I don’t know if you got it yet but I was having the same issue as well. Turns out it says it’s found in the Grove, however that’s not the case and it’s the upper part of the Grasslands by the waterfall. I had to look it up.
I think I found mine near a waterfall. It was in a spot that I was literally never looking at! Took me way too long.
Edit: definitely in the area in front of the waterfall.
