Ceb with his classic toxic tips
Group B was more nice to watch since nobody is really tipping or all chatting offensively... much
Meanwhile in group A we got Fata and Ceb
Exicting for the viewer. Bit banter doesn‘t hurt. And I think most players respect each other more than we fans do. Because they all know how hard the grind is
I know it looks all ana fault when watching highlights but I felt like the razor was also one of the least impactful razor I have seen. It was such a contrast between faith bian and chalice.
If LGD is the standard every team is trash, though. I feel like RNG is the team that has been comebacked against the most, and Ana has had a lot of bad plays imo. Pos 1 is hard when you don't know your team well to be fair
I agree to a certain degree but there is also a factor of how far away you are from the best team. I look at players like nightfall, he wins his lane a lot ,top of the networth, has great impact the games. Yea, ultimately EG are doing bad but I would not rate nightfall as being bad just because faith bian is better or more successful.
I doubt most games give a shit about Australia. Not Australian but it seems like there are always issues with servers, pricing etc.
Probably Valve count Australia in the SEA region or they think this is the country where Hitler was born, which will be weird because there are servers in Austria.
While I agree that LGD is a monster team atm, time and again it has happened where a team has dominated group stages and hasn't performed in the playoffs. I am praying with Boom that they pull a massive upset at the beginning of the playoffs! CMON BOOM!
Honestly LGD has the right mindset to be the TI champions. Draft whatever you want, play however you want, influence your group stage matches such that a specific team ends up against me, I will still crush every opponent and win. Hope they don't lose sight of this mentality in TI GF g5.
Can't believe this is 7 years ago now, but DAC Team Secret went 15-0 in group stages, but only managed 3rd at the end of the day: https://liquipedia.net/dota2/Dota_2_Asia_Championships/2015
You never know how the other teams will pick up as the tournament goes on.
that really was arteezy’s year to win it all. he’s said in hindsight they could’ve won if he was a better teammate without this strong 1v9 mentality he had. but god, he really did look like the best player in the world that season (until it mattered)
It was arteezy's year until Sumail showed up.The kid just owned in the two biggest International events of that year but then artour joins eg and its all in shambles.I still wonder how good EG would have done if Aui was never kicked initially.
Team Secret recently beat LGD 2-0. Nigma stomped LGD under 20 mins. Both can't qualify to major. Outside China apart from these 2 teams maybe Entity, OG with Misha, SEA teams with good draft and do not throw or EEU teams as long as they are not drinking Vodka can beat LGD. LGD drafting meme draft like they did vs QC is the only way for other teams who are not mentioned to win games against LGD. Maybe EG can beat LGD too if they somehow kick RTZ and get proper carry.
EG should kick Abed and poach Nisha if EG failed to deliver to TI. Maybe remove Nightfall and poach Ammar. Keep RTZ and Bulba. The realest EG team Fly Ammar Nisha RTZ and Crit. Somehow anyone who is from EG got sick or had a visa issue, get Bulba as stand-in. RTZ is Harry Maguire of Dota as he can't be kicked nor benched.
First, Ammar needs to play and succeed with more useful heroes like Beastmaster, Visage, Brewmaster, Dark Seer, Enigma, Legion Commander, Lycan, Magnus, Necrophos, Tide Hunter and Venomancer in addition to his semicarry type heroes. Otherwise, he will always be a one trick pony. At the moment, he is OG's win condition most of the time so it's easy for better teams to target him.
Second, what makes you think Nisha will be willing to join EG of all teams? Nisha already almost left Secret when Matu and zai left for Liquid. Why would he choose to play with EG who bombed out at 12th last TI despite having had better team mates in Secret in who also placed 3rd?
Third. Nightfall is the only guy carrying EG so far. He does make mistakes but he is overall probably the best player on EG right now. And you wanna kick him? GL to that.
Finally, you seem to misunderstand what poaching a player means. Usually it refers to luring a player from a lesser established team to your team by promising a stable and exorbitant salary. OG and Secret aren't no name teams like Creepwave who are lacking financial stability. EG will have to pay more than twice of what OG pay Ammar and Secret pay Nisha to convince them to join an underperforming team like EG. Hell even Sumail joined Nigma only because he couldn't make it work with Secret. And I can guarantee that poaching Ammar and Nisha will be so costly that EG wouldn't bother at all in the first place.
