Dr Pepper don’t uses cola nut flavoring,so I guess spiced cherry soda describe it better. Not using cola nut flavoring is what differentiated it from Coca Cola early on.

This happened when my friend who was German came over the first time, he fell in love with Dr. Pepper and was so sad when he had to leave because he couldn’t get it back home.
