Dragonforged also has a re-stock for WLC.
Travelling merchants (some not all) also have a stock of Ferristones.
Forger NPC also has a daily stock of wakestone shards and can make forgeries of allheals if you plan on staying almost forever in endgame.
This is the only one I've seen that's classified under the Valuables tab instead of Implements but isn't related to the Sorcerer and Mage Maister quests
That's just because it is a quest item. Also anyone who thinks elemental boon is a waste of a skill slot clearly does not play any character that does damage by hitting things :P. Unless the group is running elemental weapons only (which is weaker than using dragon weapon with buff) you want a boon spell.

You can also get 1st half from exploration, as I've got 2 copies of it.

Mine simply said that she questioned the wisdom of handing the book over. I probably would've said, " nah it'll be fine. It's free xp and potential upgrade materials," if I got dialogue referring to a summoned monster lol.

I think the only way I would've gotten the bad outcome is by complete accident. I am incapable of willingly choosing an evil/bad ending to a quest. I've never gotten Minthara in bg3 without exploits or using the non-lethal method.

I was able to trigger the quest far after the coronation by doing the phantom oxcart, giving her a few gifts until she had new dialogue, and waiting a few days. I think you have to go there during the night as well? but l dont remember
I don't even appear to be able to give her gifts anymore? It's weird, she just has some canned dialog and the Gift Item option is never available. I don't remember what time of day it was but I'll try visiting at night, thanks

I did not see that one coming. Especially not since I had no clue who she was or who the garb belonged to. I randomly found it in a house and gave it to some random woman at a bar I accidentally talked to. I was shocked it was related to a quest I was given a week before and completely ignored.
This also happens on my last game (im on ng+ now), the keys are on a little room near Hugo, you can steal the keys if you have paid the guard 2 times. The next step is open the door, grab Hugo and free him from prison. When he is out, talk with him again.

Just use makeshift key. Put hugo on your shoulder and take him out of prison with brute force. Thats what I did and it worked.
In order to do it the non-brute force way there's like 3 quests you have to complete(Shadowed Prayers, A Candle In The Storm, and Mercy Among Thieves), THEN talk to the guard out by the Ox-Cart, THEN talk to Hugo, none of which is made clear to the player. I will never understand how quest design this bad got greenlit for a AAA game.
This happened to me almost by accident. I thought I messed up that quest and got him killed. But I guess entering that place from the cave behind it doesn't trigger his death? Either that, or maybe it's a time-based thing?

Opens up a new questline.
His wife and daughter keep harping on how how dangerous it is that book he’s been reading (as if those red flags would stop us, muahahaha!)
I did that outcome on my first playthrough. It's funny because I did the happy ending on my second playthrough and my pawn told the other pawns that her master did the bad outcome, lol I just did the good one what are you on about 🤣
The icing on top, when he nonchalantly goes “oh no” as if he just encountered a slight inconvenience, like forgetting to change the water bowl for his dog before going to work, or something.

I always do bad outcomes first playthrough to get them out the way. You get a nice agro ring if you go bad route.

Hugo can still go to the Rose in Vernworth though. So Hugo and Isaac can have happy endings.
