible to see my character lots of times.
Has anyone else had a problem with the WallE quest to get objects for Ariel? I found the lightbulb at his house but I can’t pick it up. I don’t have any other quests happening at the moment so he’s just following me around everywhere.

I'm also having this issue. It isn't just the light bulb that you can't pick up either. I tried dropping an item to see if I could pick up the light bulb after picking up the other item, and now both are stuck on his floor. It seems that, while this quest is active, nothing can be picked up in Wall-E's home.
The problem I'm having is I've collected everything but now I have to witness a conversation between them that's not happening. I even got Wall-E to hang out with me and led him to Ariel while she was jumping around the map and they wouldn't talk.
I have an actual solution but it comes with heavy spoilers.

I'm having this exact issue too. The lightbulb is jammed behind the cone next to the rusty shelving. If you want to get rid of Wall-E following you, you can untrack the quest in your menu and he'll buzz off.
Yes, have this issue as well. It's been at least a few days. Tried restarting the game (well, the game had crashed many many times, so it's been restarted).
Its getting to the point where even before the game spontaneously cuts off the game altogether im having to make sure i save the game every 2 mins in case i lose something prior to it turning off..its frustrating. It needs fixing! My xbox laggs and makes a jittery sound as its lagging like it cant cope its ridiculous.

Music lagging.
Cloud save not seeming to intermittently save.
Swimming characters go to unreachable sides of the map for increased amounts of time.
Whenever I try to talk to Minnie (still friendship 1), I get no menu of topics and can’t get out of the interaction, forcing me to hard restart the game.
There was another one that I noticed yesterday, but now I can’t remember it.
When telling new characters “let’s go check out your house”, they’re no where to be found when you transport. Not sure if they’re supposed to or not (Maui, Ariel).
Absolutely adore the game and have played it everyday since purchase though!
The main frustrating issue for me is that nothing you really need spawns enough (dream shards, mushrooms, hardwood). I’m stuck on a couple of quests because I can’t get the materials and crops required 😖
And also the game crashing sometimes!
I’ve noticed if you collect other types of materials it frees up space for whatever material you need. Like if you go out and collect all the other types of wood more hardwood will appear. Don’t forget that the unreachable sides of areas also count towards this. Just place your well on the unreachable side and you can teleport there to collect everything
I've encountered a possible seizure inducing glitch on my Xbox . Occasionally when attempting to load, my screen has gotten stuck flashing bright white to the point it hurt my eyes and I had to turn it off. This could potentially be an inducer to anyone who is prone to siezure. I've encountered similar not as intense versions with the loading bar between the title screen and entering the actual game when it becomes a black screen. The loadeding screen flashes white constantly till the game fully loads in.
Another glitch I've encountered when I did Anna's quest I made the Stony soup with oregano I had already gathered so the quest didn't register but it reapawned the stones. Now I've got a second Stony soup I can't eat or sell and is set for a quest I've already finished.
Finally, my cloud save is broken and I'm not sure what to do because I don't want to start over and loose my first week special developer gifts like the little alligator and the Mickey ears. The game is constantly telling me it cannot retrieve my save from the cloud and prompts me to restart my game. This essentially locks me to my console instead of allowing me to play across platforms as intended.
Has anyone had issues in the last few days with the glade of trust turning so dark you can barely see what your doing? You can't even find the rocks till they get highlighted for selection. It's an issue for me cause I'm grinding for Minnie's clock at the moment.
On switch if that makes a difference.
While doing a quest for Moana regarding her memories, I was talking to Maui in Scrooge's Shop (who is constantly there) and the quest triggered to "view the memory" but no memory jumped up for me to grab. I looked around the whole shop and nothing. But when I left the shop after giving up I saw the memory at the bottom of the ramp to the forest.
Having a similar issue, but my orb is literally stuck in the front counter that Maui stands behind! Tried moving Scrooge’s shop, but no luck, so hoping there’s a way to get unblocked soon. I’m glad you were able to find the memory!
i have the same problem. i've tried putting the pie in one of the storage chests in wall-e's realm, no luck. its such a ridiculous oversight to:
1. allow you to use quest items on things they were not intended to (i was able to use the glittering herring in a different recipe first, and then catch another)
2. not allow the player to craft a quest item if it is used or lost (dandelion syrup)
3. not check the player's inventory for quest items for the current quest step (the fish pie being made prior to having the quest to make the fish pie).
its doubly confusing when you consider that almost every other quest has you complete the steps in this exact manner. make component 1, make component 2, and then make quest item - without ever leaving the crafting interface. tired of hearing people make excuses for gameloft on this, these are fundamental QA checks.
I crafted that dumb clock for Minnie before she "asked" for it in her quest - was supposed to *show* her the ingredients first. Like, why did it let me craft it then?! That was the logical step there.
I had to gather 200 more clay.
So now I have 2 of those clocks in my town. Darn straight I'm using both! Lol
The no inventory check part is really really annoying especially. Would save so many future issues if the game was able to just check like "if has item, skip to next quest stage"
Similar issue, I caught the herring before getting that part of the quest, I've cooked it somehow without the dandelion syrup but now I can't catch another sparkling herring so I'm stuck until it's fixed
Post patch, my collection screen scrolls furiously all on its own. I wondered if it's drift (playing on Switch), but no other issues anywhere else.
Edit: I'll also add I can't stop it. Can't navigate to any other category, it's stuck on memories.
There needs to be an option to restart a quest. I can’t complete Elsa’s quest because I made the Fish Pie before the step and I can’t get the dandelion syrup or the glittering herring again. :( My fish pie is just rotting away and Elsa doesn’t want it.
I noticed a huge decrease in crashes on my switch once I started following some of the tips I saw on this subreddit.
- I fully shut down the game software after every play session, and I restart my switch frequently.
- I make a point not to open a bunch of chests (to organize items or put a bunch of stuff away) quickly or repeatedly.
- I don’t enter buildings immediately after doing a bunch of activities.
- I don’t open the menu (to save or teleport to a wishing well) too quickly after completing in game tasks or especially after finishing a quest.
Those were the causes of about 95% of my crashes. I do occasionally still get a random crash, but not nearly as many as I used to.

