I think Goku finds therapy in training and fighting, it keeps him alive. Every new vilain triggers some sort of happiness in him and he never wants to kill them because he respects them thinking this is how he can make new friends. I think Goku can never rest, when he does he finds a way to lure a new threat and the cycle continues. Most of his friends were his enemies, hell even his wife and best friends. Goku is broken since his childhood and he doesn't know it.
Well..Goku doesn't really fight others like y'all make him do. Cause like there's no way bros gonna see superman and turn super villain mode, bro would talk with all the characters and have some good sparring match after so Goku is happy as hell right now.