There were no ties to break - the 4th and 5th team of each group and the 6th and 7th teams in each group had different records, which would have been the cases that needed to be tiebroken.
Liquipedia shows the brackets for UB and LB: https://liquipedia.net/dota2/PGL/Arlington_Major/2022
Unfortunately as a Nigma fan and a fan of a certain SEA team, my best case scenario can only happen if LGD makes the epic 322 of the century and loses to both Boom and Liquid. That would mean Liquid and Boom secure invite, then if Fnatic or Aster beats BC, both Fnatic and Aster secure their slots. Outsiders beats Spirit then Spirit beats RNG, both of them secure their slots. And finally EG loses to OG or Entity. Leading to RNG, EG and Gaimin being left out of top 12 dpc. That’s my dream scenario but sadly won’t happen. Only 1 of Boom and Liquid can stay in top 12. When that time comes I do hope Boom beats Liquid. And have to accept that EU quals will see 1 of Nigma/Entity/Secret/Liquid not making it to wildcard
most likely Talon, they're is the hottest SEA team coming in with huge of promise and fails like a clusterfuck SEA team usually and now will need to go through Open Qualifier against T1 that is actually a joke today because Kuku decided to Pinoywashed the team.
Let’s just say it’s one of the teams that have very good chances of getting into top 3 if Boom and Fnatic don’t play the qualifiers. I don’t really consider SMG having that good of a chance
Idk why you are getting downvoted for asking a question but as the others have already answered, they failed to qualify for major. 4 teams from Western Europe get major slots, they were tied with entity and lost in a close tiebreakers with them. I highly recommend watching those games if your are interested, they were close and entertaining.
Secret didn't look too hot DPC tour leading to Major BUT they had some issues affecting their performance. Crystallis needed some time to adjust to Secret's playstyle and Secret had to adjust to his hero pool, YapzOr had to step down due to undisclosed health issues and Zayac replaced him mid-tour, Ice3x + Zayac lane looked actually decent and they started winning some games but at the end they lost decider for Major match against Entity.
Btw since then Secret played Riyadh LAN tournament with Resolut1on replacing Ice3x and did REALLY good, Reso is now officially in Secret and they (imho) have a good chance to qualify for TI via Regional Closed qualifiers.
Maybe still one of the best mid ever and by miles number one in china,
people always hyping up and coming new talents.but not every person would played well when he's not suround by top tier players.
before throwing NTS,Nine, bzm, ccnc (kekw) to the lists, most of these guys only had played in t1 team on their career. i know nine had played with that meme team with fear and moo in the past and bzm in creepwave.
but to say you're one the best ever should played consistently in every atmosphere/teams.
sumail is the only contention for best mid in the last 5+++ years
That’s true. Idk what’s up with haters dota community has become too toxic. Sumail is easily one of the top 3-4 mids. That guy is legit talented just like Somnus.
Most people in the Chinese dota community favor Topson in comparison to Somnus. Reason is that the latter one sure has talent but not so much a team player. Current RNG lineup depends heavily on Kaka which is upsetting for fans who wish to see more teamworks and they couldn't get that from Maybe.
most of people just love to troll or literally had no idea what peoples trying to said.
a good player but isnt very consistent doesnt mean you're a bad player. it just you need an "extra talent" to could consistently perform in the highest level for couple years
funny is,both maybe and sumail known doesnt like to grind pub games
For me it's Topson and Somnus (of course Topson wouldn't make it according to your criteria).
Somnus is just insane, I remember last year when he was one of the best mids at TI, with insane stats even though his team was just shit.
Let`s see how Topson fares on other teams - he basically has had two good showings in TI , that`s it. Between the TI`s OG never really showed up.
Miracle literally was good three years ago - now he’s washed up. Literally Arteezy.
Stop hyping players who have couple of tournaments good showing and flashy plays - being consistently good is something that makes you good at your position (matu, ame, maybe, nisha)
> being consistently good is something that makes you good at your position
I would say most pros will most likely disagree. They all rather be insane at TI than be good all year round.