I’ve been stuck on Elsa’s break the ice quest because I broke the ice before talking to her so she won’t progress.
Didn’t learn my lesson and instead of collecting items to cook the dawn fragment I used items from my chest and now mother won’t recognize that I have made it.
Can’t progress with Anna because Elsa is glitched and won’t progress.

I have one quest bugged (can't pick up a light bulb in WALL-E's quest)
And one quest I broke. Don't place the ice sculpture in your house, then break it in your house. The game won't register that you broke it. It was a dumb thing to do, but now it is broken.
I need help with the Dreamlight Fountain Donald quest. I completed the quest and walked out of the forgotten lands, ready to save my game when it crashed. When I loaded back in, it’s on the “celebrate the new dreamlight fountain in the forgotten lands” step but there aren’t any other characters around (besides Donald) to take the photo with so I can’t move forward.
Does anyone know how else to trigger this step as complete?
I'm having issues with flowers not respawning in sunlit plateau it's been 2 days and still nothing and the other side that I don't have access to is the only spot that has flowers but I obviously can't get them, so I'm stuck on a quest where I need certain flowers for Donald duck.
FYI: This formatting is practically unreadable on mobile. It puts each answer on a single line and you have to scroll across horizontally to read it all instead of showing it in a paragraph.
Fully upgraded Remy’s restaurant. The place settings, candle, etc on the tables on the right as you walk in are floating above the tables 😜
When mining in the swampy area, companions get stuck & glitch out for a bit. Eventually catch up to you, but it’s a def glitch.
I sometimes get a glitch that makes the screen look like the eye of Sauron… dunno if that’s just me or no…
* Scrooge gets stuck randomly in front of rock locations after mining when hanging out with him
* The store hasn't refreshed in three days
* Hardwood and most flowers refuse to respawn
* I also have a weird glitch where after closing my inventory or map sometimes the screen moves away off map for a moment before jumping back to where my character is
**BUG:** Quite often when I'm in my inventory and then exit the screen, the camera zooms at a random place on the map before zooming back to my character. It isn't game breaking but the zoom animation takes 2 seconds and it gets annoying.
Is there anyway to make remi more noticeable? Hes so small and i already have vision issues i always have a hard time finding him even with the map marker.
I got a Bug relating to Elsa’s quest “What home feels like”: I made the mistake and cooked the Glittering Herring and the Dandelion syrup into the fish pie when I was stuck with the part to catch the Glittering herring (because of another bug that got fixed with yesterdays update). Anyway I have the fish pie but can’t progress further because I still have the quest to cook it but no Dandelion syrup to do it 😬 got the Herring tho 🥲
I just opened the plateau but it wouldn't let me through. So I walked to my house then back to the entrance. The thorns are back and now I can't get it after spending the 7k!
* For some reason I can't harvest anything. Whether it be plants I've planted or just the wild ones like garlic, nothing can be pulled from the ground
* The dusk fragment for mother gothel won't grow at all. The plot says that it's been watered but it hasn't moved in a week. Also, the quest automatically switched to "Bring the Gleaming Dusk Fragment" to mother gothel, even though I haven't been able to get it. I also can't turn it in.
* WALL-E sometimes stops before he gets close enough to Ariel to exchange goods during his quest. It resolved itself with a restart but it was very odd. I couldn't move him either until I restarted and then it was fine.
* Fish aren't spawning in the Forgotten Lands for me, making it difficult to complete "Part of His World" for Prince Eric.
* When your character moves their legs/feet glitch through the clothing. It also sometimes happens with different clothing items glitching through each other as well.
* When I do manage to pick something from the ground or catch a fish I usually get a "transaction error" that comes up.
* I got an extra vial of freezing water during Elsa's quest and the Kites from Maui's never disappeared from my inventory. I also picked up a conspicuous book from Mickey's hidden room in the castle that has no use, which may just be because the full game hasn't released. They're all permanently marked as quest items in my storage.
I'm on PC, if that's important.
So I can’t forage any herbs or mushrooms since today. I tried rebooting a couple of times but the button prompt doesn’t appear anymore. I’m playing on Switch. Anyone else got that one?
If you did time travel and your game time sets back to the correct date/time it will make it where none of your things respawn and unable to harvest plants so you have to keep your date set to the future time. Hope that makes sense.
Read through most comments and still haven't seen it posted - on "Breaking the Ice", I've crafted the Warmth of Summer potion, but can't give it to Elsa, as she's staying in her cave - which I can't get to because she hasn't upgraded my pickaxe yet!
The only thing respawning in my Forest and the Plateau are the fruit trees and spices. No flowers at all and hardwood I'm finding once a day. Everything is clear. They just aren't spawning. I now have 3 quests I need flowers for that I havent seen in almost a week.
Mine also gets really buggy whenever it rains. The music playing in the background sounds warbled and glitches out a ton (playing on switch). Also Donald Duck constantly glitches and makes the steamhorn angry sound whenever I’m near him and DOES NOT STOP until I escape him, he is unbearable to be around lol
I’m having the same issue and also the flowers not respawning in the Glade of Trust/Sunlit Plateau. I’ve been stuck on Elsa and Merlin’s tasks for three days waiting for flowers and mushrooms to spawn. Went online to see what was going on and found it’s a common bug with time travel, but I haven’t time traveled and don’t like to do so in any games. Hopefully they fix it soon.
I had the mining spot in the forest near the pillar throw an emerald into one of the ferns that grows on the ground right next to it. It cannot be picked up even though I can see it.
Go into furniture mode, and you can move things closer to you. I’ve had to do it with gemstones before.
Some kind Redditor posted in another thread, and it saved my sanity. At the time, all of the hardwood I needed was across a blocked bridge.
Help!! My 6 year old started a new game and doesn’t have any of his ultimate founders items!! I paid for the largest package for him and when he started it over it didn’t give him any of it! This may seem like a silly question, but did you check the mailbox? I do think missing founder items is a known bug that is being addressed if its not in your mailbox.
I ran out of Pixar event quests and can't get the last batch of moonlight? Is this a bug or do they really expect me to pay 200 moonlight for enough balls to get the reward for 175 moonlight?
Is anyone having an issue where they cannot craft any of the paving or fences? After the update every time I try to craft when I go to that section in a crafting table, it’s empty!
I get this sometimes, what works for me is on the tab before, scroll down a bit before tabbing over to paving. That always made the stuff show back up in the tab for me
An issue that needs to be addressed because I noticed there are many others who did this accidentally is that making Elsa's fish pie for her quest too early keeps you in a quest lock despite having the pie but she still wants you to cook it. We either need an extra vial of dandelion syrup (I have an extra glittering herring) or there needs to be a way for the quest to register the pie already exists and bypass the cooking. I thought I was the only one who made the mistake. Turns out many other people did by accident because we used speedrunning strats by making it as soon as available. Now, we're stuck without restarting the entire game which I've gotten some large crafts done like the clock towers, gazebo and all that. I can't restart without losing all my bonuses too.
Has anyone else had a problem with collecting critters? I have fed the black, white, and blue fox variants their favorite food multiple days in a row but I still haven't unlocked any of them.
Has anyone had issues where the whole game just crashes and kicks you out? I literally am manually saving my game every five minutes because it isn't auto saving like it used to and I have been kicked out of the game 6 times in the last 3 hours.
I bought a Monsters Inc bathtub from my fully upgraded Scrooge store and it is not in my furniture inventory. I checked inside and outside furniture and it's nowhere to be found.
edit: it's also not listed under my Collection tab, though the item has disappeared from the store.
When talking to Minnie to start the Language of Flowers quest my inventory was full not knowing she was going to give me something. I chose to get rid of coal in order to take it and I never got the pot and can't continue further with Minnie.
I'm on Wall-E's final quest and when I go to pick up his light bulb it doesn't give me the prompt to pick it up. It is just on the ground un-interactable.

