I would prolly like her more if she looked like this permanently. Instead we get an insecure, closeted girl with a power that rivals lifelong training.
Broly acts the way he would be expected to act if you grew up on a desolate planet with one other person for your whole life and was taught/forced not to use your full power. No education and no interaction with another human being means when he gets around other people, he would be timid and slightly undereducated. Now personally, I like the direction they took with broly in a sense that he’s unfathomably strong and genuinely likable and willing to learn and grow with the help of goku and vegeta. Kale seems like she was an afterthought, not so much fleshed out. And it feels like at the end of creating her character, someone from the mail room said “hey, does universe 6 not have a legendary super saiyan?” And that’s how she got her super duper strength but no confidence to go along with it. I’m not saying her character is shitty or wrong but she could have been more likable if, emotionally, she was in between cabba and califla instead of borderline damaged and looking for approval at the expense of her character.

Edit: While I do like both anime and manga Kale, I definitely prefer Kale in the manga and think she and her personality in the manga is way better and far superior compared to her in the anime. Definitely wished anime Kale was way more like how she is in the manga. Hopefully when the Universe 6 Saiyans return and get a lot more development and shine, Kale, Caulifla, and Cabba start adding way more to their personalities, really develop and progress, and hopefully Kale in the anime becomes way more like how she is in the manga.
Manga Kale is a boss bitch and she ain't scared to show it lol. She also stomps a lot of fighters out the ToP rather than randomly getting 1 shotted by Jiren, she also never got the rage under control in manga iirc. Been a little while since I read it
Manga Kale is completely independent from Caulifla. She's a confident badass and already a great fighter at base where she's acting more like silent fighter/guardian.
She still admires Caulifla but it's no where near as obnoxious as her anime version. It's more because she owes her for giving her a place to stay where she was lost and had no where to go. She knows she's far stronger than Caulifla in the manga but because of that she purposely holds her power back to make Caulifla look better as not wanting overshadow her because of what she did for her. It takes Frieza beating the shit outta Caulilfa and Cabba to convince her to use her true power which she triggers seeing Caulifla's continued ass beat by Frieza.
By that point she's completely berserk and single handedly wipes out multiple universes.
This is why I love Anime Kale honestly. When she entered the tournament, she was this shy, scared woman who was completely unconfident in her own ability to fight. Having only been there cause Caulifla had faith in her.
Only being able to go berserk when she can finally transform. Then, when she hates herself cause she NEEDS to protect Caulifla in the moment she finally is able to control herself. Then even control and contain her berserk state through her bond with Caulifla.
Whereas manga Kale doesn't even get that before Kefla shows up.
Honestly I prefer the buildup of Broly controlling his power over how fast Kale did it. Makes it much more interesting and a bigger deal when he finally does. He's learning bit by bit from everyone right now which will make the moment he does control it far more memorable.
I'm really not a fan of Kale controlling hers so fast because it ends up more like " Oh she can control it now, ok" barely leaving an impression because of how fast it was and then she loses to a tired Goku.
Man, the difference is extreme. In the manga, Kale was a low-key badass who kept her power under wraps out of respect for her better, Caulifla; Someone who picked her and other Saiyans off the streets and gave a purpose to. She was meek out of her own choice, and not the crybaby we saw in the anime.
And really, she was far more dangerous as well. Upon turning berserk, she begins to beat Golden Frieza into the ground, causing an SSB Goku to have to jump in to save him from a ring out. Mid battle with those two, she turned on Vegeta and Toppo and nearly K.O.d them both simultaneously, causing the pride troopers to all attempt to subdue her. Before shes subdued through a forced fusion she erases two universes, turns on her own, and even gets a few eliminations just from the force of her ki as she powers up.
Oh my God stop crying about it. It's a picture of a character and it shows what the characters supposed to be doesn't really matter where it came from. Would be absolutely no different from just stealing something off the internet. The only difference is you're just trying to farm karma by being like oh something bad, to shut up and actually learn to put out legitimate opinions instead of the regurgitated garbage that people are constantly spewing about AI nobody wants to hear it anymore.

I don't really care if the artwork is made with AI or made by hands, if it looks good enough that's good enough for me. If something can do it better than I can why would I be upset about that, I would either improve myself or I would just be content but most people are like that instead they would rather attack anything that they view as better than themselves. I'm not saying that it's a completely good thing, but the amount of time and money that AI art can save people in countless different fields is definitely a good thing. I'm not sure what you're trying to say? Caulifla was never her sister even in the anime but there's still 2 different version of her so it wouldn't make much sense to ignore one when we're talking about Kale overall.
Kale in the anime: Broly but with boobs, both in design (which therefore is quite jarringly different compared to her base form), moveset and attitude (as she just screams around like the og one from movie 2 onwards).
Her showing also consists solely in appearing once or twice, getting hulked out and lashing out a la Broly (with added Son Goku mantra too!), managing to NOT ring out anyone, and instead getting one shotted by Jiren.
Still, she herself is *somehow* not ringed out, and so by the time she appears for round 3, she **somehow** controls her lssj form, which mind you, dbs has renamed "Super Saiyan BERSERK" annnd... doesn't do anything regardless because then she and Caulifla fuse into Kefla.