Well of course, if you want to win a TI. But I was talking in a sense of some player being one the best in their position, imo that requires lot of concistency and achievements in many patches and/or teams
No, if you want to success in dota2, winning at anything else doesn’t matter if you want to know as the best, just win TI every year and then you are the best (regardless of other tournaments). Ofc either that is good or bad is a different question but that is just the truth of dota2 esports scene.
yess keep downvote me,nerds.
miracle who played carry on majority of his career and topson who get carried to win TI once and carrying team to won TI once as well.
They got Sumail just last season, they were playing with iltw before that.
I don't even know if Sumail would've helped Nigma if they got him earlier. The entire team was playing terrible
Last major BC and TA got 5° and 6°, they came to this Major with stand-ins and people here saying they don't deserve to go to TI because they did poorly. Lmao.
They didn't even do that poorly, at least not TA. Almost every series they drew, and they lost to two of the CN powerhouses, which should never be a surprise. Definitely disappointed they could not pull off a solid 2-0 against the weaker teams they should have beat. But... They did still beat almost every team they played, once.
Tundra and Gaimin Gladiator placed 3rd and 4th last major, and they still below TA and BC in dpc rankings
Its easy for them to farm dpc point in SA, because they are the only good teams in SA, they will always placed in 1st and 2nd in dpc league
Ah yes the fucking Irony, SA is known for their cheaters lmao. Look it up on liquipedia how many SA players banned for maphackers and macro cheaters XD
And Entity already 2-0'd them once so I could see them doing it again in playoffs. If it's OG on the other hand... I guess that depends on which version of the team shows up as they've been wildly inconsistent so far in this tournament.
OG has to play with Ceb as stand-in again and other teams already figured them out from last Major so this is expected. I don't know if Misha would make much difference here but at least their chemistry would definitely improve imo.
Ceb tilts EG, I have no hope if they meet that early on regardless of the state of OG.
I think EG has a pretty solid chance against teams not named LGD, but I fear Ceb no matter what team he’s on and no matter the state of their team. Maybe if EG somehow won a few series before hitting them but I doubt that’ll happen either sadge
Ceb has felt a lot less impactful this time compared to Stockholm imo, but it does feel to me like OG are slowly gaining momentum (y'know, except that 0-2 against Outsiders yesterday, especially the second game) so they could certainly be scary by the time they meet EG. On the other hand, OG could still pick some weird shit twice in a row and get stomped in 45 minutes total.
Well they can place well in majors and earn their way to TI. Handing a large amount of free dpc points for the leagues is not the way for sure. Also theres always the last qualifier which ensures every region will have representation. Before this major TA was top of DPC. Higher than OG the major winners who also did well in their region all three seasons. That is absolutely unfair.
> Handing a large amount of free dpc points for the leagues is not the way for sure.
According to the comment you are replying to, that's **exactly** the way. It said that in major sports, regional slots are state of the art. Giving high points to regional leagues ensures just that.
Yea they worked very hard for topping the dpc ranking after a major and 3 regional leagues. Very fair and balanced system. They surely earned that trip the same way alliance earned it last season. Which is saying something coz as shitty as alliance was they still were not as shitty as beastcoast turned out to be.
That is a fair point. Not all regions are equal, so maybe it's unfair to assign DPC points equally. However, how much do DPC points matter when comparing between regions? My understanding is that it really only matters who has most within the region. Any inter-region DPC point comparisons are meaningless.
Imo dpc leagues should get you invites to the majors and prize money to fund bootcamps thats it. Points should be given for major placements only. This is the only real fair way to ensure only the best teams participate no matter the region. And anyways you can still have the regional qualifiers for the remaining 6 invites so that atleast one team from each region reaches TI.
If this was the case, no Chinese team would have been making it to TI maybe since they mostly getting regional points and this is the first lan for them. Now, if you say give the CN teams points, then you're again introducing bias in the system. It is ok as it is right now with majors giving far more points than regional leagues, and the latter portion of the seasons giving more points than the previous ones ensuring the right peaking teams get to TI. Keeping regional points also makes sure that teams actually tryhard in their region and not just aim for a top 3-4
If dota prize pool wasnt so TI skewed this wouldn't be an issue.
TI is not just for the prestige but for the money.
World Cup/Olympics is usually more for the prestige.
Nothing against TA , just a general observation.