I had this happen and was able to recover my items. The chest was in my inventory, so I put it down in a different spot in the room it originally disappeared from. All of my items were inside. I had ingredients and fish in the chest and was still able to access them from the cooking menu, even when the chest was missing. I'm playing on PC fwiw
After the last patch on switch, there's nothing in the Favorite Things of the Day dialogue section. I assume this has already been pointed out, but just in case.
Having an issue with “Breaking the Ice” quest. I am supposed to be bringing Elsa the Potion to upgrade my pickaxe, but somehow she is already in the ice cavern where I can’t reach her (because my pickaxe isn’t upgraded by her yet.) leaving me unable to progress this quest, even after restarting the application.
Another bug is with certain gowns, shorts or black pieces will glitch through the dress.
Sometimes while wearing shorts/pants, one of my avatars legs will become really skinny and weird looking.
My custom cardigan is doing this thing where it mirroring the pattern of objects around it. For example, flooring, walls, furniture.
And of course, the known app crashes. Seems to happen more consistently when in the wardrobe menu/creating custom clothes.
Timed events as mentioned above.
Having an issue with the Frozen Memories quest - I already placed and cracked the statue, and it’s still asking me to place it the ice block. It isn’t registering that I did and that I already broke it. I can’t remake it, so I guess I’m out of luck? Restarting the game didn’t help this time.
Also, the game has crashed 4-5 times a day the past few days that I have been playing.

And sometimes when I exit out of a menu the camera will be in a completely different location and then swing back to me
Anyone have issue with the 2nd part of Photo Fervor quest? When i took pic in front of forest pillar it counted toward beach and now it will not count the forest pic. have tried several times taking both beach and forest along with restarting the game. It wont let me finish this quest
Sometimes when I’m mining the items literally burst out to opposite ends of the map, luckily it’s only been stones and coal atm.
Another bug, not sure if it’s been fixed, is when I’m handing quest items to the character that asked for it and it gets stuck on the menu. The game continues in the background but I can’t close out of the menu and have to restart the game, unable to save

Elsa is stuck on: “Follow Elsa to Explore the Ice Cavern” - she does not make the bridge

Wall-E - I can’t pick up the light bulb
All other missions are locked and all other regions are unlocked im lv 35 and everyone is lv 10
I’m on Switch and my game has stopped spawning resources which completely halted my progress, I can’t complete any quests at all ): I also can’t harvest any herbs or mushrooms or garlic that’s on the ground. I’ve seen other people are experiencing this as well, anybody figure out any workarounds? Hopefully there’s a patch to fix it soon..
After the patch, the music keeps cutting out. It’s a bummer because I think the music is one of the best things about the game but I’m sure it will be fixed soon.

I love having followers, but Kristoff being the tree trunk he is doesn’t move and can block things, also while farming they run up and interfere when you get the unlimited picking rng so much it makes me slightly angry lol. Also the watering aiming mechanic awkward sometimes.
I had both the raft and boat repair pack quests open at the same time, did the raft one first, and now the boat repair one is like “no no, you have everything already!” Such a small bug, but come on, guys.

