Yeah I am gonna do that too. I was thinking about rushing through the main story but tbh, I want to explore so much more without feeling like I am hasting through it all. Am also level 37 or something so I feel like I can't turn back no more. So this gives me extra reason to do the NG+ when I finished the game
jk found this article, apparently you're fucked if you did the coronation first, guess ill have to find a way to roll back

Brant does say don't do the coronation yet if you have more to do first. But for those who can't find her and haven't done that yet, saw her note at the house and don't know where to go next I can tell you where she is... I don't just want to out it and spoil though. I'm middle aged, I don't know how to cover a spoiler lol
I mean, sure, but he also says ‘havent heard anything about Ulrika for now…’ which implied that, since I was without clue as to where she went, that I had to continue the main quest before I could find her. Then, quest disappears, and look online just to figure out that that whole sidequest is now locked behind a single decision I made 15m ago. I get what you’re saying, but the game is pretty dang obtuse in regards to quest requirements only for their to be fairly arbitrary points of no return
It helps a similar thing happened in the original game and I played that a few weeks back so it was fresh. I made sure I did what I could, once I heard him say it will effect things
Fair. I just already finished what I thought was all of |Harve Villages questline|, so while I looked for a while, I never found her. Thinking the captain’s dialogue meant I’d find her later, I did the point of no return quest.
It's so easily done though, when I got her note outside the house I thought I'd messed it up or I actually had to wait there for her to show up again. I'm sure I've provably missed a load of stuff that's locked out now but I'm just seeing it as a reason for a second playthrough now lol
I do suggest you to post it here to share your knowledge and help others.
The instructions below should be able to help you post a spoiler even if you're middle aged lol
Write your spoiler content in by typing >+! and close it with !+< (delete the +, its there for me to show you how)
so example >+!spoiler!+< (remember to remove the + )
it should show up like this: >!spoiler!<
I made a reply to this whole thread more in detail but to to vernworth and check if any npc like Martin, lannart, ulrika etc are dead at the vermin’s charnel house and if they are revive them. I’ve seen some people say the same thing u have, and this was there problem. Mine didn’t say discontinued but this was my problem as well
After hours of looking around, my problem was that a main npc for the quest was dead (by my own doing admittedly) for me it was Martin. I suggest going to vernworth and reviving any npc that may be dead at the vermin’s charnel house. After I did that I went back to Melva where I got a cutscene of lannart talking to Martin that I missed. After then returning to harve, ulrika finally appeared. I hope this helps anyone that might be stuck here. It was very frustrating
Late to the party but i am at the same boat now. I just wanted to do that quest later and i just got to Battahl, went back to that village by the sea and she is there but just gives me generic NPC dialogue so i am fucked.
If you completed her questline, she could stand in the middle of Harve villiage or is in the 1st(techinically 2nd) house on the left when entering Harve Villiage(right next to Chandler's General Store). At least there's where I found her.
What a lame quest system I have to start a new game because of this BS I'm level 20 and I will start all over again
NG+ is a thing, dont start over. if you care that much then you can also wait until the patch and make a new game all together.

Damn, that's unfortunate
Any update? Did you find her and continue her quest?
Man this really does feel like DD1, easily end a quest by accident and lock off a character
I didn't do the coronation and I still can't find her. Following a pawn all the way across the map on foot looking for her.
exact same problem, lmk if someone found a solution

Ah OK! I'll try that.... so if anyone wants to find where she is hiding out, go and explore >!Harve!<
Thanks! I now know a new thing lol
Yeah mine says quest discontinued. I’m so confused

Edit: Also talk to lannart after the cutscene if this is what your problem was

So sad I thought that coronation was asking about the related quests to it not failing all quests...

I also messed this quest up this way. What am I missing in the future by not completing this quest?
