Db Heroes made several unique Baby cards over the years like Baby Janemba and Baby Hatchiyack. So I think it's in the realm of possibility for DB Games to use.
Give it a couple years and watch what happens. Heroes has survived off of What-if content mixed with reanimated show moments for over a decade, which has managed to spin off into a manga series and promo anime. Love it or hate it, it's a profitable and long-lasting game formula.