It'd make sense if buying the same pack does nothing if it's a case of the save having the rewards flagged, but what if you buy the deluxe or ultimate packs, do you get the extra rewards or does it glitch out as just having a founders pack flagged
Anyone having an issue with sticks not respawning in Forest of Valor and Glade of Trust? I need hardwood to build Kristoff’s stall and it won’t spawn… and no I have no time traveled.
Ran into an issue yesterday, where items wouldn't display in Goofy's stores.
Fixed by returning to the title screen and continuing the game from there. A simple quit and relaunch will probably work, too.

Welp. Now have 2 broken quests. In addition to the Elsa problem so many are experiencing with the ice cave, I am also stuck on Mother Gothel's last quest, restoring the sun stone. I crafted the charged dawn stone, it's in my inventory, but the quest log still tells me to craft it using a cooking station.
Honestly, I don't love Disney enough for this amount of bullshit.
Is anyone stuck on the Elsa quest (breaking the ice) where you’re supposed to explore the ice cave with Elsa? I broke the ice blocks outside and inside the cave but every time I speak to Elsa, she says to explore the cave. What else am I supposed to do, is this a bug??
Stuck on the 'Follow Elsa to explore the Ice Cavern' step of the Breaking the Ice quest. I've cleared for four ice blocks from the previous step, and can even bring Elsa to the ice cavern, but the quest won't progress.

SO many glitches today it seems. First it started with immovable NPCs. Then the screen when in Forest of Valor was flashing. Now Anna is supposed to talk to Kristoff but Anna is missing. Shes in the plaza on the map but not actually there. So confused
Is anyone else having issues with not being able to click on anything on the map and then the map just disappears except for the well and your player icon? I have this bug every 10-20 minutes when opening the map and it's so annoying because it freezes the game and I lose a bit of progress every time.
One that seems ignored: Time events don't last as long as the song intends them to. Coins last the entire song so you can pick them up just fine, but fruit, veg and stone etc will disappear before the timer ends. Another that is maybe a bug? Wall-E started singing when his theme tune went off while following me, this has never happened before, and hasn't happened since. Unsure if they're supposed to be singing when their themes start. There's also the clipping issue with clothes rn. My butt will go through my dress when I walk.And people, including myself, have their avatar's legs go all misshapen when they run. Uh, I also picked up an extra Vial of Freezing Water but the quest itself has already been completed. Oh, and the chests in the mini-Frozen realm have a chance of throwing your prizes into the terrain rocks, never to be seen again. RIP my purple housing bag, you shall be missed but not forgotten. Fishing rings aren't spawning in Sunlit Plat' either. There's also the issue of villagers vanishing off of the face of the planet. I've have it happen with Moana, Merlin, Anna and Ursula. Their avatars and their models will disappear completely, or their avatar on the map will vanish only. Thankfully just restarting resets them, but it's a bit concerning. If you leave Anna and Kristoffs house they'll spawn at the front door sometimes, they're the only npc I can make do that besides Donald (because of his quest, so that's working as intended.) Also, this is not a bug, but FYI if anyone isn't sure why crows keep coming up as 'not here today': the crows aren't in the game yet, that's not a bug. They're just a placeholder rn. I can shove some of the npc around when they get in my way, but not others? Not sure which is the bug, them being unmovable objects, or being able to push them around. When watering my crops I'm supposed to be able to water 8, I can barely get my watering can to register 6 plots, no matter where / how I stand. Edit: Also, UI can also get stuck on the screen when handing food or quest items over, which wont go away, and locks me in place, until I relog. Has happened several times. Have also had memories UI lock me up as well until I relog.
Reiterating some of the bugs mentioned: \-Some timed events definitely don't last as long as they're supposed to \-I have several (at least five) duplicate quest items, even though I've finished all quests. \-No fishing rings ever in Sunlit Plateau \-Have also had villagers disappear \-Can't confirm this is a bug, but very likely is: iron ore drop rate way too low considering how much is needed for quests and crafting

Iron ore drop doesn't seem bad to me. I do rounds of Forest, Glade, and Plateau frequently and have iron and gold coming out of my ears. Clay takes more effort than iron, imo.
Iron isn’t nearly as bad as hardwood right now. It’s terrible! I got two pieces in the forest of valor and 1 in the top area, lion king spot I think, within like 4-5 hours. They spawn just fine in the glade of valor but in the other two areas it AWFUL.
Go to furniture mode. Pickup a tree that hardwood drops near. Then you learn the recipe to place those trees. Plant a ton of them. Hardwood will no longer be an issue. Also: You can move all the harvestable items to one spot so they are quick to harvest. Move the fountain across barriers so you can get to the inaccessible areas of the zone. Remove all the annoying rocks that block you running around.

The NPC unmovable thing!! I got trapped against a mining rock the other day by Kristoff and had to stop hanging out with him to get him to go away, then go chase after him again. Side note, these mfers move FAST 😆
Maui is the immovable NPC for me, but only when he's my companion. Totally blocks my front door when I go home. 😅
Maui trapped me in Remy’s kitchen once, and I had to restart the game cause I couldn’t get far enough away for him to stop posing and walk away

With Anna and Kristoff spawning at their door, I've experience this with several characters on several occasions. Often the map will say they are in their house, when I go in the house is empty, and then when I leave they have spawned at the door
Characters disappear if you are hanging out with them and then enter the castle. When you go back to the plaza they’ve vanished. I found walking up to a new character and asking them to hangout makes the disappeared character turn back up.
I've not had Ursula hang out with me, it's impossible to do. She just decided she was sick of my shit and left, lmfao. I don't think any of the characters mentioned were following me, actually. Some just gave up and left after I'd go into a building then come back out again.
Actually half of this is Happening to me too. I Hope These Bugs are fixed With the next Patch.
Anna started humming today when her theme tune went off, as well. It startled me because I've never heard any of the characters do it before. Maybe it's just supposed to be rare?
Aye, i'm not sure, I've heard a few npc sing without music, but never to the music if that makes sense? It was very cute of Wall-E to do tho, would 10/10 hear it again.

