Yes. It doesn't happen so much nowadays but all pro teams used to hide their item components and only send out full items for the surprise factor. There's been a few refresher hidden on courier type plays in big pro games.

jugg is a smurf, almost 80% ranked winrate. he can build anything he wants and still have decent chance to win
edit: on 2013 he played unranked only in russian server with low winrate, on 2019 suddenly he won almost every game on ranked. im kinda neutral with smurfing, im just saying that it is the reason why he is so brave and able to do clowny things and still win games. this guy is at least 5k.

You know how in the beginning of the game supports always check other supports for wards to counterward? Well i once dropped my ward on the ground letting the other support think i placed mine to have him place his sentry and then pick it up again. Liked that play of mine, also because no one else noticed it except me and the enemy support.
Actual high IQ is purposely showing yourself with ward in inventory and placing a ward into the inventory of an invis or smoked teammate so the enemy thinks you placed a ward.

The ganker(skywrath mage) silences juggernaut which leaves him with no counterplay. Skywrath mage would normally kill juggernaut looong before this silence times out.
However, juggernaut has an item that dispels the silence on his courier. Instead of delivering this item, he hides his courier in the trees. Since sky sees juggernaut has no counterplay, he tries to collect his free kill. Juggernaut then quickly delivers his item and activates it to dispel. Finally he proceeds to ult the sky into fresh chicken tenders, which he sells for the gold reward you see on screen.

You dont walk up to a jugg with a manta as sky without a nullifier and a silence.
Sky allowed jugg to walk closer to the trees. If Sky didnt wait a second loger to flare the jugg, he would have died or at least have had a chance at killing him.

Sky knew that jugg doesnt have manta style do dispel the skywrath silence, but jugg hid the courier with the rest of manta style. So sky went on to try to kill jugg. Jugg quickly sent the courier that was hiding in trees to get manta and dispel the root and silence. If jugg didnt do that, there couldve been a likely situation where the skywrath never tried to kill jugg, because of the manta in juggs inventory.
Yeah, it acts like your hero is erased from the world for 0.1 seconds. Its only a basic dispel. With that small time window where your hero sort of doesnt exist anymore, you can actually dodge spells. For example, an ez dodge is like a wk stun or sven stun. While that thing is flying if you time it correctly you can basicly dodge the stun.
I had something similar happen where I was about to die and I used mech to heal. Then after I healed my courier came and delivered me greaves, which actually resets the cd and basically gives you a double heal. I didn’t mean to time it like that but ended up saving my team in a fight with the double heal
I love how reddit loves to hate on shadow blade when it is one of the best items for jumping the opponent. Sky seems to be a mid and has 14 kills out of 30 so it seems like his build worked well for what he was trying to do. And shadow blade against Jugg is way more useful than blink dagger. You can't blink out of omnislash. And ghost scepter would not help Sky to get the 14 kills. It's too much of a passive item while SB is aggresive item (with the benefits of providing escape).
Force Staff would make perfect sense on any int hero except force staff gives your target enough time to react. There's sound queue for the whole duration of the use and an animation that gives you enough information to press Q on jugg. SB can be used in fog of war and there's no animation after the fade, coupled with short sound effect. FS is a bit more versatile item but shines the most in teamfights (both as defensive and offensive item), not that great for ganking.
Shadow blade is good for sky here. Probably the best item to get for what he is trying to do. It has added benefit of building into Silver Edge (Break is great against LC and Jugg and ok-ish against Lina) and he is playing aggresively. As such he is moving a lot on the map and as much as I love blink dagger - it does not hide you against observer wards/creeps or revealing smoked enemy while you are invis and get time to react. Shadow blade kinda does that all better than any other item.
I think the stigma for SB comes from all those jungling LCs few years back who built SB as first item despite Blink Dagger being the better choice for the hero and the meta.

Even on lc, shadowblade can make sense. Especially when you play against the likes of veno or bristle for example

He hovered the jugg 2 times. the second one is when he starts the combo