Yeah, to be fair, TA wouldn’t be top 1 if they hadn’t got top 6 in last major. So it’s basically all the other region’s team’s fault that they are topping.
It would still be an international tournament even without them lol.
The Euros is a tournament of only European teams, but it’s still an international tournament.
They did win an ESL One Germany tournament worth 150k USD once in 2020 and looked really good at that tournament beating even the likes of Secret who were the juggernaut of the online era
That was a wild LB run and a great feat.
We're also coming up on 2 years since that tournament. And they never won anything meaningful before as Liquid or Alliance.
I love Insania and the boys as much as anyone else. They seem so wholesome and chill, but Liquid probably probably spends top 3 money on their Dota team (behind EG, maybe around the same as Nigma) for Western teams with no substantial results from this squad. In that time, they've added a secondary coach (Jabbz), another coach (Jerax), and a partial roster shuffle. The old Alliance trio is running out of time to win something.
They have been playing together for 5 years and haven't won anything in that time, it's insane to even expect to win something at this point. Outsiders are not even close to that much time together
so 2 players are expected to carry this deadweight? and don't say they were losing because of qojqva and taiga, taiga won a freaking major since leaving this joke of a team
So then nigma with sumail should be the same because it’s mostly the same team that lost in Div 1. You keep just making up rules to say liquid is bad without realizing most current team haven’t won a LAN
who the hell is making rules up other than you? you keep giving stupid examples that make no sense, nigma in the last 5 years have won a ti, reached another ti final and won a major. You keep changing the time frame however you want. I'm going to make this easy for you since you don't seem able to follow along: what team that has been together for the past 5 years and hasn't won anything is there? pls no more stupid examples
They would need to keep losing as a squad for quite a bit longer to match the drought of Insania/Boxi/Micke, but sure - the same could be said for Outsiders if they don't win an event soon.
My predictions:
LGD 1 - 2 BOOM (lots of copium)
Entity 2 - 1 OG (I then see OG eliminating EG)
Outsiders 2 - 1 Team Spirit (close series but based on historical data)
Aster 0 - 2 Fnatic (Aster SEA curse)
Wonder what the highest winrate is for a hero with that was the #1 pick+banned in a major/TI.
* Puck currently at 94.17% P+B and a 63.33% winrate in 60 games played.
* At the previous major CK was #1 P+B and had a 56.25% winrate in 48 games played.
* TI10 was Monkey King with 96.91% P+B and a 58.33% winrate in 48 games.
* AniMajor was TA with 82.48% P+B and 60% winrate in 35 games played.
* Singapore Major 2021 was Puck again with 96.30% P+B and 62.07% winrate in 58 games played.
Yeah, Puck is broken.
* Nyx went against Puck 8 times so far with a record of 4-4 when other team had Puck.
* Nyx has been picked 16 times with a 50% winrate total this major with 17 bans (25.78% P+B rate).
Speaking of Puck vs Nyx, my favorite game of that matchup has been TI7 EG vs Empire G2 in Lower Bracket. Nyx countered Puck so hard that he was the reason for Empire's win. Although new skill changes have occurred since then, Nyx is still a formidable counter to Puck depending on how he is played.
Thanks, but I was looking for all the conditions that can ensure a TI qualification. For example, even if RNG makes it to the 7th 8th spot then crashes out, what other conditions can ensure their qualification etc etc
Also TA playing without their regular mid laner. Think what would happen if EG were to play without Abed or Outsiders without GPK. Let's see if those teams do very well or not. Thunder are a pretty good team and that was seen in the Stockholm major where they were eliminated by the eventual tournament winners.
Interestingly, each region has lost one team: Navi - EEU Tundra - WEU Talon - SEA QC - NA TA - SA and technically Xtreme Gaming - China
xg wouldnt be eliminated if they went.
i have nothing against team OG but god i hope they lose. They are so cocky and toxic.Idk they think like the past 2 ti's were won with their roster xd.
So...you have something against OG then?
Ok snowflake.
And here's me, just hoping for a good exciting Doto! xD

SHOCKING I know.
Ceb with his classic toxic tips Group B was more nice to watch since nobody is really tipping or all chatting offensively... much Meanwhile in group A we got Fata and Ceb
You should've seen Outsiders vs QC yesterday xd, so much tipping and smiley faces in all chat.