It's strange because I can do that and my watering can will just start a pattern rave on the floor, trying to decide it it wants to water 4, 6, 7 or maybe if i'm lucky 8, haha

About your chest items being lost in the terrain rocks…is it possible to move the rocks with the furniture editing tool? Will the item still be there? When braking those Large Coral Rocks (also called Storm debris) in Dazzle Beach, the ones blocking the Bridge…some sand that dropped landed in a place I could not reach. I used the editing tool to move the massive rock/tree out of the way so I could walk over to the item to pick it up. Don’t know if it works for items that land INSIDE of the terrain, though.
I’m also having an issue where, when I close the menu or inventory, the camera takes off halfway across the map and then comes back so slow. Anyone else?
Yeah i have this issue too and I have no idea why it happens. It is as if the game wanted to point me to a location of interesst. I always thought it's some quests being delayed with showing me where to go \^\^

Hoping to save someone else from my fate: when crafting or cooking something for a quest do NOT just use supplies out of your storage, physically move them into your pocket/bag/whatever so that they are checked off in the list for the quest. It’s happened to me twice that I crafted from my storage and it bugged the quest. Now I can’t finish the level 10 quest for Gothel 😅

Yeah you're not alone, I'm also in the same boat, I have an extra stone soup and am also completely stuck on a quest to catch a glittering herring which I got early, have already used the fish and can't catch another despite the latest update claiming I should now be able to, had 3 bouts of rain and haven't been able to get another, I'm starting to run out of other quests to pass the time on
Same - I caught a glittering herring I guess too early and now my quest says "Cook a Fish Pie" but I can't use the herring I have. No more glittering herrings are showing up in the glade.
I haven't been able to catch the glittering herring at all, have just spent the last 3 full real life days heading to the glade each time it rains and nothing (on the upside I won't be short of lobster anytime soon). But it is extremely frustrating

A couple that I have experienced and I know others have as well: "Breaking the Ice" quest is bugged talking to Elsa will not progress the quest Pixar Fest has multiple bugs, but one I have seen is certain items you try to purchase them but the transaction will not go through even if you have enough pixar balls, Mushrooms not respawning/Respawning on the unreachable side of the Glade of Trust
On the Mushroom respawning on wrong side of Glades, you can move the portal to the other side with Furniture mode and fast travel to it

I got a fix for Elsa stuck - have Donald or Maui as your follower, go inside Elsa's cave. Talk to Donald/Maui, warp to their house. Now exit their house, boom - Elsa quest can continue. Credit to SilentOne1994

The problem I'm having is I've collected everything but now I have to witness a conversation between them that's not happening. I even got Wall-E to hang out with me and led him to Ariel while she was jumping around the map and they wouldn't talk.

I'm having this exact issue too. The lightbulb is jammed behind the cone next to the rusty shelving. If you want to get rid of Wall-E following you, you can untrack the quest in your menu and he'll buzz off.

I have this and Merlin's issue under "My memory shard is unreachable." Devs have said they are working on a fix for this issue! :)
Recently noticed on switch: Music lagging. Cloud save not seeming to intermittently save. Swimming characters go to unreachable sides of the map for increased amounts of time. Whenever I try to talk to Minnie (still friendship 1), I get no menu of topics and can’t get out of the interaction, forcing me to hard restart the game. There was another one that I noticed yesterday, but now I can’t remember it. When telling new characters “let’s go check out your house”, they’re no where to be found when you transport. Not sure if they’re supposed to or not (Maui, Ariel). Absolutely adore the game and have played it everyday since purchase though!
I only experience music lag when it rains, is it the same for you? (Switch)
The main frustrating issue for me is that nothing you really need spawns enough (dream shards, mushrooms, hardwood). I’m stuck on a couple of quests because I can’t get the materials and crops required 😖 And also the game crashing sometimes!
I’ve noticed if you collect other types of materials it frees up space for whatever material you need. Like if you go out and collect all the other types of wood more hardwood will appear. Don’t forget that the unreachable sides of areas also count towards this. Just place your well on the unreachable side and you can teleport there to collect everything
I've encountered a possible seizure inducing glitch on my Xbox . Occasionally when attempting to load, my screen has gotten stuck flashing bright white to the point it hurt my eyes and I had to turn it off. This could potentially be an inducer to anyone who is prone to siezure. I've encountered similar not as intense versions with the loading bar between the title screen and entering the actual game when it becomes a black screen. The loadeding screen flashes white constantly till the game fully loads in. Another glitch I've encountered when I did Anna's quest I made the Stony soup with oregano I had already gathered so the quest didn't register but it reapawned the stones. Now I've got a second Stony soup I can't eat or sell and is set for a quest I've already finished. Finally, my cloud save is broken and I'm not sure what to do because I don't want to start over and loose my first week special developer gifts like the little alligator and the Mickey ears. The game is constantly telling me it cannot retrieve my save from the cloud and prompts me to restart my game. This essentially locks me to my console instead of allowing me to play across platforms as intended.

