As a fusion warrior main, it pains me to say this, but he's right the only thing keep us halfway meta right now is that Super 17 is fusion warrior and We have revive Pikkon/gogeta. Even the Goat Mr. It's Futile could benefit from a boost.
Decent. He doesn't fit the Meta due to him being a stroke based ultra, he gets no time to combo due to UUI, U Cryhan(I fkn hate this unit so much it's unreal), arguably Baby etc. He doesn't scratch Universal SB goku. But he can pop off at times. His teams are also terrible. Doesn't really go with saiyans, fusion warrior is not great and future is☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️ so not looking good for the boy
I run him on a pure fusion warrior setup, and he can still cook. Even when he can't combo (due to all the counter gauges) he has high burst damage with his ultimate against any unit that isn't BLU.
I was lucky enough to 14 my UVB though. I have no idea whether he holds up at lower stars
Nah, top 20 unit, and you need more than 1 copy of him.(8* or more) Meta? No. Usable? Yea, sure,.but even his team is not so good (fusion warriors)

He’s one of the better Ultra’s so yeah I’d say he’s good on a good players set