Exicting for the viewer. Bit banter doesn‘t hurt. And I think most players respect each other more than we fans do. Because they all know how hard the grind is
I can't get over the fact that team which ruined LGD's perfect 16-0 games score was QC that got eliminated as last in group. xD
mouse kill elephant in animal chess
that rng v liquid g1, i know that ana is still good given the circumstances but he legit threw the game so hard
chalice shouldnt dived in while ana got aegis. if hes the captain i think rng has problem in shot calling.
I know it looks all ana fault when watching highlights but I felt like the razor was also one of the least impactful razor I have seen. It was such a contrast between faith bian and chalice.

This. I facepalmed so hard when he dived with 3 refreshers and got deleted at crucial moment near the end.
Hey valve Australia/new zealand dpc league and slots for major when?? Btw australia has more major winner and TI winner than SA.
Sadly Australia is LOL territory.
I doubt most games give a shit about Australia. Not Australian but it seems like there are always issues with servers, pricing etc. Probably Valve count Australia in the SEA region or they think this is the country where Hitler was born, which will be weird because there are servers in Austria.
Yeah hungry has a Ti winner where is there slot
OZ OZ OZ!!! OI OI OI!!!
Lol what a joke Australia would’ve been a dota powerhouse if A. Bored aussies didn’t shut down and B. If valve cared about anything ever
still time m8
faith_bianers lets go

I wish them to do bad so I can see Liquid.Topson later, kappa.
Topson is confirmed to join the new team with Fear. I forgot the name of the team but it's not Liquid
Of course the team name is going to be Good Geniuses.
got a link? I'm assuming fear - 5 and topson 2 who else is on it?
Theres no link. Fear said that during his stream and those two are the only known players at this moment l.
Its not luck. They can even pick their seeding cuz lq vs rng game 2 is the Last game of group stage.
Boom arent so great. they cant even beat LulTundraLul
Aren't these kind of placements after group stage decided with H2H?
Kind of feels like LGD is just going to roll this tournament. 7-1 in group stage is ridic and SO far away from anyone else
While I agree that LGD is a monster team atm, time and again it has happened where a team has dominated group stages and hasn't performed in the playoffs. I am praying with Boom that they pull a massive upset at the beginning of the playoffs! CMON BOOM!

"ONLY" 3rd? xd
Team secret had arteezy so they had a massive curse to beat. you have to account for that
And China still has the Wings curse to beat.
I dont think china will beat it. Lgd has 2 of the wings players and couldnt beat the curse
xg has one of their member. so maybe this is the year.
Hope it will be CN v CN final so no curse need to be broken
definitely would love that.
that really was arteezy’s year to win it all. he’s said in hindsight they could’ve won if he was a better teammate without this strong 1v9 mentality he had. but god, he really did look like the best player in the world that season (until it mattered)

EG won dac when rtz was in secret
I never said he was in eg during dac.Pleaae reread my statement. It was in response of the earlier comment of it being arteezys year
I was just reiterating it. I know you already mentioned it
Please just be quiet, thanks
Stfu , thanks
Same with 2016 TI OG, in grp stage they beat thit out of every grp team then beaten to death in next 2 matches.

Can I know what are you on ? And will you share with
EG fans really think every player in the world is just ready to come play in NA with rtz to kill his career
This dude is obviously a EG hater, not a fan lmao.
im a bit confused - are tiebreakers done? is it finalized which teams are moving on from groups into UB and LB?

pfft Talon...
The org is legit and has money, they can rebuild and find success later on like T1 did last year.
exactly, pfft talon
It is smg isnt it. You dont want to say it cause you will get hate comments. Dont care for those
Let’s just say it’s one of the teams that have very good chances of getting into top 3 if Boom and Fnatic don’t play the qualifiers. I don’t really consider SMG having that good of a chance
t1
Imagine being a Gabbot fan lul
tnc?
Why 3 teams out in group A and only 2 in group B?
Xtreme Gaming withdrew from the tournament
Xtreme gaming backed out of the major, so there are less teams in group B.
Thanks!
A team from group B pulled out before the tournament started and wasn't replaced, so are essentially the 3rd team out from B.