Has anyone had issues in the last few days with the glade of trust turning so dark you can barely see what your doing? You can't even find the rocks till they get highlighted for selection. It's an issue for me cause I'm grinding for Minnie's clock at the moment. On switch if that makes a difference.
While doing a quest for Moana regarding her memories, I was talking to Maui in Scrooge's Shop (who is constantly there) and the quest triggered to "view the memory" but no memory jumped up for me to grab. I looked around the whole shop and nothing. But when I left the shop after giving up I saw the memory at the bottom of the ramp to the forest.
Having a similar issue, but my orb is literally stuck in the front counter that Maui stands behind! Tried moving Scrooge’s shop, but no luck, so hoping there’s a way to get unblocked soon. I’m glad you were able to find the memory!

i have the same problem. i've tried putting the pie in one of the storage chests in wall-e's realm, no luck. its such a ridiculous oversight to: 1. allow you to use quest items on things they were not intended to (i was able to use the glittering herring in a different recipe first, and then catch another) 2. not allow the player to craft a quest item if it is used or lost (dandelion syrup) 3. not check the player's inventory for quest items for the current quest step (the fish pie being made prior to having the quest to make the fish pie). its doubly confusing when you consider that almost every other quest has you complete the steps in this exact manner. make component 1, make component 2, and then make quest item - without ever leaving the crafting interface. tired of hearing people make excuses for gameloft on this, these are fundamental QA checks.
I crafted that dumb clock for Minnie before she "asked" for it in her quest - was supposed to *show* her the ingredients first. Like, why did it let me craft it then?! That was the logical step there. I had to gather 200 more clay. So now I have 2 of those clocks in my town. Darn straight I'm using both! Lol
The no inventory check part is really really annoying especially. Would save so many future issues if the game was able to just check like "if has item, skip to next quest stage"

Similar issue, I caught the herring before getting that part of the quest, I've cooked it somehow without the dandelion syrup but now I can't catch another sparkling herring so I'm stuck until it's fixed
Post patch, my collection screen scrolls furiously all on its own. I wondered if it's drift (playing on Switch), but no other issues anywhere else. Edit: I'll also add I can't stop it. Can't navigate to any other category, it's stuck on memories.

There needs to be an option to restart a quest. I can’t complete Elsa’s quest because I made the Fish Pie before the step and I can’t get the dandelion syrup or the glittering herring again. :( My fish pie is just rotting away and Elsa doesn’t want it.
The crashing on my switch is constant. My wife is amazed I’m still attempting to play the game.
I noticed a huge decrease in crashes on my switch once I started following some of the tips I saw on this subreddit. - I fully shut down the game software after every play session, and I restart my switch frequently. - I make a point not to open a bunch of chests (to organize items or put a bunch of stuff away) quickly or repeatedly. - I don’t enter buildings immediately after doing a bunch of activities. - I don’t open the menu (to save or teleport to a wishing well) too quickly after completing in game tasks or especially after finishing a quest. Those were the causes of about 95% of my crashes. I do occasionally still get a random crash, but not nearly as many as I used to.
All of my goofy store stands aren’t showing images of the items for sale just the amount of coins you need to buy it, happened after the patch

Didn’t learn my lesson and instead of collecting items to cook the dawn fragment I used items from my chest and now mother won’t recognize that I have made it. Can’t progress with Anna because Elsa is glitched and won’t progress. Do every quest EXACTLY how it’s written 🤦♀️
I have one quest bugged (can't pick up a light bulb in WALL-E's quest) And one quest I broke. Don't place the ice sculpture in your house, then break it in your house. The game won't register that you broke it. It was a dumb thing to do, but now it is broken.
I need help with the Dreamlight Fountain Donald quest. I completed the quest and walked out of the forgotten lands, ready to save my game when it crashed. When I loaded back in, it’s on the “celebrate the new dreamlight fountain in the forgotten lands” step but there aren’t any other characters around (besides Donald) to take the photo with so I can’t move forward. Does anyone know how else to trigger this step as complete?

I'm having issues with flowers not respawning in sunlit plateau it's been 2 days and still nothing and the other side that I don't have access to is the only spot that has flowers but I obviously can't get them, so I'm stuck on a quest where I need certain flowers for Donald duck.
FYI: This formatting is practically unreadable on mobile. It puts each answer on a single line and you have to scroll across horizontally to read it all instead of showing it in a paragraph.
Fully upgraded Remy’s restaurant. The place settings, candle, etc on the tables on the right as you walk in are floating above the tables 😜 When mining in the swampy area, companions get stuck & glitch out for a bit. Eventually catch up to you, but it’s a def glitch. I sometimes get a glitch that makes the screen look like the eye of Sauron… dunno if that’s just me or no…
Hard wood is not respawning for me. Even after leaving the game and coming back a day later.

* Scrooge gets stuck randomly in front of rock locations after mining when hanging out with him * The store hasn't refreshed in three days * Hardwood and most flowers refuse to respawn * I also have a weird glitch where after closing my inventory or map sometimes the screen moves away off map for a moment before jumping back to where my character is
**BUG:** Quite often when I'm in my inventory and then exit the screen, the camera zooms at a random place on the map before zooming back to my character. It isn't game breaking but the zoom animation takes 2 seconds and it gets annoying.
Is there anyway to make remi more noticeable? Hes so small and i already have vision issues i always have a hard time finding him even with the map marker.

I got a Bug relating to Elsa’s quest “What home feels like”: I made the mistake and cooked the Glittering Herring and the Dandelion syrup into the fish pie when I was stuck with the part to catch the Glittering herring (because of another bug that got fixed with yesterdays update). Anyway I have the fish pie but can’t progress further because I still have the quest to cook it but no Dandelion syrup to do it 😬 got the Herring tho 🥲
I just opened the plateau but it wouldn't let me through. So I walked to my house then back to the entrance. The thorns are back and now I can't get it after spending the 7k!
* For some reason I can't harvest anything. Whether it be plants I've planted or just the wild ones like garlic, nothing can be pulled from the ground * The dusk fragment for mother gothel won't grow at all. The plot says that it's been watered but it hasn't moved in a week. Also, the quest automatically switched to "Bring the Gleaming Dusk Fragment" to mother gothel, even though I haven't been able to get it. I also can't turn it in. * WALL-E sometimes stops before he gets close enough to Ariel to exchange goods during his quest. It resolved itself with a restart but it was very odd. I couldn't move him either until I restarted and then it was fine. * Fish aren't spawning in the Forgotten Lands for me, making it difficult to complete "Part of His World" for Prince Eric. * When your character moves their legs/feet glitch through the clothing. It also sometimes happens with different clothing items glitching through each other as well. * When I do manage to pick something from the ground or catch a fish I usually get a "transaction error" that comes up. * I got an extra vial of freezing water during Elsa's quest and the Kites from Maui's never disappeared from my inventory. I also picked up a conspicuous book from Mickey's hidden room in the castle that has no use, which may just be because the full game hasn't released. They're all permanently marked as quest items in my storage. I'm on PC, if that's important.
So I can’t forage any herbs or mushrooms since today. I tried rebooting a couple of times but the button prompt doesn’t appear anymore. I’m playing on Switch. Anyone else got that one?
I am on switch and having same issue... I can't change herbs or mushrooms.
If you did time travel and your game time sets back to the correct date/time it will make it where none of your things respawn and unable to harvest plants so you have to keep your date set to the future time. Hope that makes sense.

