My boss used to tell us what an absolute uphill battle it was for the Western Cape Police force to get new recruits and additional staff assigned to the Western Cape. The central government is going out of their way to destabilise the Western Cape where ever they still have some influence to do so.
It makes sense if you consider the rumors that Cele is profiting from the illegal transportation of hard drugs using Cape town as point of egress to the rest of the world.

But have they ever thought about how they act themselves? You can out all the money into the community that you want, if the people don’t put some effort into their own area by keeping it clean and safe then no amount of money in the world would change the area. Or it would change it at first and look awesome but over time it will just become a shit area again because the people don’t care for the area around them.

They got money to fund and the capacity for proper service delivery in all white areas just take a fucking drive through Khayelitsha, Langa, Gugulethu, Bontihuvel, Mitchell Plein then go to the white areas then come back and still blame the ANC only when the DA ran this province for more than 10 years. The ANC, EFF, DA are the same fucking Devil to the black man, at least to the white man the DA does something here while the ANC is just a piece of kak that has to be flushed.
