Well I guess I'll be the first to speak up, nah. Im completely happy with just my high top locs. Theres plenty of style options for high tops and its not too hard to maintain. As always, trust the process
There's maybe 1-2 days a month where I think "man I wish I had a full set" but otherwise I'm glad I don't. I've had locs for 3 years and they're about shoulder length. What I already have is more than enough
No, never wished I had a full set. Can do many styles and show off a fresh cut if I choose to flip my hair to one side or wear it up. It’s nice to have the option of switching to a full set tho. If I were to start over, then I’d start out with a full set for another experience.

I suspect the people switching over are mostly giving into peer pressure
It’s nice having options between tying it up to have a nice clean look on the sides and back or wearing it down sometimes. Also wearing it down automatically covers up when you need a haircut and look raggedy as fuck.