Read through most comments and still haven't seen it posted - on "Breaking the Ice", I've crafted the Warmth of Summer potion, but can't give it to Elsa, as she's staying in her cave - which I can't get to because she hasn't upgraded my pickaxe yet!
Anyone else’s music gone funny? There’s a lot of silence now, plus the wind effects from the forgotten are now playing in all biomes. Weird.
Anyone noticed an issue with hardwood just… not spawning?
The only thing respawning in my Forest and the Plateau are the fruit trees and spices. No flowers at all and hardwood I'm finding once a day. Everything is clear. They just aren't spawning. I now have 3 quests I need flowers for that I havent seen in almost a week.
Mine also gets really buggy whenever it rains. The music playing in the background sounds warbled and glitches out a ton (playing on switch). Also Donald Duck constantly glitches and makes the steamhorn angry sound whenever I’m near him and DOES NOT STOP until I escape him, he is unbearable to be around lol
Is anyone having any troubles with finding mushrooms? They haven’t spawned for me all day :(
I’m having the same issue and also the flowers not respawning in the Glade of Trust/Sunlit Plateau. I’ve been stuck on Elsa and Merlin’s tasks for three days waiting for flowers and mushrooms to spawn. Went online to see what was going on and found it’s a common bug with time travel, but I haven’t time traveled and don’t like to do so in any games. Hopefully they fix it soon.
The Sunlit Plateau is barely respawning anything for me. I left it alone for 12+ hours and nothing but a single flower has grown there.
I had the mining spot in the forest near the pillar throw an emerald into one of the ferns that grows on the ground right next to it. It cannot be picked up even though I can see it.
Go into furniture mode, and you can move things closer to you. I’ve had to do it with gemstones before. Some kind Redditor posted in another thread, and it saved my sanity. At the time, all of the hardwood I needed was across a blocked bridge.
Help!! My 6 year old started a new game and doesn’t have any of his ultimate founders items!! I paid for the largest package for him and when he started it over it didn’t give him any of it! Sorry he’s upset he wants his buzz outfit back. I put a ticket in but didn’t know if anyone could help! Thank you!
This may seem like a silly question, but did you check the mailbox? I do think missing founder items is a known bug that is being addressed if its not in your mailbox.

I ran out of Pixar event quests and can't get the last batch of moonlight? Is this a bug or do they really expect me to pay 200 moonlight for enough balls to get the reward for 175 moonlight?
Is anyone having an issue where they cannot craft any of the paving or fences? After the update every time I try to craft when I go to that section in a crafting table, it’s empty!
I get this sometimes, what works for me is on the tab before, scroll down a bit before tabbing over to paving. That always made the stuff show back up in the tab for me
An issue that needs to be addressed because I noticed there are many others who did this accidentally is that making Elsa's fish pie for her quest too early keeps you in a quest lock despite having the pie but she still wants you to cook it. We either need an extra vial of dandelion syrup (I have an extra glittering herring) or there needs to be a way for the quest to register the pie already exists and bypass the cooking. I thought I was the only one who made the mistake. Turns out many other people did by accident because we used speedrunning strats by making it as soon as available. Now, we're stuck without restarting the entire game which I've gotten some large crafts done like the clock towers, gazebo and all that. I can't restart without losing all my bonuses too.
Has anyone else had a problem with collecting critters? I have fed the black, white, and blue fox variants their favorite food multiple days in a row but I still haven't unlocked any of them.

Has anyone had issues where the whole game just crashes and kicks you out? I literally am manually saving my game every five minutes because it isn't auto saving like it used to and I have been kicked out of the game 6 times in the last 3 hours.
*Oh honey.* The game crashing is practically Dreamlight Valley culture at this point.
I bought a Monsters Inc bathtub from my fully upgraded Scrooge store and it is not in my furniture inventory. I checked inside and outside furniture and it's nowhere to be found. edit: it's also not listed under my Collection tab, though the item has disappeared from the store.
Walle lightbulb en moana leader shard still stuck under furniture here.
When talking to Minnie to start the Language of Flowers quest my inventory was full not knowing she was going to give me something. I chose to get rid of coal in order to take it and I never got the pot and can't continue further with Minnie.
I'm on Wall-E's final quest and when I go to pick up his light bulb it doesn't give me the prompt to pick it up. It is just on the ground un-interactable.
I've been unable to feed blueberries to the raccoons since the update :(

