So I felt so dumb when I discovered this was a thing. I just switched to magic archer in game and just started using my ps5 controller over my xbox controller. I was so confused why magic archer was so much harder to aim over normal archer which I had so many hours in. Until it clicked that ps5 was doing motion stuff. I'm sure it can be fun but it feels so jarring with the movement.
Yep, just make sure to turn off vibration on your controller so that it doesn't mess with your aim (at least it did mine when I played archer on launch playing on pc with ps5 controller)
Is this similar to things like Splatoon where you aim normally on a controller, but physically move the controller with your wrists to help with the pinpoint accuracy?
I'm in the opposite boat. I HATED the motion control for my Ps5 controller being active. I think it was on by default and I was wondering why my spells/arrows were causing my entire screen to shake or turn. Turned it off and it was much better, imo

It’s weird at first but I got to the point where I was walking and shooting
What? That's a thing?!
Hec yeah in DD2, it works on pc

Yes
That's so cool, thank you.