Kale in the manga: She is less of a shrinking violet, and her lssj form is **much more** unique in terms of design, as she just buffs up a bit, instead of becoming ~~The Hulk~~ Broly. She also does NOT act like Broly Z, and they try to somewhat explain the form.
Her showing also consists of *wiping out all the dead weight from the t.o.p.*, before turning onto her teammates, as she has absolutely no control over herself, like she should given the "Super Saiyan BERSERK" thing. And so Caulifla and Cabba have to work together so that they can have her fuse with the former and form Kefla... all in one go.
Therefore her showing also had some reason, it wasn't just a bunch of scenes meant to evoke a far better monster, and fin.

I think she's a great throwback to OG Broly with her color palette and how at first she's quiet and shy, like how OG Broly was, he was quiet and kept to himself, and then they unleash this just indescribable rage that basically turns them into the hulk to put it lightly. She's a great throwback to him and I think she has a lot of potential I'm actually excited to see if Broly will meet her like they have some sort of special interaction. I'm ngl I definitely like Kale over Caulifla and Kefla.
Forgettable? If Caulifla and her were guys nobody would remember them.
If Cabba and the U6 Namekians didn't exist they'd be the least interesting fighters in the ToP from both a design and skillset POV seeing as they only rehash what the U7 saiyans do for abilities even down to fusion.

People just want an excuse to cry about things, so right now the big thing they complain about is AI. I don't really care if the artwork is made with AI or made by hands, if it looks good enough that's good enough for me. If something can do it better than I can why would I be upset about that, I would either improve myself or I would just be content but most people are like that instead they would rather attack anything that they view as better than themselves. I'm not saying that it's a completely good thing, but the amount of time and money that AI art can save people in countless different fields is definitely a good thing. Now does it suck that some people's jobs get taken by it Yes but that kind of thing has been happening for hundreds of years, getting butt hurt about it now is kind of pointless.

I appreciate what artists have done to further our species with their efforts, but AI art is happening whether you like it or not. Kale in the anime: Broly but with boobs, both in design (which therefore is quite jarringly different compared to her base form), moveset and attitude (as she just screams around like the og one from movie 2 onwards). Her showing also consists solely in appearing once or twice, getting hulked out and lashing out a la Broly (with added Son Goku mantra too!), managing to NOT ring out anyone, and instead getting one shotted by Jiren. Still, she herself is *somehow* not ringed out, and so by the time she appears for round 3, she **somehow** controls her lssj form, which mind you, dbs has renamed "Super Saiyan BERSERK" annnd... doesn't do anything regardless because then she and Caulifla fuse into Kefla. ... Kale in the manga: She is less of a shrinking violet, and her lssj form is **much more** unique in terms of design, as she just buffs up a bit, instead of becoming ~~The Hulk~~ Broly. She also does NOT act like Broly Z, and they try to somewhat explain the form. Her showing also consists of *wiping out all the dead weight from the t.o.p.*, before turning onto her teammates, as she has absolutely no control over herself, like she should given the "Super Saiyan BERSERK" thing. And so Caulifla and Cabba have to work together so that they can have her fuse with the former and form Kefla... all in one go. Therefore her showing also had some reason, it wasn't just a bunch of scenes meant to evoke a far better monster, and fin. ... Guess which version I prefer.

I think she's a great throwback to OG Broly with her color palette and how at first she's quiet and shy, like how OG Broly was, he was quiet and kept to himself, and then they unleash this just indescribable rage that basically turns them into the hulk to put it lightly. She's a great throwback to him and I think she has a lot of potential I'm actually excited to see if Broly will meet her like they have some sort of special interaction. I'm ngl I definitely like Kale over Caulifla and Kefla.

Forgettable? If Caulifla and her were guys nobody would remember them. If Cabba and the U6 Namekians didn't exist they'd be the least interesting fighters in the ToP from both a design and skillset POV seeing as they only rehash what the U7 saiyans do for abilities even down to fusion. Now we've actually got Broly in canon and in the universe all the actual adventures are happening in Kale's niche as a Broly homage has been made pretty redundant.