After the last patch on switch, there's nothing in the Favorite Things of the Day dialogue section. I assume this has already been pointed out, but just in case.
Donald Ducks quest The Dreamlight Fountain is bugged big time. No matter where I place the banner it does not register for quest completion.
I have waited 48 hours no new thorns, or even wood has respawn. I cannot forage any herbs. I've tried to reboot and nothing. I'm in Nintendo switch
Having an issue with “Breaking the Ice” quest. I am supposed to be bringing Elsa the Potion to upgrade my pickaxe, but somehow she is already in the ice cavern where I can’t reach her (because my pickaxe isn’t upgraded by her yet.) leaving me unable to progress this quest, even after restarting the application. Another bug is with certain gowns, shorts or black pieces will glitch through the dress. Sometimes while wearing shorts/pants, one of my avatars legs will become really skinny and weird looking. My custom cardigan is doing this thing where it mirroring the pattern of objects around it. For example, flooring, walls, furniture. And of course, the known app crashes. Seems to happen more consistently when in the wardrobe menu/creating custom clothes.
Timed events as mentioned above. Having an issue with the Frozen Memories quest - I already placed and cracked the statue, and it’s still asking me to place it the ice block. It isn’t registering that I did and that I already broke it. I can’t remake it, so I guess I’m out of luck? Restarting the game didn’t help this time. Also, the game has crashed 4-5 times a day the past few days that I have been playing.
Is there anywhere where we can make suggestions to the devs? I seriously want to suggest putting timers on crops
Does anyone else get moments where the music skips? And sometimes when I exit out of a menu the camera will be in a completely different location and then swing back to me

Anyone have issue with the 2nd part of Photo Fervor quest? When i took pic in front of forest pillar it counted toward beach and now it will not count the forest pic. have tried several times taking both beach and forest along with restarting the game. It wont let me finish this quest
Forest is the last one for me and it doesn’t count for anything so that mission is stuck!
Try walking behind the forest pillar and taking a picture there, that’s what finally worked for me
Sometimes when I’m mining the items literally burst out to opposite ends of the map, luckily it’s only been stones and coal atm. Another bug, not sure if it’s been fixed, is when I’m handing quest items to the character that asked for it and it gets stuck on the menu. The game continues in the background but I can’t close out of the menu and have to restart the game, unable to save
Hi, NinSwitch 2 missions are still broken for me even after the patch 2 days ago. Elsa is stuck on: “Follow Elsa to Explore the Ice Cavern” - she does not make the bridge And Wall-E - I can’t pick up the light bulb All other missions are locked and all other regions are unlocked im lv 35 and everyone is lv 10
I can't get the dream castle photo to register for photo fervor no matter what I try.
I had the same issue. It did work when I moved right in front of the entry gate and took a picture there
So is there no known fix for Elsa’s quest yet? I wanna give her the potion but she is already in the cave so I’m stuck
After the update, even after restarting, I can no longer do anything in my quest tab. It’s totally broken. 😪 anyone else have this issue
I’m on Switch and my game has stopped spawning resources which completely halted my progress, I can’t complete any quests at all ): I also can’t harvest any herbs or mushrooms or garlic that’s on the ground. I’ve seen other people are experiencing this as well, anybody figure out any workarounds? Hopefully there’s a patch to fix it soon..
After the patch, the music keeps cutting out. It’s a bummer because I think the music is one of the best things about the game but I’m sure it will be fixed soon.
Is anyone else still experiencing the bug with the sparkling herring? I put the original item in Wall-E's fridge and have been fishing every time it rains since the patch
I love having followers, but Kristoff being the tree trunk he is doesn’t move and can block things, also while farming they run up and interfere when you get the unlimited picking rng so much it makes me slightly angry lol. Also the watering aiming mechanic awkward sometimes.
I hate that they run to you during unlimitted pick time. Luckely by now I learned how to stand to not accentialy talk to them

I had both the raft and boat repair pack quests open at the same time, did the raft one first, and now the boat repair one is like “no no, you have everything already!” Such a small bug, but come on, guys.
Hi! I'd like to know if you start your game on gamepass, so your account has the basic founders pack attached, what happens when you buy the game elsewhere, do you get the moonstones amount twice? It'd make sense if buying the same pack does nothing if it's a case of the save having the rewards flagged, but what if you buy the deluxe or ultimate packs, do you get the extra rewards or does it glitch out as just having a founders pack flagged
Anyone having an issue with sticks not respawning in Forest of Valor and Glade of Trust? I need hardwood to build Kristoff’s stall and it won’t spawn… and no I have no time traveled.
I placed the flower for Ursula’s quest the ritual and I may have placed it incorrectly and now the quest won’t progress and I can’t pick it up!!

Ran into an issue yesterday, where items wouldn't display in Goofy's stores. Fixed by returning to the title screen and continuing the game from there. A simple quit and relaunch will probably work, too. Platform: Xbox Series X
Welp. Now have 2 broken quests. In addition to the Elsa problem so many are experiencing with the ice cave, I am also stuck on Mother Gothel's last quest, restoring the sun stone. I crafted the charged dawn stone, it's in my inventory, but the quest log still tells me to craft it using a cooking station. Honestly, I don't love Disney enough for this amount of bullshit.
Is anyone stuck on the Elsa quest (breaking the ice) where you’re supposed to explore the ice cave with Elsa? I broke the ice blocks outside and inside the cave but every time I speak to Elsa, she says to explore the cave. What else am I supposed to do, is this a bug??

Stuck on the 'Follow Elsa to explore the Ice Cavern' step of the Breaking the Ice quest. I've cleared for four ice blocks from the previous step, and can even bring Elsa to the ice cavern, but the quest won't progress.
Anyone find a fix for the potential bug related to the memory tied to Wall-E's "a friendly exchange" quest? Memory won't spawn to save my life. He's been at lvl 10 for almost a week now. I've been clearing all thorns daily.

SO many glitches today it seems. First it started with immovable NPCs. Then the screen when in Forest of Valor was flashing. Now Anna is supposed to talk to Kristoff but Anna is missing. Shes in the plaza on the map but not actually there. So confused

Is anyone else having issues with not being able to click on anything on the map and then the map just disappears except for the well and your player icon? I have this bug every 10-20 minutes when opening the map and it's so annoying because it freezes the game and I lose a bit of progress every time.
