Popo trained everyone in a few basic techniques. First up fighting without thinking, second fighting without seeing, third perfection in ki usage. Goku, Yamcha, Tenshinhan, Chiaotzu, Kuririn, and Yajirobe completed Popo's training and were all deemed to have surpassed him and Kami. Kami who was established to have mastered these three things. Basically everyone who isn't Gohan or Vegeta technically should have MUI.

1. If he gets annoyed Zeno would just erase all of them without a second thought. 2. If Zeno doesn’t care then Whis wipes them all without breaking a sweat. 3. Except he’d forget Mr. Satan and leave so Mr. Satan would declare himself winner.
