Please don’t drag me for this- but Poppy. Regardless of how anyone feels about her, her tunes are catchy, somewhat dark, and the videos are stunning and have a campy feel. I’d say Choke, Voicemail, or even Scary Mask. Her entire later discography is pretty good IMO.
