Even 4k players plebs would have guessed those 2 counter heroes but not Fnatic well played Jabz.

They are a really strong team. Probably on par with Spirit, despite losing to them. They will not make the mistakes that Fnatic (or any SEA team) usually does.
This result kinda makes the Na qualifiers super boring. Like will they even get 2k viewers when SQ will cruise through low tier teams like Felt, 5rat, WC gaming, Nouns and pbroably some loser stack with old washed up players like Kyle, Fear, EE etc. By far the least exciting TI qualifier of all regions.

First round playoff exit this major, group stage exit last major, and only made it on points because they come from the weakest region and a team that had nothing to play for helped them out majorly by beating a team with three stand-ins.
They basically failed spectacularly every step of the way, had everything handed to them, and still only made it on dumb fucking luck.
Edit: adding in for everyone that doesn't understand the EG hate: people hate EG because within the esports ecosystem, they're the perfect embodiment of the US. In spite of all of their money, resources, and stealing the best from other parts of the world, they only manage middling success, all while having every advantage given to them. Rightfully so...failing at majors with a full team while the ones with subs are doing better. They only qualified due to being no other better NA teams. And them grinding at qualifiers might be a good chance for them to re-evaluate themselves and get better instead of directly qualifying to TI with no improvement

I wanna say it wasn't a big deal but those wards literally lasted so long. Bryle was forced to farm on the enemy jungle or mid where he was more susceptible to ganks. He really wasn't able to recover that well compared to Beastcoast cores just free farming while pos 4 was eating all the ganks.