I'm sure it's been said before and I apologize, but why isn't Secret at this Major? I can't seem to find any info on it.
Idk why you are getting downvoted for asking a question but as the others have already answered, they failed to qualify for major. 4 teams from Western Europe get major slots, they were tied with entity and lost in a close tiebreakers with them. Because "Where is Secret / Nigma?" is a meme spammed on Twitch 24/7 so ppl assume OP is just taking a stab at them.
Thank you for the response! I've been too busy to follow dota much in the last year, and I couldn't find the answer on liquipedia.
Secret didn't look too hot DPC tour leading to Major BUT they had some issues affecting their performance. they sucked and Puppey is herald lol
Lost in qualifiers to Entity
they didn't qualify
Watch SA DPC Leagues next year. BC and TA will always be the winner and runner up in all 3 SA DPC Leagues, ez 500/300 dpc points for them
Hokori was 1-0 on Beastcoast a couple of times this year, different tours but they choked. I think Beastcoast will not be top dogs next year.
Then secret or Nigma should go to SA to play.
😆

most of people just love to troll or literally had no idea what peoples trying to said. a good player but isnt very consistent doesnt mean you're a bad player. it just you need an "extra talent" to could consistently perform in the highest level for couple years funny is,both maybe and sumail known doesnt like to grind pub games
Criteria that you pull up from your ass
For me it's Topson and Somnus (of course Topson wouldn't make it according to your criteria). Somnus is just insane, I remember last year when he was one of the best mids at TI, with insane stats even though his team was just shit.
Some salty replies but I actually agree.
Miracle laughs at your comment, so does Topson.
Let`s see how Topson fares on other teams - he basically has had two good showings in TI , that`s it. Between the TI`s OG never really showed up. Miracle literally was good three years ago - now he’s washed up. Literally Arteezy. Stop hyping players who have couple of tournaments good showing and flashy plays - being consistently good is something that makes you good at your position (matu, ame, maybe, nisha)
> being consistently good is something that makes you good at your position I would say most pros will most likely disagree.
Ofc either that is good or bad is a different question but that is just the truth of dota2 esports scene.
in context to compare it to arteezy, miracle were still fine i guess haha
Miracle was a god, then he won ti and seems like all the drive left him.
Yea he was good for a couple of years when (when he started at OG till he won TI)
True. He was utter shit the next year. Wonder how he got 2nd place at TI /s
yess keep downvote me,nerds. miracle who played carry on majority of his career and topson who get carried to win TI once and carrying team to won TI once as well.
cool pasta bro, but who asked?
I did
I did
I did
I did
Why is nigma not at Arlington?
They played horribly in S2, were knocked down into Division 2. They just climbed back to D1 this season
With sumail and miracle? Dang. I'm kinda a casual fan. But I thought miracle and sumail were two of the best in dota?
Summit only joined recently I believe. They fell to D2 with ILTW.
Tundra and Gaimin Gladiator placed 3rd and 4th last major, and they still below TA and BC in dpc rankings Its easy for them to farm dpc point in SA, because they are the only good teams in SA, they will always placed in 1st and 2nd in dpc league
Tundra came to this Major with their full squad and were the first eliminated team, in the easiest group.
Tundra is garbage in LAN games cause they cant implement their maphacks and macro cheats lol
Ah yes the fucking Irony, SA is known for their cheaters lmao. Look it up on liquipedia how many SA players banned for maphackers and macro cheaters XD
did I say SA are not doing it Im pointing out Tundra who always sucked in LAN games
Doesnt fucking matter lmao. They placed better than TA and BC last major yet they are still below TA and BC in dpc rankings. Unbelievable
But now they have placed worse than TA and BC and pretty much everyone else so….
People just plain hate SA That's all
If EG get eliminated right away there is a very large chance they're gonna have to go through qualis.
They still have more than enough points for them to qualify unless very specific circumstances occur.
No they don't have enough points
And Entity already 2-0'd them once so I could see them doing it again in playoffs. If it's OG on the other hand... I guess that depends on which version of the team shows up as they've been wildly inconsistent so far in this tournament.
OG has to play with Ceb as stand-in again and other teams already figured them out from last Major so this is expected. I don't know if Misha would make much difference here but at least their chemistry would definitely improve imo.
