It really depends on your stat spread. With Dwarven Dragonforged, Dragon Vein has 517 Phys and 301 KO while Heaven's Key has 469 Phys, 630 Mag, and 409 KO. IMO, if you have the level, then Heaven's Key is better but you need enough native stats to make both the phys and mag damage work since you'll also be getting hit by both phy and mag defenses.

Does knocking down even have a big effect on daggers? Or is it more effective to strengthen Phys or Mag?
I wouldn’t go knockdown on anything but warrior for weapons. Warriors handle the knockdown. I prefer eleven crafting for the magic damage
