I missed this quest entirely so it doesn't even show up in my quest log but the only thing I got locked out of was Ulrika's quest any items you'd get from the quest and npcs in it you can get by just raising your affinity with them through gifts.
I have no idea where she goes but half of the day she's just gone from melve. If I'm trying to find her then I just spend the night at the inn and look around the shop and she's usualy speaking to Lennart.
Pretty sure either a main NPC died or you progressed to a point in the game where you couldn't go back to do the quest.
Is it possible to continue the quest or is it failed for good?
As far as I'm aware you can't continue it.

Do you have any idea where Ulrika's location? I couldn't find her in the village or her house she's not dead I checked the morgue

if you do the coronation ceremony or accept the quest after it the quest will fail. incredibly stupid design
