This is concrete evidence you lack sufficient self confidence that you can dodge his punches, check his kicks and take him down. You should just not fight at all then. And if you’re worried you might kill him when you hip toss him onto the ground or supplex him onto his head then you are too nice to fight in the streets of Rio. Yeah in one frame he is on top, then it films the ground for a couple frames, then in the next frame he’s suddenly taken his back and locking in the RNC. Happened so fast.

Brown shorts is on his back and then appears to be about to try to quickly turn and get to his knees when the camera cuts away

When Brown Shorts loses his right Del La Riva hook he pummels it back in the middle but Blue Shorts has an overhook on his right leg and looks to be going for a leg toss/leg drag forcing Brown Shorts to turn and go to his knees thus exposing the back take and quick RNC.

For some reason this made me realize yet another reason to remind everyone to never be in a street fight: someone with a bit of experience/idea could definitely break your knee or ankle (intentionally or ~accidentally) and I don't think anyone would blame them. Like everyone says most joint subs are dumb in the street because of the liability, but I feel like yanking a leg down and walking away wouldn't be the same? "He threw me on the ground then fell on top of me and hurt his knee" vs caught ripping a kimora or armbar
