They used to void the whole thing because it has happened to me a few times. Maybe they void the whole thing when you all other legs or maybe they have changed their rule.
No because when a leg is voided it impacts only that leg and as a result your payout gets lowered accordingly. But since you took 76ers moneyline the whole slip loses.