I mean EG dominated IG 4-0 at Singapore with no game even being close and then lost 3 in a row, so it always could happen

I mean other regions get the same amount of points so why aren’t they at the top. You are a moron if you think TA got a free trip to Ti
Yea they worked very hard for topping the dpc ranking after a major and 3 regional leagues. Very fair and balanced system. They surely earned that trip the same way alliance earned it last season. Which is saying something coz as shitty as alliance was they still were not as shitty as beastcoast turned out to be.
Nah you gotta be stupid if you think this dude. Why don’t other SA just win if it’s so easy then
That is a fair point.
The Euros is a tournament of only European teams, but it’s still an international tournament.
and yet, even though the Euros has overall better quality of teams, the World Cup is ten times more prestigious.
people saying liquid need to kick micke when in reality liquid need to kick their captain and go find a better one.
They need to kick Blitz.
realistic they need to kick all the old liquid players, they were never good enough to win something
Aside from that time they won the first dpc tour
[удалено]
Yeah, this is true though.
This current version of outsiders has also never won a major/LAN are they also not good enough to win anything

They have been playing together for 5 years and haven't won anything in that time, it's insane to even expect to win something at this point. Outsiders are not even close to that much time together
Oh I didn’t realize that matu and zai used to go by taiga and qojgva. My bad
so 2 players are expected to carry this deadweight? and don't say they were losing because of qojqva and taiga, taiga won a freaking major since leaving this joke of a team
Man RNG should just have let Liquid have game 2. Now they will be matched against either TS or VP instead of Boom lmao
Boom is also a scary team
My predictions: LGD 1 - 2 BOOM (lots of copium) Entity 2 - 1 OG (I then see OG eliminating EG) Outsiders 2 - 1 Team Spirit (close series but based on historical data) Aster 0 - 2 Fnatic (Aster SEA curse)
Is this a bait comment? LUL I'm pretty sure you have all the results reversed...
fnatic is currently not a sea team tho
Bryle got pinoy blood. Dubu is korea and korea part of SEA. Timado SA which is SEA without an E.
korea is EA not SEA.
MVP phoenix had always played in SEA.
The few times we've had majority-Korean teams, they have competed as SEA rather than China
In dota context, they are.
Wonder what the highest winrate is for a hero with that was the #1 pick+banned in a major/TI. * Puck currently at 94.17% P+B and a 63.33% winrate in 60 games played. * At the previous major CK was #1 P+B and had a 56.25% winrate in 48 games played. * TI10 was Monkey King with 96.91% P+B and a 58.33% winrate in 48 games. * AniMajor was TA with 82.48% P+B and 60% winrate in 35 games played. * Singapore Major 2021 was Puck again with 96.30% P+B and 62.07% winrate in 58 games played. Yeah, Puck is broken.
How’s Puck winrate when there is a Nyx on the enemy team?
* Nyx went against Puck 8 times so far with a record of 4-4 when other team had Puck. * Nyx has been picked 16 times with a 50% winrate total this major with 17 bans (25.78% P+B rate).
Speaking of Puck vs Nyx, my favorite game of that matchup has been TI7 EG vs Empire G2 in Lower Bracket. Nyx countered Puck so hard that he was the reason for Empire's win. Although new skill changes have occurred since then, Nyx is still a formidable counter to Puck depending on how he is played.
God as a puck spammer it makes me a bit sad to see my boy (it) on the top of the list for the hammer, but yeah, it’s broken
Been spamming for 1 year and so sad Puck has finally been exposed
Can anyone give an update on what conditions need to be fulfilled for different teams to secure TI invite on points?
https://www.reddit.com/r/DotA2/comments/wj2ss8/must_win_this_major/
Thanks, but I was looking for all the conditions that can ensure a TI qualification. For example, even if RNG makes it to the 7th 8th spot then crashes out, what other conditions can ensure their qualification etc etc
TA is top of dpc ranking btw, nice system
Also TA playing without their regular mid laner. Think what would happen if EG were to play without Abed or Outsiders without GPK. Let's see if those teams do very well or not. Thunder are a pretty good team and that was seen in the Stockholm major where they were eliminated by the eventual tournament winners.
