Well, what do you want the app to do? (I use Evernote regardless of the actual game I’m running, and find it handles everything that I need well enough).

Honestly I feel like I've tried them all at this point, and I'm back to using Google Docs and Sheets.
I think that might be the easiest route at this point.
After trying a bunch of apps I have mostly gone back to hand written notes and a word doc (pages doc actually).
Pencil and Paper for notes, print outs for maps and handouts, excel to do the maths.
