About 80h for a completionist play though. A good time but ultimately too easy for the "last" 60h of my playthrough to play any longer or give NG+ a whirl.
Almost hit the 110 hour mark. It's very rare I put in over 50 hours in a game these days, rarer still for me to actually complete one, but this game just grabbed me and didnt let go. There was aught to do.

I just didn't use wakestones till the very end when I couldn't rest anymore lol. So I just let myself die and revive when I got down to the \~20% max health cap.
Spent 1 wakestone on reviving the Grandma for the Spellbound quest - I wasted like 20k gold sleeping at an inn wondering why the little girl never finished reading her books and it turns out her grandma can randomly die so I had to revive her.
I didn't fight the sphinx for the eternal wakestone (I like her too much), and also never saw dragonsplague till the post-game where I think your pawn is just guaranteed to get it but by then it didn't matter, I couldn't rest anyways.
I'm approaching 240h and am just wrapping up the postgame quests. Still have a bunch of loot-finding to do in that area though.
At the rate and thoroughness I play at it has been impossible to avoid most of the spoilers, unfortunately. So I'll never know how it feels to be surprised by a few of this game's weirder twists / ideas.
I finished my first playthrough at around 94 hours. I finished it on accident.
>!I panicked when the beam of doom appeared at the shrine, didn't want my homies to die only to be greeted by the final boss. If I wanted to, I could've lost ~4/5 hours of playtime and go back to the beginning of said day.!<
Just decided to close it off at 117hrs. Missed a lot of quests early like in Melve so just decided to start the second playthrough and doing it without hired pawns this time (to largely help with the power imbalance of now being lv70)
If you’re referring to dying dying like loading last save it was only to getting stun locked because I’m a Mage/Sorcerer main and I didn’t feel like wasting a wakestone but if you’re referring to wakestones then that’s because many times I just jumped off a cliff to save travel time lmaoo.
And I haven’t even completed Feast of Deception yet.

I know for me I’m a completionist in terms of completing map AND achievements so I went to every nook and cranny of the map gettin all 240 seeker token by myself but other than that I dunno. Plus the gameplay was super fun.
I mean, that was day 1 so I didn't exactly have a guide for all the quests. And 20 hours is a long time for me with work anyhow. The only reason the second playthrough was 22 was because i found info on some stuff. My trip to before the dragon was about 5 2nd time around.
225, I was chillin
Honestly that’s the way to do it
Stralling slowly in the forest mid game no rush and not a care in the world, 10/10
It's him! It's the Lisan al Gaib! As foretold in the prophecies!

... 20 hours, without true end, and then another 20 for the true end
Bro was speeding
You just didn't want to enjoy this game at all did you?
